The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.
As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager who sits in Mexico City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager for Mexico DC Operations is a critical member of the Operations team and owner of the 3PL relationships, execution, P&L, future strategy and results. Monks is seeking a Visual Quality Analyst (QA) to join our global quality team supporting one of the biggest clients in the world. You’ll play a key role in ensuring visual excellence across large-scale digital campaigns and assets produced by cross-functional creative and production teams.
This role requires an expert eye for design, deep knowledge of testing tools, and the ability to manage complex QA processes for high-volume, high-visibility creative output.

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
You will join our office in CDMX to work with the teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.
The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.
As an Event Producer Intern, you will work with your Team Lead and Project Manager to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to all our other markets. You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key strategic experiences.
