About the role

Behind our user-friendly apps and global platform is the Engineering team. We are looking for Tech Support Engineers to join our mission. In this role, you will be the bridge between our business operations and engineering, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our users have the best possible experience.

Whether you are deep-diving into complex SQL queries, investigating production incidents, or analyzing code logic to identify a bug, your work will directly impact millions of fans worldwide.

You’ll work in high-scale production environments, participating in incident management and on-call rotations, helping resolve critical issues and improving the reliability and stability of our platform.

This role also offers a unique opportunity for internal mobility; we value growth, and many of our support engineers eventually transition into full-time Software Engineering roles.

What would you do at Fever?

• Act as a technical point of contact for incident management, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support critical production incidents (Sev1/Sev2).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across our client-server architecture.
• Perform deep-dive investigations using logs, monitoring tools, and database analysis.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to resolve data-related issues.
• Investigate APIs, services, and backend flows to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve system reliability and operational excellence.
• Document technical workarounds, incident learnings, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
• Help improve monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting processes.

About you - Must have skills:

Technical mindset

• Proven experience in technical support, production support, troubleshooting, or similar roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in production environments with exposure to critical incidents and on-call rotations.

Databases

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with stored procedures.

Who you are:

You have significant experience designing, tuning, and operating Elasticsearch clusters in production, including large datasets, high ingest rates, and low-latency search requirements. You understand shard allocation, index lifecycle management, query optimization, cluster scaling, replication, and performance tuning. You also have strong experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL, including schema design, indexing strategies, query planning, and operational best practices.

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. • Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.

This role is a hands-on opportunity to lead the design, maintenance, optimization, and expansion of pipelines that ingest data from open-source data sources and social media platforms at scale.

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) 
• 3-4+ years of demonstrated experience in data engineering or backend engineering roles 
• Hands-on experience with social media web scraping in production, including large-scale or high-reliability systems 
• Strong proficiency in Python for data ingestion, scraping, and pipeline development 
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (required)
• Solid understanding of databases and data storage systems (Postgres, Redis, or similar)
• Experience building and operating ETL pipelines, including data validation and transformation

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Amazon DSP expert to support the launch and management of our first wave of Amazon DSP clients. As a Senior Security Engineer, you’re expected to:

• Create and implement security controls in cloud and non-cloud based environments
• Automation of security controls to avoid operational burden and monitoring
• Become the Business Unit trusted advisor for all things information security
• Understanding root causes of issues and problems, collaborating with others to work on solutions. 
• Creating strong relationships with diverse teams, by coordinating communication between different audiences, teams and stakeholders
• Communicating fluently with diverse global teams in English and Spanish.
• Establish and maintain a first-line security risk management and compliance-driven practice that ensures Nubank avoids taking unnecessary risks and is hit by security tragedies.

• Ensure security is proactively addressed during business service/product/technical design, build and implementation
• Evangelise security awareness and best practices in the Business Unit.

About the Role

We are seeking a Landscape Designer to join our Design Team. This role is responsible for the first step in our design workflow: accurately drawing and locating homes using satellite imagery and ArcSite. Your work creates the base plan that drives all subsequent phases of landscape and 3D design, ensuring clarity, precision, and efficiency across projects.

What You’ll Do

• Use ArcSite and satellite imagery to accurately locate and draw residential properties.

• Produce clean, precise layout plans for Phase 2 and Phase 3 designers.

• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure drawings match client property conditions.

• Maintain accuracy in site measurements and provide clear annotations.

• Submit completed drawings following Haven Hub workflow standards.

• Communicate with project managers and design team members to resolve site data ambiguities.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Degree or technical background in Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArcSite.

• Strong spatial awareness and ability to interpret satellite imagery.

• Basic knowledge of landscape design principles.

• Attention to detail and precision under deadlines.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in residential landscape design.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Access to a computer and iPad for daily design work.
