The Team

The Growth team is focused on maximising the potential of all titles Outfit7 ships. It brings together user acquisition, creative strategy, ASO, data, and product collaboration under one roof, with full-funnel accountability for the games in its portfolio. We operate across all lifecycle stages, from R&D and prototype validation through to global scale, across a range of mobile game formats.

You are the senior growth authority in the room. You don’t just run marketing growth function, you define how it operates and where it goes next. You understand that paid and organic UA are one system, that measurement is a strategic asset, and that the difference between a good growth leader and a great one is the ability to anticipate problems before they surface in the data. You’ve built teams, shaped department-level plans and goals, and earned the trust of leadership and platforms alike.
As Director of Growth Marketing, you will set the direction of player acquisition and organic growth function across all active titles and the R&D pipeline. You manage the team, set the team goals, and serve as the primary growth voice in the department.

In this role you will

• Lead the Growth Marketing team, setting direction across paid and organic channels, translating company goals into team-level plans, and aligning well in advance with the VP, peers, and team leads.
• Set the KPI framework and targets for the Paid Growth and Organic Growth leads, hold them accountable, and provide the information, context, and direction they need to operate effectively.
• Allocate the budget across paid UA, ASO, and influencer programmes, ensuring spend is structured to maximise LTV efficiency across the portfolio.
• Set the direction for paid growth: channel mix, bid frameworks, budget management, network diversification, and new channel evaluation.
• Set the direction for organic growth: ASO strategy, featuring opportunities, platform partnership programmes, and LiveOps promotional content alignment.
• Contribute to the direction for platform opportunities with Apple and Google at Apple and Google, providing the growth expertise needed to secure featuring opportunities, premium tools access, and partnership programmes, and aligning internal goals with external platform priorities.
• Partner with the Analytics Lead on LTV forecasting and growth funnel reporting, ensuring the team operates on a shared, reliable measurement framework.
• Operate as the primary counterpart to the Director of Marketing: own the creative-to-UA briefing workflow and ensure campaign and creative pipelines are aligned.
• Ensure the Growth team is structured and staffed appropriately, has the right mix of skills and knowledge, and has access to the learning and development they need.
• Actively develop the leads and senior specialists within the team, understanding their strengths and longer-term career plans, recognising performance, and identifying and addressing performance issues constructively.
• Anticipate growth risks and opportunities before they appear in the data, propose solutions, and represent the team in internal communication channels.
• Embed company culture within the department, enable effective collaboration across teams, encourage diverse perspectives, and positively influence how the Growth team is perceived internally and externally.

What we’re looking for

• A systems thinker who sees paid and organic as one growth engine and structures the team, the budget, and the priorities accordingly.
• The strategic depth and analytical confidence to set direction independently, defend it with data, and adjust it when the evidence calls for it.
• Proven people leadership: you develop leads, not just manage them, and you think about succession, team structure, and capability building as part of the role.
• Deep expertise in mobile measurement, including predictive LTV, incrementality, privacy-first attribution, and the trade-offs that come with each.
• The communication and credibility to represent the Growth team in internal communication channels, translate company strategy into team goals, and challenge direction constructively when needed.
• A cross-functional operating style and the ability to build trust across creative, product, analytics, and platform partners without relying on formal authority.

Your experience

• 7+ years of experience in mobile growth or user acquisition, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role with direct accountability for both paid and organic channels.
• Demonstrated success in setting and delivering on portfolio-level growth targets across multiple titles and lifecycle stages.
• Experience managing senior specialists or leads, including setting goals, developing talent, and overseeing team structure and staffing.
• Deep understanding of mobile measurement in a privacy-constrained environment: MMP configuration, SKAdNetwork, iOS ATT, and LTV modelling.
• Experience managing across paid and organic functions simultaneously, with the expertise to lead both through direction and provide credible guidance in the most critical situations.

We’re seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager who is proactive, analytical, and highly motivated—someone who excels both independently and in collaborative settings. This role reports directly to the Director of Internal Controls.

What will you do?

• Lead SOX and Internal audit projects, including annual scoping, risk assessments, and control design and evaluation.
• Oversee all phases of SOX compliance, including the design, testing, documentation, and remediation of controls related to financial reporting
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (such as  Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, and R&D), including providing training and education as needed
• Liaise with external auditors and senior management to coordinate testing, address control deficiencies, and ensure timely remediation.
• Critically evaluate internal control deficiencies to identify root causes, assess risk exposure and business impact, and partner with control owners to develop and implement targeted remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain SOX documentation including narratives, flowcharts, RCMs (Risk and Control Matrices), and testing templates.
• Prepare and deliver periodic status reports, dashboards, and presentations to Finance leadership and the Audit Committee.
• Mentor and manage junior team members or consultants supporting SOX and internal control projects.

What will you bring to the team?

• 15 - 20 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 public accounting firm experience and/or a public company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO), GAAP, and risk-based auditing methodologies.
• Proven knowledge of IT systems and the ability to integrate technology considerations into SOX assessments.
• Demonstrated success leading SOX compliance programs and internal control evaluations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
