Job Summary
The Technical (Data Centre Design) Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects, including design review, construction, commissioning, and operational handover. This role ensures that all MEP engineering, construction, and operational requirements are met on time, within budget, and according to quality and compliance standards.
The position involves close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams — mechanical electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, electrical, IT infrastructure, security and operations — to deliver hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centres.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical expertise, hands-on experience in hyperscale and Tier III+ data centres, and proven project management leadership. This position can be based in Cyberjaya or Johor as a hybrid onsite structure is needed, and will require at least 30% travel to the other site and other regional travel when key meetings or coverage is needed.

Title: Regional Manager, APAC Data Center Operations
The Regional Manager, APAC Data Center Operations will work directly with the Regional Directors to monitor, maintain and support EdgeConneX data centers throughout the APAC region. This requires leading scheduled preventive maintenance activities, performing unscheduled maintenance, and supporting any customer requests. He or she will also help manage facility expansions and improvement, new MEP capacity expansions or repairs, and utility upgrades. While an IT background could be helpful to complement the leadership needed, the background coveted is in MEP. This position reports to the Regional Director of APAC Data Center Operations and will be expected to work closely with the other Regional Managers (across other regions), peers in other departments, Customer Installation Project Managers and with contract vendors to accomplish their tasks. While this position can be based in Cyberjaya or Johor, travel could be as much as 50%.
