As our Director of Pricing & Revenue Management, you are the master architect of our global value exchange. You’ll turn complex data into clear pricing and promotional strategy that ensures our rolls keep rolling into homes everywhere while hitting our ambitious commercial goals.
Operating as a leader within our Commercial Strategy and Insight team, you’ll be a powerhouse of data and insight-led thinking. You won't just be crunching numbers; you’ll be solving complex problems, developing clear narratives and driving strategic action across regional and global teams to ensure our growth is both rapid and sustainable.

You’ll be in charge of managing inventory, forecasting demand, and improving stock availability—all while working closely with our teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our UK Local team on a 9-month contract. We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist with the analytical skills to step-change our growth marketing creative performance. We want you to build and deliver a plan that drives both heart-tugging brand impact and a measurable improvement in commercial performance.
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing (UK), you’ll be the "voice of the consumer," translating deep insights and channel learnings into clear, actionable creative direction. You’ll bridge the gap between data-driven growth and high-fidelity brand storytelling, acting as the primary creative partner for our media agencies and global teams.

We are growing our Philippines-based Creative team and we’re on the look out for some amazing Video Editors to join us! The primary purpose of this role is to bring our amazing brand stories to life through compelling, high-quality video content that educates, entertains, and inspires our community, all while supporting our fantastic cause.
Reporting through to the Post Production Producer, you will be a key contributor in our Video team, helping us meet business goals through bold ideas and excellent creative work. We want to deliver high-performance, on-brand video work that other brands want to copy and people want to share.
This is a hands-on editing role where you’ll demonstrate expert-level skill in all aspects of post-production, including editing, rhythm, pacing, storytelling, sound editing and mixing, and colour correction. Motion Design expertise would be an added bonus!

We’re looking for a passionate and purpose-driven Retail & B2B Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all design needs across our Retail and B2B channels, playing a key part in bringing the Who Gives A Crap brand to life in these spaces. This is an opportunity to directly impact how we show up in stores and with our business customers, using your design skills to help us make the world a better place. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this is a remote-first role.

You're an expert in your craft
You bring at least 4 years of design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing work in the Retail or B2B space. You’ve designed for experiential environments, crafting engaging, cohesive brand experiences that connect physical spaces with visual storytelling. You have a deep understanding of the creative process and are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. You’re comfortable working across both print and digital, and move easily between the two.
You're an excellent communicator
You thrive on feedback and collaboration, and you're comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You can articulate your creative vision clearly and are skilled at presenting your work to a variety of stakeholders.
