We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and outcomes-driven Principal Analyst to join our GTM Operations team, supporting processes and systems across our global go-to-market (GTM) organization — including Customer Success, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.
You will act as a senior thought partner to GTM leadership, owning complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, drive data-informed decision making, and scale our customer lifecycle processes globally. This role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions, navigate ambiguity, and turn strategy into measurable business impact.

We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.
This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.
You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

Job Summary
The Vice President Engineering leads the organization responsible for building, operating, and scaling the digital platforms that power the company's global ecommerce, fan engagement, and data ecosystem. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, this leader oversees an engineering organization of approximately 100 professionals across DevOps, platform infrastructure, product engineering, and data engineering, ensuring reliable delivery of high-volume commerce and real-time digital experiences. The role partners closely with Product and Technology leadership to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable platforms capable of supporting millions of users and mission-critical business operations. Payscale: $217,119 - $300,000

Expert-level Iconik MAM experience strongly preferred
Hands-on with LLMs, generative AI, and orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent)

As a Senior Security Engineer at Later, you will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the security foundations that power our platform. In the role of Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Recommendation and Personalization, you will report to the Director of Data Science and Machine Learning in the Center for Data and Insights, working from Los Angeles or San Francisco area in California. You will lead the research, development, and test of advanced models, and work together with product and engineering partners to deliver tailored experiences for our fans across the anime ecosystem, including anime video recommendations, digital manga suggestions, merchandise personalization, anime-themed gaming, music, and more. This position will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, product owners, to prototype innovative algorithms, evaluate their impact, and integrate them into production systems that drive user engagement, retention, discovery, and satisfaction.
We work a hybrid schedule, in-office three days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. This position can be based in our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices.

Rather than building general-purpose large language models, you will focus on models that capture the structure and dynamics of Riot's games: how state evolves, how players behave, and how design changes ripple through complex systems. Your work will power scalable simulation for agent training, automated game balancing, synthetic data generation, and new forms of language-conditioned game interaction. You will stay deeply hands-on, turning advances in predictive simulation, latent state representations, and environment modeling into concrete prototypes that game teams can evaluate and build on. You will work closely with game teams to ground your research in real gameplay needs and partner across Technology Research to connect world models with game AI and NLP efforts.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on backend engineer to build the core services and AI infrastructure powering this platform, with the support of a parent company leading innovation in engineering and manufacturing.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a backend engineer who ships reliable, well-designed systems and takes ownership of the services they build. The ideal candidate has production experience with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL, and is comfortable building everything from REST APIs to background task pipelines to AI agent infrastructure. You should already be using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to accelerate your work, with excitement about building the backend that powers the first AI-native platform for complex hardware development.
This senior engineer will work alongside our engineering team, AI researchers, and head of product to build the services that turn unstructured inputs (call transcripts, emails, documents, datasheets) into structured engineering artifacts (requirements, project plans, dependencies), orchestrate ambient AI agents for proactive coordination, and serve real-time project intelligence to users. The role is hands-on - you will be coding daily while contributing to system design decisions and helping establish backend engineering best practices as we grow.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
● Designing and implementing RESTful APIs with OpenAPI specs and auto-generated client SDKs using SQLAlchemy and Postgres
● Developing ingestion pipelines using Celery and Redis that connect to tools teams already use (file storage, messaging, email) and extract structured engineering artifacts from unstructured inputs
