About the Role:

Onboarding Project Manager - SMB  is responsible for building relationships with customers and delivering value in the first 90 days of their journey with Motive. This position involves effectively onboarding the customers, ensuring early product adoption, and educating customers on the value of our products.

A customer-oriented focus is necessary in order to preserve long-term customer satisfaction. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates good relationship-building with customers.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new SMB customers during their implementation phase
• Guide new customers through initial hardware/software setup and system training to ensure a timely and successful onboarding/product adoption
• Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure adoption and timely activation
• Demonstrate excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as support, engineering, sales, and product management, to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
• Handle a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries
• Build customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service 

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales and/or support)
• Demonstrate Salesforce proficiency & your ability to use data to inform engagement plans
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of what success looks like for customers and Motive
• Effective listening and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our team and play an instrumental role in ensuring customers find what they need in app while driving growth. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, commercial, and operations, helping shape the in-app experience through content configuration, segmentation, and optimization. This role is based in Karachi or Lahore under Tenants (Laundry, Home & Spa, Cleaning) squad. 

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management & Strategy – Set up, manage, and optimize in-app content, ensuring relevance and consistency to improve conversion and engagement.
• Personalization & Segmentation – Ensure content is tailored to different customer cohorts, maximizing relevance and impact.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Track content performance, analyse data, and iterate based on insights to improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Operations teams to align on content strategy and execution.
• Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement scalable processes for content management.
• Project Management – Manage multiple initiatives across product, operations, and marketing, ensuring smooth execution and impact.
• Data-Driven Insights – Analyze customer behavior, content performance, and industry trends to refine content and enhance user experience.

You think about the customer and user experience first as you think through solutions and help identify ways to drive improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Learn about the business needs and utilize your deep knowledge of technology to design processes and automation to create the most efficient tool configuration possible
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology tools used by Internal teams
• Support the members of the management team to accomplish technology goals
• Manage incoming tools/system access and configuration requests
• Triage day-to-day issues that arise for internal and external tools
• Partner with IT and engineering to implement and troubleshoot new processes and workflows

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a Technology operations role or as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• A deep and ever-improving understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and the surrounding ecosystem, including 3rd party products
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Effectively juggled multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for learning new technologies and quickly becoming the resident expert
• Strong communication that partners effectively with different teams to drive results
• Proven experience implementing and improving systems powering Sales Engineering Teams
• Preferred one of the following certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
