This role owns the vision, strategy, and business outcomes for the product that sits at the center of that problem. The MediaAlpha Exchange Demand Platform is how advertisers across auto, home, life, personal finance, and Medicare find, bid on, and win their ideal customers in real-time auctions for clicks, calls, and leads. You'll set the long-term direction for how advertisers build and run campaigns, set bidding and pacing strategy, integrate via API, and measure what's actually driving conversion and LTV. You'll be fully accountable for the outcomes that strategy produces.
The core challenge: continue to expand and improve our demand-side platform that helps advertisers reduce customer-acquisition inefficiencies and grow LTV, while still providing high ROI. You'll balance advertiser sophistication (granular controls, custom bidding logic, deep reporting) with approachability for teams who don't want to become ad-tech specialists to run complex campaigns that continue to yield high ROI for our customers.

Launch has changed the economics of space. Now it is time to return.
Outpost is building the missing infrastructure between orbit and Earth: reusable vehicles that can bring payloads back from space and deliver them to a precise location within hours. We call it exologistics, space-to-Earth logistics at planetary scale. This is not a paper concept or a distant roadmap. The Role

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $109,800 and $162,480 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. The Role

Job Summary
The Paid Media team is tasked with establishing company-wide digital media strategies, campaign management, and providing consultative support across multiple AEG divisions such as AEG Presents, Global Touring, Festivals, Goldenvoice, Bowery Presents, Sports, and Global Partnerships. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Community Tech Team, you’ll work closely with world-class designers, technical product managers, and engineers to implement the suite of products helping empower third-party developers and content creators to enhance player engagement for our games. You will help build services and web apps that help power Riot’s third-party integrations as well as building solutions for content creators to enhance player engagement. You will report to the Manager, Software Engineering for the Community Tech Team.

LA28’s Manager, Venue Transport Design, will support efforts to refine, deliver, and operate venue transportation plans across a combination of Games competition and non-competition venues. The role requires complex collaboration across LA28's functional areas and external partners while maintaining credibility and ensuring key milestones are met.
Working within the Transportation Functional Area, this position will coordinate extensively with other internal LA28 Functional Areas, such as Venue Management, Venue Operations, Security, Accreditation, Workforce, Technology, Readiness, Communications, Sustainability, etc. and external partners (public agencies, operators, contractors, and Games delivery partners) to translate the LA28 Transportation strategy into actionable operational plans.
The focus of this role will be on traffic management plans, including plans for temporary traffic control plans, parking and loading zones, and staging areas for vehicles serving Olympic and Paralympic workforce stakeholders as part of LA28’s obligations under the International Olympic Committee’s award of the 2028 Games. This role requires strong operational expertise, the ability to oversee integrated planning efforts, and sound judgment to address complex transport challenges.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and highly organized, capable of operating with autonomy while coordinating across multiple Transport subfunctions. The Manager, Venue Transport Design will report directly to a Senior Manager or subfunction Director of Transport and work closely with leaders across LA28’s Functional Areas.
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $115,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $121,000/yr- $149,000/yr in Scottsdale. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

The Role
As an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) at K2 Space you will oversee and maintain compliance with cybersecurity regulations and best practices for our space systems and infrastructure. The ISSM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies, risk assessments, and security controls to protect classified and unclassified information systems.

The Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving the overall development and integration of our satellite bus for mission success. You will be primarily responsible for successful K2 missions, acting as a deputy program manager internally and with customers. You will work across engineering, production, and business development to deliver reliable flight systems on time. You will own bus-level design integration and champion technical readiness from concept through launch.
In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled, cross-disciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and customer expectations.
