About the Role
Weber Shandwick is seeking a talented Senior Manager of B2B Digital Marketing to join our Weber Advisory team. You will lead integrated digital marketing strategy and execution for major B2B clients, focusing on everything from demand generation and marketing automation to content strategy and paid media. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will be the central expert, guiding clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, performance-driven campaigns.
This position is based in our Baltimore office on a hybrid schedule.
About You
You are a strategic, solutions-oriented marketer with a passion for the B2B landscape. You think in terms of user journeys, sales funnels, and lead nurturing, and you know how to use MarTech platforms (like Marketo or Salesforce) to bring those strategies to life. You are a highly collaborative leader who can manage complex projects, liaise with senior clients, and guide creative and technical teams with confidence. You thrive on turning business objectives into measurable marketing results.
What You'll Do
- Develop & Lead Strategy: Architect and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies for major campaigns and product launches, with a focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Execute Across Channels: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including marketing automation, paid media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM, ensuring all channels work together to drive results.
- Serve as a Client Advisor: Act as the primary digital marketing strategist for key clients, providing senior-level counsel and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Manage Integrated Projects: Manage project timelines, budgets, and staffing for complex digital initiatives, coordinating across internal creative, paid media, and analytics teams to ensure flawless delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Basic Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for an agency background.
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing, including demand generation, lead generation, ABM, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with B2B marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience managing integrated campaigns and collaborating with creative, technical, and media teams.
- Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the big picture, develop comprehensive strategies, and translate business goals into marketing outcomes.
- Client Service & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven success in managing senior-level client relationships.
- Collaboration: A talent for building strong relationships and working effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Business Acumen: A sharp, solutions-oriented mindset focused on meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results.
Salary Range: $80,000 USD – $95,000 USD

The Opportunity
The role of a Senior Manager, Consulting is to support customer engagements, conduct actionable research & analysis and deliver solutions to address our clients' top opportunities & challenges. This role is responsible for partnering with our clients to win in digital commerce.
As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with the world’s leading brands - scoping, leading, and delivering consulting engagements for them and serving as their trusted advisor.
What You Will Do:
- Lead client projects & engagements from the initial client question to ideation, planning, scheduling, research and final delivery
- Working with our most strategic partners to deliver actionable recommendations and thought leadership
- Lead project teams - guiding the team via clear planning and delivery processes, coaching on research, creating engaging presentations and delivering best-in-class client deliverables
- Provide actionable insight for clients on future strategies, tied to client's core business objectives, structure and measurements, and identify potential growth opportunities and necessary capabilities for growth
- Manage people (as needed) with a focus on supporting their growth and a feedback first culture

- You have 5+ years working within CPG/Retail, analytics or consulting, including 5 years professional experience in ecommerce
- Experience working with or for brands/manufacturers and/or experience working with retailers
- Knowledge of the digital retail industry, retail media, retailers' strategies and manufacturer/retailer ways of working
- Strong understanding of eCommerce performance drivers / dynamics / fundamentals – i.e. SEO, Taxonomy, Enhanced content

As a Content Account Manager at Flywheel, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality e-commerce content solutions. You will support client partnerships, help implement digital content strategies, and ensure projects are executed smoothly and effectively. - Provide regular updates, performance data, and project reports to clients, maintaining transparency and building trust.
- Stay informed about trends in e-commerce, SEO, and digital content, and share relevant insights with your team.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in content strategy, account management, or e-commerce, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting client accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with familiarity in AP style and digital content best practices (SEO, GEO, AEO).
- Ability to help implement content strategies and contribute to achieving client results.
- Team player with effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and an interest in staying updated on industry trends and new technology.

Position Overview
WANTED: Marketing Sales Exec, aka “The Engagement Director”, aka “The Goal Crusher”
As our Sales Executive, or "Engagement Director", you will help achieve Mindgrub’s strategic plan goals by meeting (and exceeding) sales, revenue, and profitability metrics set forth by the CEO and Sales Leadership. You’ll focus primarily on digital solutions for businesses, including mobile apps, web apps, websites, AI, and AR/VR.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand Mindgrub’s relationships with existing clients to increase Mindgrub’s revenue and profit for marketing and design services
- Identify, qualify, and procure new clients to diversify and increase revenue and profitability, seeking to create retained clients requiring Mindgrub’s marketing, design and advertising services
- Understand and comply with client-specific pricing requirements while meeting and exceeding Mindgrub’s profitability targets
- Use Mindgrub’s CRM for all leads, prospects, and current/past clients contacts to ensure client exposure to internal marketing campaigns/event activities
- Lead pitches and proposals, working with prospects through the sales process and supporting Mindgrub’s team by drafting response content, clearly communicating client opportunity, and collaborating with the team to develop strategies that will move Mindgrub client businesses forward
- Educate clients on the breadth of Mindgrub’s marketing offerings, including creative, digital marketing, branding, SEO/SEM, campaign strategy, design, & execution, content strategy and copywriting, website design and development, and more
- Support kick-off meeting and engagement support between sales, production departments, and client
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client and project health throughout the course of the engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience); additional business certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with the services and technologies Mindgrub offers
- Experience using and maintaining CRMs/sales software preferred
- Executed company sales strategies for a product or region with a focus on Marketing, Creative, and Digital services
- Established trusting relationships with peers to assure inter-departmental coordination and effectiveness
- Negotiated and closed, or assisted in negotiating or closing, large account deals of $1MM+
- Collaborated on a daily basis with co-workers either affecting or affected by sales initiatives
- A record of listening, gathering information and getting clarification to understand issues
- Presented ideas and information effectively and persuasively
- Represented a company effectively to the industry, clients, and prospects
- Exhibited strong writing and analytic abilities, with an attention to detail
- Able to work independently and with teams to successfully produce results
- Upbeat, positive, quick to learn, with an adaptive and collaborative attitude
- Expanded existing client relationships and developed new clients for substantial growth in sales and profitability

Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000 USD base, plus 5% sales commission; Commission is uncapped. OTE: $250K+
