The Senior Director, Performance and Analytics – FanDuel Predicts is responsible for building and leading the analytics function that underpins decision-making, performance management, and execution across Commercial, Product, and Marketing for FanDuel Predicts. This leader will establish a single source of truth for Predicts, define the metrics that matter, and ensure insights translate into action across the business.

Reporting to the General Manager Prediction Markets, the Senior Director will own Predicts’ performance management system — including KPI frameworks, forecasting support, dashboards, and leadership reporting. This role blends deep analytical rigor with strong business judgment, ensuring Predicts operates with clarity, accountability, and speed as it scales.

This person will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships & Commercial Ops, Finance, and central FanDuel Analytics to ensure Predicts’ strategy, execution, and customer experience are informed by high-quality data and insight.

• Own the “why” of FanDuel Predicts, being the single source of truth across the business. Defining not only what success looks like but how, when and why we measure it. This role is a leadership based role and not a reporting or BI-only role.
• Build and lead the Predicts Analytics function, covering commercial performance, product usage and experience, and marketing effectiveness.
• Define and own Predicts’ KPI framework, ensuring consistent metric definitions, targets, and ownership across Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing analytics team, setting a culture of rigor, curiosity, and strong business partnership.
• Own Predicts’ performance narrative for senior leadership, shaping how results, risks, and trade-offs are presented to the SVP, FanDuel ELT, Flutter Ventures, and the Board
• Lead the development of dashboards and reporting that provide timely visibility into revenue, customer engagement, acquisition efficiency, retention, and product performance.
• Partner with Commercial Strategy to support forecasting, scenario modeling, and investment planning.
• Partner with Product teams to measure feature impact, identify friction points, and evaluate improvements to customer experience and repeat usage.
• Partner with Marketing teams on customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, campaign performance, and attribution.
• Translate data into action, ensuring insights drive decisions, priorities, and follow-through across Predicts leadership.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance, working with central FanDuel Analytics to align tooling, definitions, and infrastructure.
• Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy, performance insights, and decision-making speed across Predicts.

• Significant experience leading an analytics, insights, or strategy function or equivalent experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, with demonstrated ownership of complex, data-driven business problems and senior executive decision-making.
• Proven track record of using analytics to drive business performance and product decisions, not just reporting.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance cadences for senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, funnels, retention, and monetization in consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including forecasting, cohort analysis, experimentation, and performance modeling.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and help teams make confident decisions with imperfect data.

• Experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven methods to improve insight generation, forecasting, or decision-making in complex business environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior leadership.

The applicable salary range for this position is $186,000 - $233,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. FanDuel is looking for a CRM Operations Associate to help execute our CRM communication strategy and marketing initiatives. You will play a key role supporting FanDuel's customer engagement programs with increased ownership and strategic responsibility. You will gain deep exposure and work closely with product and engineering teams to drive communication optimization. • Project Leadership & Ownership: Lead and manage individual CRM projects from conception to completion, taking full accountability for project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes. Contribute to planning and managing the customer proposition calendar to ensure the delivery of the right message, to the right customer, at the right time. Cultivate extensive knowledge of our segmentation strategy
• Process Innovation & Automation: Aid in improving process efficiencies and customer journeys by executing automated & triggered marketing campaigns tailored to player behaviors. Develop communication personalization at scale across all marketing campaigns by leveraging data and our marketing tech stack. Conduct A/B testing to track business impacts, analyzing the data and extracting key insights
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize campaign, channel and client data to inform planning; clearly communicate key learnings, actionable insights, and recommend new optimization opportunities to leadership. Cultivate extensive knowledge of segmentation strategy and player behavior patterns
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Contribute to QA efforts on all CRM channels to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly, adhere to channel best practices and provide our customers with the best journey experience possible. Conduct A/B testing to track business impacts, analyzing the data and extracting key insights.
• Systems Expertise: Become a systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing tech systems. Aid in execution, creation, email coding, campaign setup, QA, deployment, channel optimization and reporting within the full CRM lifecycle.

What we're looking for in our next teammate

• 1-3 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with experience creating and managing gaming campaigns from start to finish. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, strong project management capabilities, and ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience running and analyzing marketing campaigns, timelines and deployment in a robust gaming business environment.
• Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, a self-starter and a quick learner with strategic thinking abilities.
• Knowledge and experience of data and marketing functionality of at least one email service provider (experience with Braze, Xtremepush, and/or Movable Ink strongly preferred).

• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS with advanced technical capabilities.
• Comfortable with querying and logic (SQL knowledge a plus) for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Photoshop preferred.

• Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts to support operations.
