About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Specialist supports day‑to‑day AR operations, including accurate invoicing, timely payment application, and follow‑up on outstanding balances. This role works closely with internal teams and customers and supports software maintenance license renewals and subscription‑based billing models.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AR aging reports and support collection efforts to reduce overdue balances
- Follow up on overdue accounts in accordance with established collection procedures
- Support daily Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, payment application, and collections
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with investigating billing discrepancies
- Support Account Managers, Support Team, Delivery Team, and Cloud Team with AR inquiries, service holds or suspensions for non‑payment, and transaction history requests
- Prepare and post customer payment journals and adjustments in accordance with internal controls
- Assist with AR reporting, including aging analysis, DSO support data, bad debt reserve inputs, and month-end AR Balance Sheet Reconciliation activities
- Support Finance & Operations initiatives related to AR process improvements and system enhancements
- Support monthly sales affiliate commission reporting
- Assist with audit requests and maintain accurate AR documentation
Value‑Added Experience & Expertise
- Software Maintenance & Renewal Billing
Experience supporting software maintenance agreements and renewal billing, including tracking contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing changes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. - Microsoft Subscription & Cloud Billing Experience
Working knowledge of subscription‑based billing models, including Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other recurring or usage‑based services. Familiarity with supporting accurate billing, renewals, and reconciliations within AR processes. - Microsoft Portals & Licensing Platforms
Hands‑on experience using Microsoft portals (such as Partner Center and related licensing or subscription management tools) to review subscriptions, validate billing details, investigate discrepancies, and support customer inquiries.

Work Structure & Collaboration
At Enavate, we embrace flexibility in how we work, but we also believe that collaboration is key to our success. Our office locations in Tampa, FL, Fargo, ND, and Kyiv, Ukraine are central to our culture and provide a hub for team interaction and innovation.
All North American new hires are onboarded in person at our Tampa office. Onboarding typically lasts 3 days, depending on the role, and provides a dedicated opportunity to connect with your leader, teammates, and our company culture.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of the new systems, tools, and business processes that will power the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and department heads to define and communicate the vision for new solutions and tools that increase business outcomes.
- Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements gathering to release, implementation into the business process, and continuous optimization.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Re-engineer processes and implement new, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product designers, development teams, and other departments to get measurable outcomes. Be able to cover niche projects or product stages independently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product or Project Manager with product expertise in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven company, delivering innovations with positive measurable results.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results.
- Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices.
- Good understanding of when development is needed or not needed to solve the problem.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills are a must.
- Excellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement and alignment skills.
- Proven records in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Experience in building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
- Proficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes and tools to validate hypotheses in the early stages.
- Previous BA experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

ARX Ukraine is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead (m/f/d) to take charge of our recruiting strategy and operations across all business areas. You’ll lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring top talent in tech, operations, and business functions - from junior specialists to senior leadership roles.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll set direction, coach your team, and drive hiring excellence across the board. You’ll report directly to the CEO of ARX Ukraine and work closely with department heads to deliver the talent that fuels our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale the TA team - set clear goals, foster accountability, and build a culture of performance and collaboration
- Translate business needs into strategic hiring plans across all departments and levels
- Own the full recruitment cycle for leadership and high-impact roles
- Build smart, scalable processes that keep quality high and time-to-hire low
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through market mapping, proactive sourcing, and strategic talent outreach
- Elevate our employer brand to attract the best talent in Ukraine’s competitive market
- Use hiring data to identify challenges, optimize funnels, and continuously improve how we hire
- Champion an inclusive hiring culture and make sure every candidate experience reflects our values

Your profile
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team
- Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles at fast growing tech scaleups
- You’ve managed high‑volume hiring and know how to scale recruitment efficiently without ever lowering the quality bar
- Strong sourcing background and deep understanding of the Ukrainian talent market
- Proven ability to design and scale recruiting processes
- Data-first mindset: you use metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Obsessed with great candidate experience and recruitment innovation
- Prior experience from mil tech or robotics companies would be a plus
- You thrive in fast-growing, high-velocity environments, where priorities evolve quickly
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
