About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Senior Executive, People Operations, based in Malaysia. This role plays a key part in supporting payroll and HR operations for Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience. You’ll also help manage local office administration and collaborate on regional initiatives.

The Senior Executive, People Operations will be responsible for:

Payroll & Compliance (Malaysia & Singapore)

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring timely and accurate execution in collaboration with Multiplier and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, including base salary, variable components, statutory deductions, and off-cycle payments, with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality and update employee records in line with local requirements, ensuring alignment between HR systems and payroll data.
• Administer employee benefits such as insurance, allowances, and statutory contributions in accordance with company policy and country-specific laws.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals for Singapore, including Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Dependant Passes, in coordination with relevant authorities and internal teams.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, including but not limited to:
• Malaysia: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
• Singapore: CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements
• Process final payments for resigning employees, including pro-rated salary, leave encashment, and tax clearance where applicable.
• Respond to employee queries related to payslips, statutory contributions, offboarding payments, and other payroll-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate closely with Multiplier on payroll calendars, monthly employee data updates, and accurate documentation submission to ensure smooth payroll execution.

Employee Lifecycle Support

• Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, offers, contracts, and related documentation in Workday, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT access setup, workspace allocation, equipment distribution/return, and orientation coordination to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Assist in the administration of probation reviews, contract amendments, internal transfers, and other employment changes, including preparation of relevant letters and system updates.
• Ensure all statutory and compliance-related filings are submitted accurately and on time, including documentation for audits or regulatory requirements.
• Provide operational support during performance review cycles, including data consolidation, system input, and coordination with managers and HRBPs for compensation planning and employee movement tracking.

Office & Vendor Administration (Malaysia ad-hoc)

• Manage day-to-day office needs: pantry, stationery, courier, and vendor coordination
• Liaise with building management for facilities, security, and maintenance
• Support internal events and office activities in collaboration with regional teams

• Assist employees with enrollment, changes, and claims related to company-sponsored insurance plans, wellness programs, and other employee benefits, ensuring clear communication and timely support.
• Maintain accurate records of benefits eligibility, entitlements, and utilization in accordance with local regulations and internal policies for both Malaysia and Singapore.

• Drive improvements in data accuracy and process efficiency by reducing reliance on manual trackers and promoting automation and standardized workflows.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance checks, and HR reporting requirements by ensuring documentation and records are properly organized, complete, and accessible.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify system gaps and support continuous process improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection protocols are strictly followed in handling employee information.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or payroll, ideally in a regional or cross-border role
• Solid knowledge of MY & SG payroll, statutory filings, and EOR platforms (Multiplier experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and functions for reconciliation and reporting
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and spreadsheet tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams and time zones

Your Role as a Test Automation Lead (Signage): 

As the Test Automation Engineer you will be responsible for test automation to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of test coverage for Appspace product suites. This is achieved through designing, developing and maintaining test automation.

A Day in the Life of a Test Automation Lead (Signage): 

• To contribute and work with a small team of Test Automation Engineers to design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks, test automation test suites and test harnesses.
• Mastery of the test automation domain.
• Reduce technical debt by analyzing test automation codes and enhancing the same by code refactoring.
• Work closely with the QA Manager and Management to implement Test Automation strategies, and to work in initiatives that improve processes and/or procedures that contribute to performance effectiveness and efficiencies.

• Management of in-house testing tools and associated source code.

Role Overview 

The Quality Assurance Manager leads CEG’s global QA function for multichannel operations across Accommodation, Flights, AST and B2B funnels. This role translates QA data into high impact, actionable insights, partners with operations and cross functional stakeholders to prioritize improvements, and drives measurable gains in customer experience, efficiency and compliance. The role is strategic and stakeholder facing, not a transactional monitoring role. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and scale a global QA function (~60 FTE across multiple countries), setting strategy, priorities and standards for QA across all CEG funnels. 

• Design, evolve and automate QA frameworks, scorecards and measurement approaches that deliver clear, actionable insights tied to business KPIs (CSAT, NPS, FCR, AHT, quality adherence, cost-to-serve). 

• Own insight delivery: convert QA findings into prioritized opportunities, business cases and recommended interventions (training, SOP changes, tooling, staffing). 

• Drive cross functional stakeholder engagement with CST, AST, RTA, B2B, Workforce Planning and Product to ensure QA insights translate into implementation and outcomes. 

• Build and maintain executive grade reporting dashboards and cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) that surface trends, risk areas, remediation status and ROI of quality initiatives. 

• Lead root cause analysis for systemic customer experience issues and coordinate resolution end-to-end with accountable teams. 

• Influence operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives by embedding QA as a decision driver for policy, process and automation changes. 

• Define QA governance, compliance monitoring and audit readiness across local and international operations; escalate and close gaps where required. 

• Foster a high-performance QA culture: lead calibration, standards alignment, coaching for QA managers/analysts, and career development for the team. 

• Champion efficient workflows: identify and implement automation and tooling (reporting, sampling, workflow) to scale QA impact and reduce manual effort. 

• Represent QA in cross CEG leadership forums, present insights to senior stakeholders, and advocate for customer centric tradeoffs.

• Demonstrable experience managing distributed/virtual teams across multiple countries. 

• Proficient in designing QA frameworks, scorecards and governance for multi-channel contact centers (voice, chat, email, social). 

• Advanced competency with data analysis and visualization (Excel, BI tools); comfortable building dashboards and presenting executive summaries. 

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills in English. 

• Proven problem-solving skills, prioritization and ability to run multiple initiatives concurrently.
