JOB SUMMARY:
The Territory Sales Exec is responsible for acquiring high-value net new fitness, wellness or new vertical partners for the ClassPass platform within their assigned market, as well as their broader region as defined. This is a 100% new business hunter role with field-based in-market outreach (drop-ins/visits) 40% of the time. They are embedded within their markets, building strong fitness-wellness industry relationships and being the first to know where the best local studios and spas are, including those newly opened.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Training Specialist is responsible for creating, developing, and executing content for external customer trainings, including franchisee. This position will work with department stakeholders to identify training needs and monitor the effectiveness of internal training resources for customers at various touchpoints. This role develops and executes actionable training programs. The Customer Training Specialist ensures that learning objectives are met, aligning programs with business strategy to drive revenue.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education or Instructional design
• 2-3 years’ experience with Customer Service in a SAAS business
• 1+ years’ experience with training or certification creative and delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations/trainings to audiences live or virtually
• Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative

The Onboarding Specialist position provides software configuration and onboarding support to Mindbody customers through multiple methods of contact, specifically on camera interactions over video conferencing and email communication. They collect customer requirements during initial kick-off calls and configure the customer site accordingly to help them achieve their goals. This role acts as a liaison between the customer and other Mindbody teams, recommending and helping implement value-added services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years customerservice experience.
• Training orteaching experience preferred.
• Strong time managementskills with the ability to use time effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, analyze and solve customer questions.
• Ability to clearly write proceduresin response to customer questions.
• Ability to effectively present information (verbal and written) and respond to customer questions in
one-on-one and group settings.
• Practices attentive and active listening.

onboarding support consistent with department expectations and procedures in a face-to-face
Zoom environment.

needs and use cases
• Identify customer needs and recommends and/or coordinates additional value add services and
products.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
• This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse and keyboard.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
• The primary channel of communication is over cloud-based video conferencing such as Zoom, where
cameras should remain on during customer interactions and meetings.
• Requires a significant portion of the day to be on calls speaking with customers in a virtual face-to-face
environment.

The Mid Market Account Manager (MM AM) is responsible for owning the commercial and strategic outcomes of a portfolio of mid-market wellness brands. Acting as the GM for your book of business, you will be accountable for retention, growth, and partnership health—leading executive-level relationships and driving measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.
The MM AM is a strategic relationship leader and commercial owner, responsible for both customer success, retention, and revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with internal experts in onboarding, product enablement, and technical account management to deliver an exceptional partner experience and sustainable business outcomes. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on execution to help our customers expand, optimize, and thrive on the Mindbody platform.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-3+ years in account management, customer success, consulting, or strategic sales with a track record of delivering retention and growth outcomes.
• Demonstrated success managing commercial relationships across complex n accounts—preferably within SaaS or technology-enabled services.
• Proven ability to lead executive-level relationships and influence decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen with comfort in contract negotiation and revenue forecasting.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally
• Data-driven mindset—comfortable leveraging insights to guide retention and growth decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a dynamic portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating in a scalable, hybrid model that includes offshore partnership support.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the full commercial relationship for your assigned portfolio (~60–70 mid-market brands), serving as the single point of accountability for both retention and revenue
growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive expansion opportunities, optimize platform usage, and align customer outcomes with Mindbody’s goals.
• Lead multi-year renewal and upsell negotiations, securing long-term commitments and deepening platform adoption.
• Identify and close growth opportunities across the Mindbody suite, including new products, upgraded plans, and additional locations.
• Forecast retention and expansion performance, ensuring accurate visibility into revenue outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Product to co-create growth strategies and deliver scalable value.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders to review results, surface opportunities, and align on forward-looking initiatives.Customer Retention & Success
• Take end-to-end ownership of retention outcomes—proactively identifying risk and developing save strategies before issues escalate.
• Monitor account health and engagement metrics to prioritize actions and mitigate churn risk early.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, ATAM, TAM, Product, and Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience across all lifecycle stages.

• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and uplifts, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer contracts, usage patterns, and pricing models to maximize account performance.

• Leverage offshore and onshore resources effectively to deliver scalable, consistent service across markets.
