The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) requires Project Support and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) consultancy services for implementing, operating and maintaining complex eBusiness solutions integrated in the NSPA environment, using the latest web technologies, Relational and non-Relational Databases, integration techniques and standards (synchronous and asynchrounous interfaces), cyber security layers and concepts.

Role Background

The scope of the role involves implementation, operations and maintenance of complex e-Business solutions based on Microsoft .NET technologies, relational and non-relational databases and the latest development frameworks and libraries available for web-based solutions.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Developers to assist with the implementation and maintenance of complex e-Business solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Contribute to the development of web applications, using .NET frameworks and C#.
• Support the creation of responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Follow best practices in the development of secure and efficient code, using Git for version control.

 Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience or academic background in software development.
• Proven experience and skills in the following areas:
  • Proficiency in .NET frameworks and C#
  • Knowledge of various application architectures: MVC, Micro-services, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of Angular and React.
  • Proven ability to develop secure and efficient solutions.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to explain issues at different levels of the hierarchy.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports and technical documentation.

 Language

• Proficiency in English, written and oral, equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher

Working Location

• Managing and optimizing SQL and Oracle databases.
• Write secure, optimized code and manage version control using Git.

 Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience of at least 5 years - on medium/large projects – on development of complex architectures for web-based systems based on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience and skills in the following areas:
  • Proficiency in .NET frameworks and C#
  • Experience with various application architectures: MVC, Micro-services architectures based on REST API and message broker, Event Driven Architecture, Model Driven Design.
  • Experience with Single Page Application Frameworks (like Angular or React), HTML5, and Bootstrap.
  • Very good knowledge and proven experience of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Experience in writing secure code and cyber security, maintaining optimization and efficiency.

• Implement secure and optimized code following best practices, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate using version control systems like Git and apply various application architectures such as MVC and microservices for scalable solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience 

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in developing solutions on Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Experience and skills in integrating different data sources: Microsoft SQL Server, SAP, APIs, etc.
