What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Salesforce. Nexamp's Salesforce platform has become central to how nearly every department operates — and that reach has outpaced the Product thinking behind it. This role exists to bring strategic clarity to a complex, high-demand ecosystem: deciding what belongs in Salesforce, what doesn't, and charting a path to untangle years of organic growth. You will be responsible for unblocking stalled initiatives across the business by turning competing stakeholder needs into a coherent product vision backed by shovel-ready requirements.  

You will be hybrid out of our Boston, MA office. You will report to the VP, Product Management.

What you’ll do:  

• Lead discovery across departments to map existing Salesforce workflows, data dependencies, and pain points — building a clear picture of the current state before proposing changes. 
• Define and own the Salesforce product roadmap, ruthlessly prioritizing a deep backlog against business impact and strategic alignment. 
• Translate complex, often conflicting stakeholder requests into simplified workflows and well-scoped requirements that engineering can execute incrementally. 
• Partner with our senior Salesforce technical lead to evaluate build-vs-configure-vs-redirect decisions — confidently steering work to the right platform when Salesforce isn't the answer. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments, and clearly communicate tradeoffs around sequencing and scope. 
• Establish repeatable product processes (intake, prioritization, delivery tracking) to replace the ad-hoc request culture that has built up around the platform. 
• Establish data ownership standards and governance practices within Salesforce to reduce redundancy and improve data quality. 
• Define success metrics for Salesforce initiatives and drive accountability toward measurable outcomes. 

What you’ll bring: 

• 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise platforms with multiple competing stakeholder group
• Proven ability to untangle complex existing systems — not just build net-new
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, especially in environments with cross-departmental dependencies
• Experience simplifying and documenting business processes into clear technical requirements
• Comfort operating as a solutions architect: evaluating whether a request is a platform problem, a process problem, or both

Compensation

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $155,000 - $175,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.

ABOUT THE JOB

Robotics Engineers contribute to delivery of vehicle perception and planning capability integrated in to our products. This includes systems analysis, sensor selection and integration, perception architecture and implementation, motion planning, health management, behavior analysis, simulation and test infrastructure, and interfaces with lower- and higher-level systems. We expect Robotics Engineers to demonstrate end-to-end ownership of their projects, contributing as a member of a team to the rapid architecting, design, delivery, support, and evolution of next generation autonomous platforms through their entire product life-cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implement trusted safe navigation, collision avoidance, and situational awareness systems that balance constraints, restrictions and requirements in a multi-stakeholder environment

Team Overview

The Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team builds security into Anduril's products from architecture through production. We work directly with business lines to design and implement security solutions tailored to their systems — then promote proven patterns into shared, composable platform services that the entire organization can use. Our mission is threefold: build security solutions for business lines, promote those solutions into the platform, and enable teams to build and operate securely on their own. Job Description

We're looking for a principal-level engineer to serve as a technical leader for platform security across Anduril. This role combines deep expertise in cryptography, systems security, and secure architecture with the ability to drive security strategy across business lines and the platform. You'll own the design of Anduril's most critical security systems — cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous platforms, hardware root-of-trust architectures for robotic systems, secure communication protocols for contested environments — and you'll set the technical direction that shapes how security is built into every product. Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for platform security across Anduril's product ecosystem
• Design cryptographic systems, protocols, and key management architectures for autonomous and robotic platforms operating in contested and disconnected environments

ABOUT THE TEAM:

ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise. It connects the full lifecycle, from concept to build to field feedback, into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing Maritime team in Boston or Quincy, MA. In this role, you will design and develop the core decision-making and autonomy software that powers our autonomous underwater vehicles. You will lead the architecture, implementation, and deployment of the logic that enables these systems to understand their environment, navigate safely, respond to obstacles or threats, and execute complex missions with limited human involvement. You will provide technical leadership and hands on contributions across software development, establishing a long term software roadmap, and leading the team through execution of that plan. The Space Imaging team is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team. The Imaging Space team is responsible for system architecture definition, trade analyses, and modeling/validating system performance for spaceborne EO/IR systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining active EO/IR system architectures. You will perform radiometric performance modeling as well as laboratory, ground, and flight testing. To predict real-world performance, you will also model atmospheric and environmental effects for land, sea, and air targets. You will leverage your analyses to inform system-level architectural trades. As needed, you will also lead small teams of engineers from concept ideation through system definition and development.

You should have a track record of successfully working on fast-paced, highly technical, interdisciplinary teams. Proficiency in analytical toolchains or languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python) is required. Experience with industry standard EO/IR modeling software packages (e.g. MODTRAN, SPIRITS, AFSIM) is a plus. Prior experience working with space sensors and systems is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-fidelity, automated test procedures on both the component and system level. You will work closely with engineering staff and a team of skilled electro-mechanical technicians to advance our testing capabilities and ensure the highest levels quality are achieved as we continue drive scalability into our production operations. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build a broad range of test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream - from system level checkouts and acceptance testing to key component level in process validation
• Develop, execute, and manage test eco-system to de-risk hardware and ensure product meets target reliability levels and ultimate design intent
• Perform hands-on and data-driven root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems utilizing structured problem solving methodologies
• Design and implement semi-automated testing equipment/protocols for subsystem characterization and reliability/environmental testing
• Collaborate with the design/systems team throughout product development cycles to perform risk assessments, maintain ownership of test deployment activities in production, oversee technician training, burn down bug fixes/improvements as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably test design of electro-mechanical hardware in a manufacturing environment
• Experience developing full system test plans and know how to execute them on fast-paced product development timelines
• Have experience with programming/testing a wide range of sensors, actuators, and electrical components
• Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems (LabVIEW, Test Stand, etc.)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, SHELL, or others
• Experience with computer hardware communication protocols: USB, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc

Anduril Imaging’s System Engineering team is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team. The System Engineering team is responsible for system architecture definition, trade analyses, and modeling/validating system performance for land, sea, air, and space EO/IR applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining active EO/IR system architectures.  You will perform radiometric performance modeling as well as laboratory, ground, and flight testing.  To predict real-world performance, you will also model atmospheric and environmental effects for land, sea, and air targets. You will leverage your analyses to inform system-level architectural trades.  As needed, you will also lead small teams of engineers from concept ideation through system definition and development.

You should have a track record of successfully working on fast-paced, highly technical, interdisciplinary teams.  Proficiency in analytical toolchains or languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python) is required.  Experience with industry standard EO/IR modeling software packages (e.g. MODTRAN, SPIRITS, AFSIM) is a plus.

ABOUT THE JOB: 

Anduril’s Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer to lead our initiatives in hardware product development. In this role you will take full ownership of the Engineering Documentation and mechanical drafting for multiple hardware products at Anduril. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and documentation of both Electrical and Mechanical components within assemblies. About the Job

Senior Software Engineers independently drive the delivery of a variety of embedded and/or safety critical software integrated in to our products. This includes device management, drivers, firmware, power management, networking, and contingency management and recovery. We expect Senior Software Engineers to demonstrate end-to-end outcome ownership at the major subsystem or system level. Senior Software Engineers contribute as a technical lead to the rapid architecting, design, delivery, support, and evolution of next generation autonomous platforms through their entire product life-cycle.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement trusted, safety critical Vehicle Management Systems that balance constraints, restrictions and requirements in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Design and implement scalable vehicle sub-systems including sensor processing, state estimation, contingency management, actuation, payload interfaces, and mission systems interfaces.
