THE OPPORTUNITY
Southeast Asia is one of the fastest-growing digital payments markets in the world — fragmented, underserved, and ripe for a product-led challenger. We are looking for a Senior PM who thinks and acts like a founder: someone who can roll up their sleeves, earn merchant trust from scratch, shape the product roadmap, and drive GTM — all at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain gaming-related web applications using modern frameworks like Ruby on Rails, C# .NET
Write and optimize code in JavaScript and Python to support game-related services.
Utilize Git for version control and collaborate with other developers to create high-quality products.
Manage dependencies and libraries using NPM, PIP, and Ruby Gems.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL) to store and manage game data efficiently.
Develop and maintain ReactJS applications for game UI components and player engagement platforms.
Collaborate with game designers, developers, and product managers to create interactive and engaging gaming solutions.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Ruby on Rails is a must
Experience with at least one of these web development frameworks (Ruby on Rails, C# .NET).
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for game-related scripting and web application development.
Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
Familiarity with package management tools like NPM, PIP, and Ruby Gems.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus (MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL).
Experience with ReactJS or other JavaScript frameworks is a bonus.
Background in game development or experience building gaming-related applications.

The Financial Operations team manages all customer funds across the region, ensuring that funds are placed appropriately, liquidity is managed correctly, transactions are reconciled and all manual operations to support customer fund flows are executed to an extremely high standard.
As we expand across more countries, we have developed a global offering (“Global Accounts”) for our merchants, allowing them to move funds seamlessly across currencies and leverage any of Xendit’s global services from within one dashboard. We are looking for a Risk Operations Analyst to perform various merchant risk management activities at Xendit, including investigation of merchant-related risk alerts, reviewing and deciding on merchant requests for activating features and channels, updating transaction privileges, responding to risk-related queries from merchants and internal and external stakeholders, and managing other fraud-related operational matters.
The role requires a strong ability to independently assess the context of the situation and alerts, and apply sound judgment to decide the right course of action. This person needs to be proactive and have the acumen to apply risk management principles in varied situations. An ability to follow the standard operating procedures, owning the tasks and cases end-to-end, and the drive to bring cases to a conclusion will be important requirements for this role.
The role will involve communication with teams across Xendit and with external partners and merchants. There will also be multiple priorities to manage. Clear and precise communication skills will be required, as well as the ability to independently craft recommendations to senior stakeholders using risk protocols and SOPs instead of seeking constant direction.

As a Financial Operations Associate, you will be part of the Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of funds for the countless transactions happening on the Xendit platform daily. This role will be part of a new subteam being formed within FinOps to own reconciliations across the entire organisation, driving high impact across the region by ensuring all funds are moving as they should and we have full oversight over all movements.
