We are currently seeking a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our team and support critical national security missions in the Fort Meade area. 

What You'll be Owning

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing intelligence products to customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles. Support Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from collateral sources (ie MASINT, IMINT, HUMINT, Open Source, etc). Issue products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets. Perform content quality control and/or product releaser functions for customer reports.

• Cryptology in military or intelligence community organization
• At least one (1) year of experience in two (2) or more of the following:
• File Hashing and Fuzzy File Hashing (e.g., ssdeep, fciv, and md5deep)
• Commercial, open source or GOTS tools for intrusion detection (e.g., Snort, BroIDS)
• Packet capture/evaluation (e.g., tcpdump, ethereal/wireshark, NOSEHAIR)
• Network mapping/discovery (e.g.,nmap, TRICKLER)
• Industry standard system/network tools (e.g., netcat, netstat, traceroute, rpcinfo, nbtscan, snmpwalk, Sysinternals suite)
• At least two (2) years of experience in one (1) or more of the following:
• Development of exploits for Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Development of exploits for UNIX operating systems
• Development of exploits for personal computer device/mobile device operating systems (e.g., Android, Blackberry, iPhone, and iPad)
• Software Reverse Engineering to include use of code disassemblers (e.g., IDA Pro) and debugging unknown code (e.g. Ollydbg)
• Analysis of code in memory, including analysis of RAM snapshots, Windows crash dump files, and/or UNIX kernel dumps
• Implementing networks with IPv6 protocols
• Active TS SCI w/Polygraph

• Complete training necessary to provide therapy (requirements vary by state) 
• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors and strengthen the behavioral supports in place
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high quality service delivery
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and to enable the best possible treatment decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisor(s), and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans
• Provide services to clients in center, home, school, or other location(s) as clinically indicated

• 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc!) 
• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred

The Narrative Editor will oversee a high-performing team that includes two writers and a data team. The right candidate has a long track record of producing deeply reported, beautifully written journalism that connects with audiences. Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. The Banner is building a newsroom that reflects Maryland in all its complexity, urgency and possibility. We’re looking for a Visuals Editor to help shape powerful visual journalism across the state, with a particular focus on Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.

This is a hands-on editing role for someone who knows how to move fast on breaking news, think big on enterprise, and collaborate closely with reporters, editors and audience teams to make stories more compelling, more accessible and more visually distinctive.

You’ll join a visuals team that includes four staff photojournalists and another Visuals Editor, working across breaking news, arts, investigations and sports. You’ll report to the Director of Visuals and help guide daily workflow for photography, illustration and design.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily visual workflow for stories across Maryland
• Edit photography on deadline with strong visual judgment and rigorous caption accuracy
• Assign staff and freelance photographers and illustrators for breaking news and features
• Brainstorm visual approaches with reporters and editors early in the story process
• Research wire, archival and licensed imagery
• Help shape story presentation, layout and off-platform promotion
• Art direct illustrations and create photo illustrations when needed
• Bring creativity, care and strong editorial standards to every assignment

 What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience editing visuals in a fast-paced newsroom
• Excellent news judgment and understanding of visual ethics
• A strong eye for visual narrative and digital storytelling
• Experience commissioning photography, illustration and/or video
• Strong caption writing, reporting and assignment-brief skills
• Experience with archival research, licensing and copyright permissions
• Fluency in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Photo Mechanic and related tools
• A collaborative approach and the ability to stay calm under deadline pressure
• A clear commitment to community-centered journalism and inclusive assignment practices

• Schedule: This position follows a Sunday - Thursday afternoon/evening coverage schedule. Some schedule flexibility may be needed based on news demands.
