• Develop and implement the country growth strategy to take Payoneer Pakistan to the next level. Ensuring alignment with the overall global business growth plan. Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed customer performance, growth, and penetration targets across existing and new product lines.
• Lead and guide the country’s strategy both in the short and long term and ensure it translates into the execution of new Business Development, customer engagement and improved processes.

• Operational Support: Be well-versed in all aspects of the business, including operations, data analytics, marketing, and partnerships. Provide support as required, aligning with the company's corporate functions.
• Market Leadership and brand representation: Serve as the main point of contact for Pakistan in collaboration with other company business lines. Act as the face of Payoneer in Pakistan, monitoring competitive activities, and actively representing the company at events, in local media, on social networks, exhibitions, and other relevant occasions. Proactively providing thought leadership internally and externally.
• Executive Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and collaboration skills within the executive team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Who you are 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an asset.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business growth strategies in a similar leadership role. Strong executional mindset balanced with a commercial growth orientation.
• Experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales and account management teams.
• Proven experience in sales and/or business development in one or more of the following industries: payments, digital marketing/advertise-Commerce and/or cross-border logistics or cross-border business.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistan market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Urdu.
• Experience in growing business via direct sales, channels, and partnerships
• Strong marketing and businesses development capabilities
• Stakeholder management experience - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our team and play an instrumental role in ensuring customers find what they need in app while driving growth. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, commercial, and operations, helping shape the in-app experience through content configuration, segmentation, and optimization. This role is based in Karachi or Lahore under Tenants (Laundry, Home & Spa, Cleaning) squad.

• Able to assist the team in recording vendors’ invoices and perform cost of sales reconciliation (costing function).
• Able to handle billing functions and post journal entries with close supervision by Team Leader.

In six months, you would have:

• Able to handle billing, costing and collection of a portfolio of client accounts with moderate level of supervision.
• Perform journal entries posting independently.
