The Internal Supply Chain team owns the raw materials supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
You are capable of managing and analyzing the supply chain to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude. Owns 100% of the analysis, flags insightful info, creates action plans, develops new dashboards, etc.

What You’ll Bring:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
A minimum of 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
A minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including but not limited to executing opening and closing procedures, and reconciling cash drawers.
Curaleaf Team Members need a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Store Associate demonstrating consistent performance.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
Familiarity with retail standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and loss prevention practices
High level of attention to detail, especially in cash handling and inventory management.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, compliance-driven setting.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
Multi-tasking with the ability to quickly pivot to other tasks
Comfortable using technology and learning new tools to support operations and customer interactions.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to redirect upset customers to result in a positive guest experience.
Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer applications.

Even Better If You Have:
Previous knowledge of inventory management, systematic restocking of merchandise, fulfillment of online and in-store orders, and conducting daily inventory counts and comprehensive inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and compliance.
Background in a sales role with a focus on tracking KPIs and meeting sales targets.
Previous experience within a regulated retail setting.

The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity — an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative team that is charting a bold new path by bringing these same exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees.
This role will be reporting directly to the the Head of B2B, with the opportunity in the future to hire, train and manage sales representatives in your vertical.
You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales, marketing and product team around strategy and execution.
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to oversee the CookUnity Medically Tailored Meals program ordering and support. This role is critical in ensuring that members, providers, and payers experience a seamless process from enrollment through ongoing meal delivery as well as weekly reporting.
As the primary point of contact for administrative and service support, you’ll guide members through onboarding, assist with order placement, monitor support. You will also serve as the VOC (voice of the customer) for internal CookUnity team for members, care managers.
1. Member Onboarding & Activation
Support new member enrollment, including verifying eligibility, collecting intake details, and explaining program benefits.
Build confidence by walking members (and/or their caregivers) through the ordering process.
2. Engagement & Retention
Ensure members receive meals consistently per program guidelines. (food allergy, medical condition etc.)
Conduct proactive outreach (calls, texts, or reminders) to prevent gaps in service and missed deliveries.
Act as a trusted resource for members and caregivers.
3. Order Placement & Administrative Support
Assist members who have limited digital literacy with placing or modifying meal orders.
Process special requests (allergies, medically indicated preferences, religious/cultural needs) in line with program guidelines.
Coordinate with internal operations and kitchens to ensure orders meet medical specifications.
4. Service Delivery Support
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, delivery, or dietary issues quickly.
Monitor escalations (e.g., repeated missed deliveries, service dissatisfaction) and resolve with urgency.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of member communications, service changes, and escalations in line with payer requirements.
Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling.
Export weekly service and utilization data to support invoicing and reporting for account managers and payers.
6. Continuous Improvement
Gather structured feedback from members and providers to inform product and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve retention, satisfaction, and outcomes.

Medier is looking for a strong, hands-on Country Manager for Romania to lead our growth and performance in the local market.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you'll be fully responsible for market development, performance, and compliance.
Own the P&L for Romania and define a clear roadmap for growth.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to shape the go-to-market strategy.
Localize global campaigns in cooperation with CRM, Content, and Product teams.
Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities.
Lead local projects, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure consistent brand visibility across channels.
Develop and execute local promotional and retention strategies for casino and sports.
Monitor key KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and take action where needed.
4+ years of iGaming experience (casino or betting), ideally on the operator side.
At least 1 year in a senior local leadership role – Country Manager or Head of Marketing level within gambling.
Deep understanding of Romanian customer behavior, cultural specifics, and regulatory framework.
Strong commercial and operational mindset, with leadership experience and data-driven thinking.
Native Romanian speaker, fluent in English.
Based in Romania or open to relocate.
