The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Deal & Commercial Operations to serve as the operational linchpin between our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and deal desk governance. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Director, you will execute commercial workflows within a structured pricing architecture. You will balance GTM speed with commercial risk mitigation, utilizing excellent commercial instincts to drive optimal outcomes for customers, Sales, and Finance. You will act as both an agile operational co-pilot for standard deals and a rigorous coordinator for complex, non-standard transactions. Your work will be central to our mission of building the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems, transforming business, society, and the planet for the better.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $128,445 - $167,497. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, matching 401K, unlimited PTO and paid holidays, parental/adoption leave, legal insurance, and a home technology stipend. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided when a candidate receives an offer of employment.

The Data Scientist will ensure continuous improvement of the program’s data quality through solutions and strategies to address business challenges. This role involves working closely with data operations and reporting teams to design, develop, and execute automated data reporting solutions with the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a SAFe Agile environment. Our veterinary technicians use their medical knowledge and clinical skills to provide routine and urgent care every day. You’ll participate in surgery and dental procedures, shadow appointments with credentialed veterinary technicians, and educate the pet parents who walk in our door.
We'll look out for you and encourage you to grow your skill set, helping you learn and setting up appropriate CE events and mentorship to support you through your externship with us.
