About the Role:
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to contribute to a next-generation security initiative. You’ll be part of a small, highly technical team working on novel approaches to secure systems - with a focus on cryptography, automation, and AI-powered analysis. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and contribute hands-on to the codebase across the stack. This role involves hands-on development, learning opportunities, and collaboration across engineering, product, and design.

We’re seeking a data-driven Lead Operations Manager with a strong background in operations, finance, technology and insurance products. You’ll lead the insurance product-operations team globally, working with other teams from across the company - including member support, financial crime, finance operations, risk, compliance, technology and product - as well as with our partner insurers and Tide Members.
You will be setting up the operational workstream from scratch. Responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs and SLAs for our insurance products in all markets, risk assessment and risk and issue management, solving problems and reducing member pain points. Working closely with our Product and Member Operations teams will be vital in this role.
This is a new role at Tide reporting directly to the CEO of Tide Insurance Services. You will be a key member of Tide’s Insurance Services Leadership team, scaling our presence in the UK, India and our new EU markets.

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.
As an Engineer at Tide, you’ll report directly to the Staff Engineer and work in a team of highly skilled Engineers. Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)

Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
Continue growing your portfolio
Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets
Negotiate your term contract annually

The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention. You proactively communicate the rationale behind our approach and connect the dots between forecasts and the emails/sms/direct mail etc that are sent out. That level of clarity builds confidence and deepens trust, ensuring our clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.
You stand as a zealous advocate and representative of CTC's unique approach to retention and its accompanying tools.
