As a Platform Engineer – Support, you will provide first-level response within Interactive Brokers (IBKR) on any information technology-related issues concerning the Microsoft Windows platform. You will assist business and development end-users via telephone, email, and a centralised ticketing system to resolve or escalate IT issues.
This position requires strong technical knowledge and polished communication skills. Key competencies include intermediate knowledge of Windows and networking technologies, combined with a strong motivation to develop your skills further. You must demonstrate patience with those who are less technically proficient and be able to function effectively in a fast-paced business environment with a high sense of urgency.

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. Solution Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, curious and collaborative team.
As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. You will aid your customers and will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support to do so. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organisation as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.
The range of products and solutions offered by Cloudflare are broad so that we are able to meet our lofty goal of helping to build a better Internet. As part of the Data Infrastructure team you will be supporting mission critical big data platforms, to ensure they are fully performant, reliable, available and secure. We call it data infrastructure engineering, also known as DataOps or Database Administration or SRE.

The Role
The Trading Data Technology is a new team at XTX Markets: it is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the firm’s Trading Data platform. The platform is an early stage / greenfield build. Its initial projects will be centred around standardising the capture of the firm's order data, as well as how we make it available to systems and users.
This system is designed to be highly available, handling hundreds of millions of messages a day in real time. There will also be multiple forms of storage to support the platform’s various stakeholders, including kafka, column-store databases, and S3-like files.
Developers at XTX are engaged in the entire software development lifecycle of software development. Developers work closely with other teams to gather requirements, before implementing, delivering and supporting their solutions. The Trading Data Technology team will be based in London. However, stakeholders to the platform exist in multiple locations including London, New York & Singapore.
There is currently a shared support rota with the Post Trade Technology team, which includes weekend on call every 10 weeks.

About the Role
Samsara has several emerging Channel programs that have the potential to drive significant growth for the company. These include Insurance Partners, Resale Partners, Referral Partners, Technology Integration Partners and Fleet Management Companies.
As a Partnership Sales Engineer, you will be working closely with our Partner Account managers and be responsible for leading technology conversations with existing and potential Partners and customers.
Being able to navigate what is needed to create success for the Partner is essential. This person will be an expert with Samsara products, features, and APIs. Using their expertise this person will be expected to do deep discovery into the Partner environment to: (A) find solution fit, (B) determine integration level of effort, and (C) assess further technology driven revenue opportunities. It will be common to need to learn a Partner’s ecosystem by learning their products and processes and relating that back into opportunities with Samsara’s solution set.
This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role that requires working cross-functionally to build partner engagements from scratch. The role (and team) has strong potential for growth along with our partner programs.

In this role, you will focus on
Driving engagement with Partners, particularly with technical counterparts
Finding solution fit with Partners and foster new technology focused opportunities
Developing relationships with key Partners, and become an expert on Partner environments and solutions
Working closely with Product Management, and other relevant teams, to develop and maintain integrations with Partners. Influence product development and be a partner advocate
Delivering presentations, demos, proof of value, trainings, and overall being a technical resource for Partners and Partner facing teams

The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) is a newly established role at the heart of this evolution. The TSE serves as the Regional Tier 2/3 technical escalation point — taking ownership of complex issues escalated from Frontline Support Specialists (FSS) and driving them to resolution. Beyond firefighting, the TSE plays a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of our support organisation: designing playbooks, developing automation tools, and establishing the metrics that measure how effectively we serve our customers.

Experienced Deep Learning Engineer for Game Technology
We are looking for a machine learning engineer with a solid understanding of low-level systems programming. If you are as comfortable in the memory view of your debugger as you are with training networks to solve problems, we would love to hear from you.

About the Advanced Technology Group
The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is a part of Foundational Systems and Experiences Engineering (FSEE) within the Platform Business Group. Established over 20 years ago as part of PlayStation’s first party game development studios, ATG's focus has always been to help game developers to get the most out of PlayStation hardware, and this is still true today. The majority of the group holds responsibility for a large part of the GPU software stack used by all PlayStation games, which allows us to collaborate with engineering teams worldwide, from third party game developers to hardware vendors, to deliver key platform technologies.
You will be part of a small creative team within ATG, tackling problems centred around computer vision and machine learning. Examples of projects include a novel facial performance capture system used to produce assets for AAA games, and building a general purpose solution for on-console inference.
The Role
You will be expected to develop innovative ML solutions for deployment in games and in the development pipeline. This also involves making technology choices, prototype solutions and bringing them to production.
Some of these systems are expected to run on millions of PlayStations in people’s homes, making high run-time performance crucial. You should stay up to date with the competition and the industry’s latest advances and academic developments. The role also involves close collaboration with our other teams in Europe, the U.S and Japan, as well as technical communication of the ideas and solutions developed.
The Essential Requirements
• Experience with modern Deep Learning and Pytorch: You will be expected to make decisions about data and architectures, to implement pipelines for training and validation and to develop and deploy models in production.
• Experience with production-facing software development and strong debugging skills. This also requires demonstrating applied engineering skills through a shipped ML network or personal project.
• Understanding of 3D maths/geometry: Including multiple-view geometry and 3D mesh representations.
Nice-to-have
• Experience with Graphics and/or Game Engines
• Experience with Computer Vision

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in real-time rendering, ideally with PlayStation 5 graphics APIs or comparable low-level console or modern graphics APIs, and a proven ability to deliver robust, scalable solutions while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.
Based in London, our team are part of the ‘Foundational Systems and Experiences Engineering’ group. We build the low-level SDKs and fundamental technologies used by our game development partners to create PlayStation Games.
Our team are working on the latest GPU and Machine Learning technologies to deliver the next generation of high-performance computer graphics for PlayStation.
