Want to join our team as a Customer Solutions Representative?

This role is a key member of our Sales and Customer Solutions Team, directly connecting with our customers and influencing their Cascade Maverik experience.  Reporting to the Customer Solutions Team Lead, the Customer Solutions Representative is responsible for leading the delivery of extraordinary customer solutions that both meets, and exceeds the expectations of both our internal and external customers.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer inquiries, orders and/or complaints via phone, email, websites and social media, using superb customer service skills to ensure positive results and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to understand and execute actions to produce orders.
• Collect information and details from customers to prepare customer orders.
• Maintain a clear understanding of internal department processes to execute detailed custom orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track shipment of product from factory to delivery to customers.
• Research and validate claims, and in turn prepare the appropriate credits and/or debits.
• Manage customer warranty returns & authorized stock returns.
• Maintain good understanding of current and upcoming products and customer contract information.
• Manage exceptions in a timely manner and within the published guidelines.
• Deliver pleasant, professional, accurate and timely information to customers.
• Maintain accurate order files and accurate order entry using SAP system.
• Ensure compliance with current sales programs and customer delivery requirements, adherence to vendor guidelines and maintain open order files to update information for current inventory availability and customer requirements.
• Make appropriate suggestions for substitutions of unavailable products, inform customers of new products in stock, and make order suggestions based on extensive knowledge of both product and customer history.
• Frequent communication with all related departments (credit, product, warranty, sales management, supply & demand) to ensure customer satisfaction and to create a positive and successful, team-oriented work environment.
• Partner with credit department regarding customer block removal.
• Collaborate with the distribution center to ensure execution of product launches, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• BS or BA in Business, Communications or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP system preferred.
• Must be fluent with Microsoft Office programs and comfortable learning new software programs.
• Consistently maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain and promote a positive “can do” attitude”.
• Effective problem solver who can analyze problems, generate options and choose courses of action.
• Ability to be resistant to criticism and separate business from personal when dealing with unpleasant customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate empathy for customer’s situation in all cases.
• Able to work overtime and travel as necessary.

The Role

Square is building a best-in-class, high-impact field sales organization, and we are looking for an exceptional Territory Account Executive — someone who consistently exceeds expectations, takes full ownership of their territory, and brings Square’s mission of economic empowerment directly to the businesses that need it most.

This is a field-driven, execution-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, demanding environments. You will spend most of your week out in the market — meeting businesses, conducting live demos, and closing deals with confidence. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and your ability to operate strategically and decisively will determine your success.

You will serve as Square’s presence and competitive advantage in one of our highest-opportunity markets — responsible for building pipeline from the ground up, elevating Square’s visibility in your community, establishing high-value partnerships, and helping local businesses grow through our ecosystem of industry-leading software and hardware.

You will:

Lead your market with disciplined, in-person execution

• Spend ~80% of your week in the field — walking your territory, engaging local businesses, and driving 50–60 targeted business visits each week.
• Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generate leads, identify needs, deliver compelling demos, and close deals across Square’s full product suite.

Establish yourself as the go-to Square expert in your city

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers by being present, reliable, and value-driven.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and fast time-to-value for new sellers.
• Implement a disciplined referral strategy to turn every new customer into future opportunities.

Build a high-velocity pipeline from the ground up

• Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, events, networking, and targeted partnerships.
• Work with channel partners to generate a consistent, high-quality referral stream that grows over time.

Master your verticals and sell with precision

• Build deep expertise in key verticals — including restaurants, retail, and services — to diagnose challenges and position the right Square solutions.
• Sell consultatively and competitively, staying proactive and strategic throughout the sales cycle.

Achieve exceptional results in a high-accountability environment

• Maintain strong operational rigor in Salesforce: track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.
• Measure performance frequently and improve continuously.
• Consistently exceed quota within a culture where high standards are the norm.

You have:

• 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience
• Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling)
• Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation and live in the market you are serving
• A collaborative and team player mentality
• Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
• Even better:
• 2+ years of payment processing OR related technology (i.e. payroll, loyalty, time management)
• 1+ years of relevant audience experience (experience working in/selling to restaurants, retailers or services based businesses)

The Role

We're opening in Liverpool and we're looking for a General Manager to lead it from the ground up.

This won't be one store among many. For now, this is Blank Street in your city. A single, high-volume flagship location which will be the highest expression of our brand.

You'll build the team, launch the store, and own the full experience. You're the person who represents Blank Street in your city.

Hospitality Leader

• Build a connected, engaged team through a welcoming environment and thoughtful team events.

PnL Owner

• Design each shift by station with precision, balancing labour productivity with demand.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste with discipline.
• Spot and execute tactical levers to drive store sales.

Change Maker

• Lead rollout of new initiatives in your store(s). Land the "why" and "how" with your team, driving real adoption and enthusiasm.
• Propose and test new ideas. Collaborate with your OM and HQ to pilot and refine

Who are you

• 2+ years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality/consumer brands
• Experienced hospitality manager with a background in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to build, train, and lead a team from the ground up.
• Strong P&L understanding, from labour planning to inventory management.
• Hands-on and highly action-oriented.
• Genuine passion for coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences
