A bit about the role

We are growing our Philippines-based Creative team and we’re on the look out for some amazing Video Editors to join us! The primary purpose of this role is to bring our amazing brand stories to life through compelling, high-quality video content that educates, entertains, and inspires our community, all while supporting our fantastic cause.

Reporting through to the Post Production Producer, you will be a key contributor in our Video team, helping us meet business goals through bold ideas and excellent creative work. We want to deliver high-performance, on-brand video work that other brands want to copy and people want to share.

This is a hands-on editing role where you’ll demonstrate expert-level skill in all aspects of post-production, including editing, rhythm, pacing, storytelling, sound editing and mixing, and colour correction. Motion Design expertise would be an added bonus!

The Digital Producer is a key member of the Production team, responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects across the Code and Theory portfolio. This role focuses on managing large, complex development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and developers to ensure project success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Spearhead the delivery of large and intricate development projects while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and developers
• Assess the complexity of wireframes or designs and strategize around the development team's workflow by breaking down tasks, establishing timelines, and managing project backlogs
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of the product's technical specifications, covering frontend architecture, CMS implementation, and integrations for various functionalities such as site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization, internationalization, and analytics
• Implement agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, and Sprint Demos in collaboration with the Client Engagement/Production lead and Technical Director
• Proficiently utilize JIRA to create and manage issues, tasks, and user stories based on approved designs and annotations
• Create issues (stories, tasks, and bugs) for the team, aligning with approved designs and annotations
• Translate approved product roadmaps and technical architectures into actionable stories for product development
• Maintain the backlog of JIRA issues, ensuring alignment with project objectives and goals through prioritization
• Conduct ticket estimation exercises to facilitate precise project planning and resource allocation
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and demos in close collaboration with production and technical directors
• Maintain and update project status documents and reports for both internal and client-facing purposes
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and collaborate with the project team to devise effective mitigation strategies
• Foster close collaboration with counterpart producers and technical directors to ensure alignment of project goals, effective communication, and timely issue resolution
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Expertise in software engineering practices and best practices for the entire software development lifecycle and operations
• Experience with Agile principles & values, and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Atlassian’s suite of products, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with commonly used CMS platforms such as Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Yext
• Past participation in the successful delivery and deployment of enterprise-level engineering projects (both principal engineering and maintenance)

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior agency/services experience
• Experience with Github
• Certifications such as ScrumAlliance - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

What We Need:

We are looking for an Operations Support Associate to join our ranks of growing game lovers, to support our growing operational needs. You will be working with a team of very experienced producer, game developers, artists and designer to create and operationalize HTML5 games.

We have a vibrant and fun work environment, there are plenty of gaming sessions and sharing sessions both internally (within the studios) and externally. Key Responsibilities

● Assist to answer customer support requests via our Jira ticketing system

● Follow a planned schedule to monitor and manage live games configuration

● Assist with product smoke testing and pre-production Testing tasks

● Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

● Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

● Assist the QA (Quality Assurance) Team to verify and report bug

● Liaise with the Development Team to ensure game releases run smoothly

● Conduct risk assessment for games in development

● Plan and design fraud tools for high-risk games

● Processes and workflows enhancement as assigned, including documentation

● Rotate 8-hour night shifts or other shifts, as and when required

● Occasional on-call escalation duties may be required

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

● A Diploma or Degree in Software/Computer Science/Computing/Computer Engineering/IT discipline or equivalent.

● You have worked at least 1-3 years in an operations or technology support role

● Willingness to learn and stay informed about evolving industry trends and game standards

● You are an avid gamer and passionate about learning more about the industry

● Driven and self-motivated, proactive and work well within a team

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
