The Quality Engineer we're looking for has excellent attention to detail and a real passion for mobile games.

In this role you will
- Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and execution of test scenarios and test cases in all stages of the product’s development.
- Ensure all new functionalities and bug fixes are verified.
- Playing an active role in feature development working side by side with developers and designers to create products that truly stand out in quality and user experience.
- Continue to stay up-to-date with new tools, software, data and other related technology.

The Ad Experience Team is the creative powerhouse responsible for the end-to-end visual journey of our advertisements. We build the bridge between high-end design and seamless delivery, owning everything from the production suite to the final ad player.
What We Do
- Creative Tooling: We own Teads Studio, a sophisticated WYSIWYG interface that sits somewhere between Photoshop and After Effects for ads, as well as our Creative Editor, a wizard to empower self-serve users to build and adapt high-impact templates with ease.The Player: We develop the Teads Player, the core technology responsible for rendering and playing ads across the web.

Our Technical Challenge
While we maintain a robust backend, our work is heavily Frontend-focused. After a year of successfully clearing technical debt, we are now launching a massive "Greenfield" project: rewriting our Creative Editor from scratch in a unified, modern repository. This is a unique opportunity to build a "shiny," high-performance tool from the ground up that will define the future of digital ad creation.
What will you do?
As a Software Engineer, your mission will be to:
- Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments, features and enhancements with a high impact on our global revenue.
- Work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and other teams to frame projects and be accountable for their execution.
- Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Be a work facilitator and help communication inside and outside Teads.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures. If they can solve a problem Teads has, propose ways to implement them into our current software engineering process.
What will you bring to the team?
- Solid background in Front-End and API development, utilizing Typescript, Angular, and/or React.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. You are an active listener and a dialogue facilitator, you know how to explain your decision and like sharing your knowledge.
- Multiple shipped projects in Software Engineering.
- Production knowledge and practices (Release, Observability, Troubleshooting, …), thanks to multiple shipped projects / applications. Strong problem-solving skills.

Teads is organizing a Software Engineering Summer School where you will learn all areas of backend and frontend development and build a robust system from scratch. We will go through the process of planning the architecture of the system and setting up the development environment, followed by creating a service and running it locally. We will then connect the service to a NoSQL database and an external API, add logging and instrument the application with useful metrics. You will choose what functionality your application will have and implement the necessary business logic. You will write the backend part in Java with the help of the Spring Boot framework, which helps you quickly bootstrap production ready applications.
After that, we will move to the frontend part, where you will use Angular to implement the user interface. At the end you will learn how to build and dockerize your application and how to deploy it to a public cloud. The summer school will consist of many useful talks given by our expert engineers, each of which will be followed by a hands-on workshop, where you will put the new knowledge in practice. It’s a great opportunity if you want a better understanding of what it means to be a full stack engineer and how we do it in the industry.
The whole event will happen on site in our new offices on Dunajska cesta 5 and will be completely FREE of charge (including lunch, coffee, snacks and all activities). But we do expect your full commitment during the one week of the summer school – remember: if you apply, get accepted and don’t show up, you are taking away a seat from someone else who really wanted to attend!
Who will benefit most from attending the Software Engineering Summer School?
Eager individuals who know how to write code (most of the summer school is very hands-on), and have some knowledge on databases and software development in general. For example:
- Final year undergraduate, masters or PhD students at Computer Science or related university programmes.
- Recent graduates from Computer Science or related university courses.
- Professionals in Computer Science jobs who want to learn more about backend and frontend development and working on data-intensive applications.
How much programming / software development experience do you need?
You will learn a lot about full stack development and what it covers during the summer school but it is preferable that you know at least the basics about databases and REST APIs. Good rule of thumb is that if you ever wrote an application with a simple backend and frontend, if you did any studies at a computer science university programme or work as a software engineer, then you’re good.
What is the plan?
A week of interesting and relevant talks on different backend and frontend development topics given by our highly skilled engineers, followed by hands-on workshops where you will implement the presented concepts and end up with a functional application running in production. All this will be accompanied by fun activities and good food.

About the Data Solutions Team
The Data Solution pod is the technical unit within Innovation responsible for leveraging Teads'publisher integrations and network scale to provide targeting solutions and measurable business outcomes. We build the infrastructure that unifies fragmented signals from the "Open Internet" into actionable data about the customer journey for our SSPs and internal Buying Engines.
The team is a senior-heavy center of expertise handling high-scale production delivery across three strategic pillars:
- Identity: The foundation linking user journeys across Mobile, Desktop, and CTV.

What will you do?
As a Data Engineer, you will be the backbone of our data infrastructure. Your mission is to build, scale, and maintain the high-performance pipelines that power our entire product ecosystem. You will move away from simple reporting to focus on system reliability, scalability, and real-time processing.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design and scale the data pipelines responsible for building our Identity Graph, ensuring they can handle massive volumes with low latency.
- Backend Development: Build robust services and data processors using Scala and Go.
- Real-time Streaming: Architect and manage event-driven streams using Kafka to ensure seamless data flow across our systems.
- Data Modeling & Storage: Optimize our BigQuery environment and ensure that our storage strategy aligns with high-performance backend requirements.

Team Overview
The Performance Measurement team is a core part of the Enterprise Performance pod, responsible for building a holistic measurement framework that enables advertisers to accurately value their ad spend across different screens. Our mission is to move beyond basic metrics to provide deep insights into advertiser outcomes like incrementality and cross-screen attribution.
The team:
- Builds and maintains a holistic measurement framework encompassing pixels, attribution, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Incrementality.
- Improves data quality by facilitating pixel management and increasing landing rates to ensure high-quality attribution.
- Integrates 3rd-party solutions to offer advertisers trusted external validation of campaign performance.
- Develops advanced solutions for incrementality across both CTV and web environments to prove the true value of ad spend.
As a Software Engineer in the Measurement & Attribution team, you will contribute to the development of our core performance measurement infrastructure. You will work on unifying delivery insights across web and CTV, helping to bridge the gap between different advertising environments. Your work will directly impact how our clients optimize for real business outcomes rather than just media KPIs.
As a Senior Software Engineer, your missions will be to:
- Design and ship features across complex backend systems, primarily using Scala, Golang and Python to support high-scale measurement and attribution.
- Develop and integrate cross-screen attribution workflows to provide a unified view of performance.
- Collaborate with the Data team to build and deploy incrementality solutions for diverse channels including web and CTV.
- Optimize and scale pixel management systems to reduce technical friction in campaign setup and improve observed performance.

- Improve existing ML library & tools allowing to explore and analyze more and more data and provide accurate feedback on the Teads activities.

We are seeking a Principal Engineer Consultant for our Data Science & AI department, with deep experience in the advertising industry, to join a team of passionate engineers who build advertising solutions at world scale. We build and operate large-scale distributed machine learning systems that make 1B predictions per second during real-time auctions.
The Principal position at Teads represents the highest level of seniority on the IC ladder. They are tackling cross-functional, strategical, and pivotal initiatives, prioritizing robust engineering choices. Principals are working closely with the Leadership, Product and Engineering teams, all while fostering a culture of excellence.
What will you do?
As a Principal Engineer in our Data Science & AI Department your mission will be to:
- Stay on top of the state-of-the-art science and technology of large scale advertising systems
- Areas of interest are models for CTR and CVR, foundation models for recommendation systems, on-line learning, cold start, embeddings for users, ads and similar,ad matching and ranking, pacing and optimal bidding, auction design, etc.
- Work with teams of data scientists and machine learning engineers to identify investment opportunities
- Help the teams across the organization in implementing the solutions as an advisor
- On projects you choose you will be a part of the implementation team where you will be expected to participate in bringing them projects to the production environment
- Work with product managers to find data science and AI projects with best cost/benefit risk/reward ratios
- Spend time experimenting with new approaches by yourself
- Follow industrial and academic research, occasionally publish at conferences
What will you bring to the team?
- Deep experience of the ad tech industry use of AI and data science
- Strong communication skills, working collaboratively with the team, able to teach concepts, and communicate complicated topics to expert audiences

As part of the Cloud Foundation team, you’ll be the master architect of our core infrastructure, with a primary focus on global networking and automated provisioning. You’ll bridge the gap between our public clouds (AWS, Azure) and on-premise data centers by building the high-performance connectivity and “Infrastructure as Code” pipelines that tie them together. Your work will ensure that our network is not only secure and resilient but also invisible to the feature teams who rely on your automated workflows to spin up environments at scale. Your mission is to abstract away the complexity of the underlying infrastructure, providing a seamless “paved road” for developers to deploy and scale their applications with confidence. You’ll obsess over low latency, high throughput, and rock-solid resilience.
