In this stimulating environment, your role will be to shape the personalization offering of tomorrow, alongside the software that powers it.

• Architecture: Design and evolve microservices (Java 21, SpringBoot 3) ensuring high availability and resilience for global traffic (30k new users/day).
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to build high-performance APIs that expose personalized recommendations to our customers. Act as a technical multiplier by conducting high-quality code reviews, facilitating knowledge sharing, and mentoring peers without formal management
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the code, architecture, or team processes to constantly improve the "Sport User Intelligence" platform.
• Code excellence: Champion software quality by promoting clean code, robust design patterns, and supervising the implementation of TDD to ensure stable deployments.
• DevSecOps Culture: Drive daily production deployments through optimized CI/CD pipelines, enhanced observability , and a "shift-left" approach to security.
• Problem solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges within cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions align with global Decathlon standards.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer (Spring Boot) in high-scale environments.
• Mastery of Backend Design: Expert in building microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Operational Mindset: A "you build it, you run it" approach, with experience in monitoring, alerting, and incident management (RCA).
• Engineering Excellence: Solid experience in CI/CD, TDD, and all testing layers (Unit, Integration, Load Testing).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficient with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP, ensuring global scalability and resilience.
• Collaborative Leadership: Ability to drive projects across teams and mentor peers through high-quality code reviews.
• Plus: A keen interest in the Data stack or basic knowledge of React for internal UI tools.

L'équipe BCP Digital Payment recherche un·e Senior Frontend Software Engineer basé·e à Lille

Nos équipes, regroupées au sein de la BCP (Business Capability Platform), développent la colonne vertébrale nouvelle génération du commerce à Decathlon. Nous fournissons une plateforme composée de multiples briques : gestion du catalogue de produits, des prix, des scénarios de livraison des commandes, du paiement, des avis clients sur nos produits... et ces briques microservices vont être combinées pour construire toutes les expériences commerce à Decathlon: sites Web e-commerce, application mobile, site des séjours sportifs Decathlon ou des activités (randonnées organisées, coach sportif...), "seconde vie" (produits d'occasion), location etc.

REJOINS L'ÉQUIPE DIGITAL PAYMENT

Au sein de cette organisation, l'équipe Digital Payment, est constituée de 3 produits digitaux: 

• OnePay : l'orchestrateur de paiement (le core), qui permet à nos marchands une standardisation et une flexibilité d'accès aux moyens de paiement (plugins) en choisissant le plus pertinent par rapport au contexte, au panier ou au client. Onepay propose notamment un widget de paiement directement intégrés par les différents front-office web
• OneWallet : le portefeuille numérique, qui sauvegarde de manière sécurisée les tokens des différents moyens de paiement et permet ainsi une expérience d'achat sans couture pour nos clients.
• Payment Preview: module d’éligibilité permettant d’exposer les moyens de paiement possibles au plus tôt de l’expérience d’achat.
  
  

TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

• Concevoir et optimiser l’architecture du widget de paiement et son intégration transparente chez les marchands partenaires (architecture micro-frontend).
• Développer et maintenir les nouveaux plugins de paiement (front-end) pour diversifier l'offre et l'expérience utilisateur.
• Améliorer et faire évoluer les widgets clés, notamment la simulation de paiement, le Third Party Checkout, et le widget d’intégration sur les systèmes de caisses.
• Contribuer au co-design des solutions avec l’équipe mobile pour l'évolution des SDK natifs.
• Garantir que toutes les solutions développées respectent les standards de performance, d'accessibilité et d'évolutivité les plus élevés.
• Assurer la fiabilité des composants par la rédaction de tests complets et d’une documentation technique de qualité pour faciliter l’adoption par les autres équipes.
• Participer activement aux revues de code et être une force de proposition dans l'évolution de l'architecture front-end de Decathlon.

• Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en débogage.
