Team

The UK AML Team is currently made up of 8 members, located across Manchester, Berlin & Hamburg. 

We protect the business and our customers by preventing financial crime. We carry out AML checks, monitor customer activity, investigate potential risks, and ensure we meet UK regulatory requirements.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to identify and escalate issues, helping to maintain a safe and trusted financial platform. 

Your Responsibilities

• As a 1st Line AML / KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring activities to ensure the Bank's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• You’ll play a critical role in identifying and mitigating financial crime risk at the frontline of customer interaction.
• Conduct AML/KYC reviews on new and existing customers in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documentation (e.g., ID, proof of address, source of funds/wealth).
• Perform screening and background checks using internal systems and third-party tools.
• Investigate alerts from transaction monitoring systems, escalating suspicious activity as appropriate.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to obtain missing information or resolve KYC issues.
• Contribute to the overall continuous improvement and development of the AML/KYC Operations Team by supporting the implementation of internal controls, process improvements and documentation updates.
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and MI relating to Financial Crime and AML.
• Stay current on AML/CTF legislation, typologies, and regulatory expectations.

Your Profile

• 3+ years' experience in a KYC, AML, or compliance role within a financial institution (preferably experience retail banking or wealth management).
• Working knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, including the Money Laundering Regulations, JMLSG Guidance, and FCA Handbook.
• Familiarity with screening and case management tools e.g. LexisNexis, ComplyAdvantage, Dow Jones.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and ethical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload in line with SLAs.
• Experience in using open-source intelligence to identify any relevant adverse media on our customers and partners.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to forge new connections with existing stakeholders and escalate risks diligently in line with agreed processes.
• Keen eye for detail and problem solving with an investigative mind and the desire to find solutions to problems independently and quickly using a risk based approach and by applying a consistent and defensible rationale in line with relevant legislation set, committed to continuous improvement and excellence in AML operations.

Team

This role is designed to be the lead internal UK ISA expert and owner of our ISA service we offer to our customers. In this role you will be directly accountable for its successful operation and stability, working with our internal teams and external providers. This includes working with our transfers function and ensuring operational, regulatory and SLA compliance.

The focus of this role is ultimately building and growing an excellent ISA service, being a go-to source of knowledge for our various internal teams and working with our Product teams to drive improvements, iterations and automations to the ISA service. This individual will sit within the UK arm of Raisin reporting to the UK CEO.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the ISA Service: Become the technical business owner, working with our Product & Engineering teams to iterate on the service, and reviewing proposed changes to the functionality from time to time and taking decisions where required whilst ensuring compliance with the ISA rules and stay ahead of any changes.
• Stakeholder and service reporting: Take the lead with our service bank, (Clearbank) owning the SLAs set down for our teams, being accountable for their performance and reporting both to Clearbank and to adjacent teams internally to Raisin on performance and improvement initiatives.
• Technical Knowledge: Be the key internal go-to expert for various stakeholders including the Transfers team processing applications using the service, and our Product & Engineering teams who work to improve the service overall. Ensure our Customer Service Process & Knowledge teams are up to date and are driving a best in class ISA service, as 1st line support for this product range.
• Oversee our Operations: Regularly review the output from the team processing ISA Transfers day to day, ensuring SLA compliance and good customer outcomes as we grow our offering.
• Project manage improvements and expansions: As we evolve our savings offering into new products and asset classes, the ISA owner will play a key role in delivering improvements to both existing and new services involving ISAs.

Your Profile

• University degree in business, economics or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on finance.
• Previous work experience in proposition management or directly in ISA proposition management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an operational ISA related role focused within financial services (e.g. banks or ISA providers).
• Knowledge of the UK retail savings and banking market is highly advantageous.Experience in areas of digital banking or deposit products are highly advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build long lasting business relationships.

Team

Process Knowledge Management (PKM) at Raisin owns all operational knowledge and  documentation, as well as maintains and continuously improves existing processes, supporting scalable operations by integrating insights from other CS teams Q. Working closely with Process Design & Innovation, PKM provides deep area expertise during the design and rollout of new processes and takes ownership once they move into long-term use.
The team combines domain knowledge, structured process thinking  and AI-supported content creation to ensure that CS at Raisin operates with clear, simple and reliable processes .

Your Responsibilities

This role sits in a growing and evolving area of the business. As the Subject Matter Expert for Investment & Pension Products (IPP) within CS. You will be expected to understand customer and agent journeys, identifying friction points, and translating complex investment and pension topics into clear, usable, and compliant processes and communication. We’re looking for someone with a background in customer experience within investment and pension products, who is a self-starter who enjoys learning, problem solving and continuous improvement.

• Own knowledge, documentation and process management for Investment & Pension Products (IPP) within CS.ct as the main point of contact for the IPP area and ensure alignment with internal CS teams, external partners and Product teams.
• Drive regular agent-shadowing and data-gathering agenda to understand operational challenges, capture insights and translate them into process and documentation improvements.
• Proactively improve, simplify and standardize  content, leveraging AI-supported tooling.
• Own and maintain customer-facing knowledge and documentation for IPP, to support self-service and ticket deflection
• Independently assess, prioritize, and handle requests from internal and external stakeholders in an environment with evolving requirements.
• Support audit-related activities and maintain compliance documentation related to IPP.
• Contribute IPP expertise to PDI-led projects by supporting the research, design, documentation, and rollout of new or revised processes, ensuring alignment with operational constraints  and long-term sustainability.
• Lead the deployment of Lean ways-of-working in the IPP area CS organization.
• Own IPP CS feature requests to Product, ensuring business impact and operational needs are clearly represented.
• Own projects and responsibilities end-to-end from problem discovery and analysis through solution design, rollout and team adoption.

Your Profile

• Background in finance,banking or financial services - ideally with exposure to investment and pension products.
• Experience in customer experience, operations or process management, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex product or regulatory topics into clear, practical guidance.
• Confident stakeholder management skills across operational, product, and compliance-focused teams, as well as external partners.
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives independently.
• Project management skills with experience in owning initiatives end-to-end.
• Interest in automation and AI, with a curiosity to apply new tools.
• Analytical, structured and improvement-oriented mindset.

About this Role

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for conducting and assisting in a variety of treasury-related matters, including cash management, reporting, tracking liquidity and supporting the company’s treasury operations.

What You'll Do

• Process and review daily cash positions, including all inflows and outflows  
• Maintain accurate records of bank accounts and treasury systems  
• Initiate and monitor cash advances and deal funding activity  
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Fund Accounting on cash flows, management fees, and reconciliations  
• Distribute payments via ACH, wire, and check  
• Monitor and reissue uncashed checks as needed  
• Open and manage bank accounts in coordination with Legal  
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation (SOPs)

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field   
• 1–2 years of prior treasury or cash management experience  
• Basic knowledge of principles and best practices of cash management and treasury functions 
• Experience with banking platforms and their administrative functionality 
• Extremely proficient with MS Office products
• Exposure to venture capital, private equity, mutual funds, or other investment-focused industries
• Exposure to crypto currencies and an understanding of basic trading and functional considerations
