We’re looking for a motivated Operations Specialist (Business Development) to join our Bolt Rides team in Ukraine. You’ll acquire new fleets, develop relations with existing fleets, analyze performance, create initiatives and be involved in various aspects of Bolt Rides operations.

The Operations Specialist (Business Development) manages, grows, and supports a portfolio of fleets while also contributing to new fleet acquisition. The role combines relationship management, performance analytics, operational execution, and acquisition, ensuring sustainable fleet growth and long-term partner success.
This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven individual with sales, account management or business development experience with strong proven analytical skills. You're keen to be part of a team responsible for amplifying Bolt Ride-Hailing success and supporting our ambitious growth and expansion plans.
