Role Background

So… we have built this rocket ship. We call it Wolt. We are best known for our food delivery platform, yet we are on a journey to become an ‘’everything’’ app so you can get almost anything in your city delivered to your doorstep in less than an hour. 

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing user marketing campaigns end-to-end related to our restaurant, retail partners, or collaborations with other companies. You will be at the marketing steering wheel as well as the engine room, and will be expected to bring ideas and also execute on them to reach our ambitious targets.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Driving the execution of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, based on our long-term strategy, and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities
• Regarding your campaigns, coming up with the offerings, thinking about the best media mix, and creative strategy are all your responsibilities
• Strong cooperation with other campaign managers and departments on the timing and budgeting of the different campaigns
• Understanding the impact of marketing strategies on the P&L and assessing their ROIs.
• Support reporting needs by gathering data, tracking KPIs, and contributing insights to improve future marketing activities
• Take ownership of setting up campaigns and content using internal tools and platforms, including basic technical configurations where needed
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to contribute to the development of campaign assets and visuals
• Assist in managing marketing relationships with local restaurant and retail partners, coordinating co-marketing activities to boost visibility 

Our humble expectations 

• You have 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience mainly in campaign management or project management.
• You’re willing to get your hands dirty and have a hands-on approach to get things done
• You have the ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, but also be open to feedback and collaboration
• You have a ‘customers first’ mindset and understand the impact of communication 
• You have a creative way of thinking and a great eye for valuable content
• You have previous experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-moving environment
• Multi-tasking is often unavoidable; great time management is a must
• Fluent in Greek and fluent in English
• Located and Eligible to work in Cyprus

The role will represent the Organisation & the Global Client Services department within a model that differentiates Axi brand, from its competitors globally.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized support and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
• Proactively and effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries/complaints of the current/prospective clients in accordance with established internal policies and department SOPs.
• Perform trade investigation/validation/affirmation for MT4.
• Escalating any cash adjustments required and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams within the Retail Services Division, Settlements and Compliance, to deliver a highly personalized client experience.
• Understand customers' needs and convert constructive feedback to management.
• Manage escalations to Senior managers and relevant Stakeholders as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and protocols while meeting KPI and SLA consistently both individually and as a team.
• Be the subject matter expert with Axi's trading products and platforms and keep up to date on general market conditions to attend inquiries and provide first-class trading experience.
• Ensure compliance with the CX Charter, Code of Conduct, company policies, procedures, guidelines, and training plans by meeting the obligations and standards set out in Axi’s compulsory literature available on the internal confluence application and Ignite (learning management system).

Are you the one?

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Able to work in shifts:13:00 - 00:00/ 14:00 - 01:00/ 15:00 - 02:00.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients.
• Fluent Level of Spanish and proficient knowledge of the English language both verbal and written.
• Fluent Portuguese will be considered as a great advantage.  
• Affinity and interest in the financial markets.
• General computer literacy (knowledge of operating systems and office package).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Proficiency in using CRM and Service desk systems, preferably Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• General awareness of global happenings and updated on news and trends.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Self-driven and proactive Mindset, not afraid of taking on challenges or responsibilities.
