Role Purpose
We are looking for an Open Banking Product Manager who will own and develop the bank’s Open Banking capabilities (AIS & PIS), ensuring regulatory compliance, strong governance and reliable operational performance. You will be responsible for Driving the evolution of Open Banking from compliance-led delivery to customer and commercial value, improving implementation quality, technical understanding and customer outcomes.
This is a hands one role where you are responsible for platform capabilities (APIs, consent, authentication and integrations), operational performance (availability, incidents, reliability), regulatory reporting and controls, and vendor/partner management. Overseeing customer-facing Open Banking use cases (e.g. payments, deposits) and identify opportunities to enhance the proposition.
This is also a collaborative role where you will work closely work closely with Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver scalable, customer-ready solutions. As part of a small, high ownership team, flexibility and support across other product areas is expected.

The Revenue Enablement Manager – Readiness & Content, ensures commercial teams have the right assets and plays at the right moment. You own how enablement content is created, governed, distributed and optimised to support faster execution and higher quality deals, globally.

Role Description
For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.
The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. The Biddable Senior Executive will use both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects. In addition to assisting with the account and client management, the Biddable Senior Executive will also be involved in managing and training the off-shore team we work closely with.

Working with customers across the UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for the successful adoption and growth of your portfolio across a variety of customers.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying a path to increase the breadth and depth of GoCardless usage and value across the customers footprint. You will need to work closely with your account team to map the scope by customer, identify stakeholders, assess risk/opportunity and create an execution plan.
As a part of our wider success team, you will also work closely with Professional Services to drive implementation and time to value, our Customer Advocacy team to enhance the customer experience and share success stories, and Renewal Managers to work towards retention alongside a dedicated Account Executive for expansion and growth opportunities.

Role Description

The Assurance Manager is a key role in the Financial Crime Compliance team, that reports directly into the Group MLRO and will be responsible for operating the second line oversight framework. The role will be responsible for monitoring and testing our financial crime risk controls, working with our auditors to ensure that audit reviews go smoothly, and will be responsible for driving closure of open issues.
