We are looking for a Football Trader to join our team. The Trader will be responsible for the life-cycle of odds: from pre-match creation to in-play trading. This will involve ownership of designated competitions, pricing of in-house markets, management of markets, trading live matches, and risk management across our platform. This role combines data analysis, market awareness, and real-time decision-making to optimise trading performance and manage financial exposure.

The successful candidate should have a hunger to drive our betting offer forward coupled with a data driven approach. They should have a strong knowledge of football, sports betting markets and statistical analysis, with the ability to react quickly in fast-paced live environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Set up, price and manage a range of football markets across domestic and international competitions for both Pre Match and In Play
• Compile odds for a range of player and stats-based markets that include Shots, Fouls, Tackles, and Offsides
• Monitor and adjust odds based on market activity, team news and liabilities whilst assessing and reacting to sharp betting patterns
• Manage a diverse range of in-play football markets during live matches using the in-house soccer model - Corners, Cards, Stats and Player markets
• Ensure markets remain competitive while maintaining profitable margins
• Monitor trading tools and feeds to maintain accurate and timely market updates
• Active collaboration with Risk teams when necessary
• Conduct analyses of the markets and competitions you are responsible for - betting trends, customer behaviour, and market performance
• Work closely with quantitative analysts, product teams, and risk teams to improve trading models, tooling and platform functionality

What we are looking for:

• Strong knowledge and passion for football, including major leagues and competitions
• Experience in sportsbook trading and betting operations
• Ability to make fast, accurate decisions under pressure
• Solid understanding of probability, odds calculation, and betting markets
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets and trading platforms; knowledge of Python/R is a plus
• Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and major football events

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Previous experience with in-play trading systems or automated trading tools
• Knowledge of multiple sports betting markets (Totals, Player Props, Stats markets etc.)

Overview: 

The function of the Payments and Fraud Shift Leader is to handle contacts related to payments queries raised by customers or any internal or external parties. The aim is to provide an outstanding customer service experience by putting the customer first in every action and facilitate internal communication, as well as offer guidance to payments analysts. 

Main Responsibilities: 

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Allocation and prioritization of task during the shift. 
• Being the first line of contact for 3rd party providers regarding payments related issues. 
• Taking ownership of any issues occurring during their shift, effectively manage the issue and take the most efficient course of action to minimize customer impact as well as work load. 
• Answering escalations from customer support and following up on the timely resolution of issues. 

• Handling of payments and risk queries and escalations from customer support via chat, IM and emails. 
• Cooperate with Payments and Fraud Team Leader on any issues facing the team. 
• Work together with Payments and Fraud Team Leader in order to improve and maintain procedures within the Payments Team. 
• Raise any trends in escalations, denoting a possible generic issue with anything payment related. 
• Ensuring that ongoing tech issues are monitored and proper follow up is done to ensure minimal down time and customer impact. 

• Point of contact for any payment and fraud related issues or questions. 
• Processing of internal crediting requests. 
• Be a point of assistance to the other team members when the need arises. 
• Ensuring that fraud and risk prevention rules are followed and applied when processing any of the Payments and Fraud Shift Leader tasks.

You will have a particular focus on providing the required data reporting and analysis, to allow for the reviews to be completed, ultimately with a view to driving additional commercial value to the business. Help maintain and update required KPI reports, ranging from weekly, monthly and quarterly, to facilitate performance reviews of both commercial regions and providers

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Assist in maintaining the full range of required KPI reports, ranging from weekly, monthly and quarterly and collaborate with the departments across the business to create and communicate reports, dashboards and insights on our customer experience and gaming performance
• Identify any product market gaps and highlight them to the business and relevant stakeholders for improvement and optimisation purposes
• Constantly review game performance and provide findings for internally for review and then for optimisation purposes to our regional teams. This will include new game performance, exclusive game performance, supplier performance benchmarks, as well as competitor product reviews on a market level to ensure we stay ahead of the curve when possible
• Present monthly product and commercial reviews to regional teams across the business with solid actionable insights and recommendations that can drive additional revenues
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews [QBRs] with game suppliers to ensure we are getting as much business value from each individual game supplier, both from a commercial and product perspective
• Continuously develop your skillset in the following key areas: SQL/Snowflake scripts, Excel analysis, Power BI dashboards, data analysis and presentation.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role

The Senior Game Integrity Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, fairness, and security of poker gameplay. This position is responsible for proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving complex integrity threats, including bot activity, collusion, and third-party tools.

As a senior individual contributor, this role provides advanced analytical insights, supports cross-functional initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of game integrity tools, processes, and strategies. The Senior Analyst also serves as a subject matter expert, helping guide best practices and supporting less experienced team members where needed.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze player activity, gameplay data, and other relevant data points to detect sophisticated patterns of suspicious behavior, including bot usage, collusion, chip dumping, and real-time assistance tools
• Lead complex investigations into flagged or reported player activity and determine appropriate actions in alignment with integrity policies.
• Monitor, investigate, and help resolve game integrity issues, ensuring timely and consistent enforcement of rules and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep understanding of poker game integrity, including bot detection, RTA detection, collusion, chip dumping, and the identification of other integrity and fraud vectors.
• Strong experience in defining game integrity policies and designing, optimizing, and maintaining operational procedures to support consistent, effective, and scalable GI decision-making.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights.
