About the Role:

The Procurement Manager is a newly created, high-impact role at eko's Capture Factory in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a program ownership role, not a people management role. You'll be the person who makes procurement run at Eko.

You'll own the end-to-end procurement process for the factory, partnering with our Merchandising team to execute on sourcing strategy and ensuring the right products arrive at the right time to keep our stages moving. You'll also help build the systems and processes that scale with our growth, and as you establish yourself in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take on a broader procurement scope across the factory.

The right person is organized, systems-minded, and energized by owning a function rather than just executing tasks.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end procurement process for the factory, ensuring products are sourced, purchased, and delivered on schedule to support production needs
• Partner with the Merchandising team to execute on sourcing strategy and align purchasing activity with category priorities and timelines
• Identify and drive tool optimization opportunities and support partner negotiations to improve cost and efficiency

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Production Grip who will help keep eko’s robotics-powered capture stages safe, consistent, and production-ready as our studio continues to scale.

In this hands-on, floor-based role, you’ll work with lighting equipment, rigging, stands, cables, tools, and stage infrastructure in a fast-moving production environment. You’ll support the Production Support team by executing lighting and stage setups from documented specs, making approved adjustments for product-specific needs, and checking that each stage meets defined quality standards before and during capture. 

You’ll also help with stage changeovers between shoots, maintain clean and organized equipment areas, and flag physical setup issues before they impact production quality. This role reports to the Stage Ops Lead and works closely with the Production Tech on shift to keep each stage ready and running smoothly throughout the production day. 

What you will do:

Studio Lighting, Grip & Power Support

• Complete daily studio walk-throughs to confirm lighting fixtures, stands, modifiers, cables, and grip equipment are correctly positioned, secured, and ready for production
• Assist with lighting setups and adjustments across capture stages and studio work areas
• Support safe power distribution for lighting systems, robotics equipment, computers, and specialty production gear
• Route, secure, and maintain clean cable runs to support safe movement, efficient production flow, and a clean stage environment
• Inspect and maintain lighting accessories, including diffusion, flags, modifiers, clamps, stands, and specialty lighting tools
• Identify and flag damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, loose hardware, blocked pathways, or stage issues before they impact production

Grip Equipment & Stage Infrastructure

• Keep grip equipment clean, organized, labeled, and ready for daily use across capture stages
• Organize grip carts, cases, tools, hardware, and studio supplies so production teams can find and use equipment quickly
• Assist with installing, adjusting, and securing stands, rigging, and stage fixtures
• Support the alignment, upkeep, and safe use of studio infrastructure such as dolly tracks, stands, mounting points, and rigging hardware
• Break down, store, and reset unused equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and production-ready work areas
• Properly store unused equipment to maintain safe and efficient working spaces
• Perform basic checks on stage infrastructure and escalate issues that require repair, replacement, or additional technical support

Inventory & Equipment Management

• Track grip, lighting, and stage equipment across capture areas to help ensure tools and materials are available when needed
• Maintain organized storage areas, labeling systems, and equipment locations to improve accountability and reduce production delays
• Support equipment check-out and check-in processes, including identifying missing, damaged, or misplaced items
• Monitor commonly used grip, lighting, and stage supplies and communicate restocking needs before they create production gaps
• Help maintain accurate equipment lists, cart layouts, and stage support materials as setups evolve

Cross-Team Support

• Work alongside Stage Development to execute lighting setups and grip solutions across capture stages
• Support stage changeovers, production resets, R&D shoots, special projects, and prototype builds with safe, organized, hands-on execution
• Respond quickly to floor needs during production while staying aligned with documented specs, safety expectations, and stage quality standards
• Assist with equipment movement, studio logistics, and contractor or vendor support when needed
• Communicate clearly when a setup is complete, when something is blocked, or when a stage condition needs review before production continues

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in a studio, stage, production, warehouse, fabrication, facilities, live events, theater, technical operations, or similar equipment-based environment
• Experience setting up, moving, organizing, securing, or maintaining physical equipment, tools, stands, carts, fixtures, hardware, or similar production materials
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail, with the ability to notice when equipment, staging, cable runs, lighting positions, or work areas are not production-ready
• Ability to follow setup instructions, checklists, diagrams, or quality standards with consistency
• Ability to work safely around lighting equipment, powered systems, robotics, tools, cables, and active production areas
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, hands-on, collaborative environment with changing priorities
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of daily setup, reset, organization, and maintenance tasks
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with Production Support, Stage Ops, Production Tech, Stage Development, and creative partners

About the Role:

The Creative Associate is a frontline producer of Eko’s revolutionary product media. Reporting to a Creative Crew Manager, you’ll help turn everyday products into high-quality digital media by preparing, styling, capturing, and quality-checking products against clear production standards. 

This role is part creative, part technical, and highly active. You'll work from daily capture plans, operate proprietary robotic and camera systems, use styling tools and creative judgement to make products look their best, and keep production moving at a steady, sustainable pace. 

The right person is detail-oriented, coachable, comfortable with technology, and energized by high-volume creative production. You'll take pride in getting the details right, keeping your stage clean and production-ready, and making sure each image meets eko's production and quality standards before it moves to our retail partners. 

What you will do:

• Operate camera systems and robotics to capture products to spec
• Follow established styling, prep, and capture guidelines with consistency and care
• Complete daily capture targets at a steady, sustainable pace—not rushed, not idle
• Perform real-time quality checks on your own work—it only ships when it looks great
• Handle all products carefully and maintain condition standards before, during, and after capture
• Escalate issues appropriately (props, tech, product condition, etc.)

About the Role:

The Product Manager, Factory Software will lead the software systems that power our factory operations. This includes operator-facing web and mobile tools, hardware integrations, robotics, and computer vision systems that transform physical products into structured data and rich media. 

This role is highly cross functional and deeply operational. You will work closely with factory teams, engineering, R&D, and data partners to design and improve systems that increase throughput, accuracy, and scalability in a live production environment. 

This is not a desk-only PM role. The right person will spend time on the factory floor, observe workflows firsthand, identify friction points, and translate real operational needs into product solutions that perform reliably at production speed. 

What you will do:

• Own the full lifecycle of factory software and operational tools, from identifying the problem through launch and continuous improvement
• Turn messy, real-world operational challenges into practical product solutions that make the work on the floor easier, faster, and more consistent
• Translate workflows, operator pain points, and data needs into clear product requirements and usable specs
• Work closely across the factory in Arkansas, with the product team in New York, and remote R&D partners to connect what is happening on the floor with what gets built

About the Role:

The Training & Development Manager will build the training systems that support consistent execution across the Capture Factory. 

This is an on-site, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn fast-changing operational work into clear, repeatable training that works across multiple shifts. You will partner closely with department leaders across warehouse, styling, production, safety, and other functions to identify gaps, standardize processes, and build training training that improves ramp time, quality, consistency, and compliance. 

This is not a traditional corporate L&D role. We are looking for someone who has worked closely with frontline operations, knows how to build training in a high-volume environment, and can create structure where processes are still evolving. You'll design and drive the training systems that enable our people to succeed ranging from warehouse processes, food styling workflows, safety, compliance, and cross-functional onboarding. You'll make an impact by collaborating to build an ongoing system that evolves with feedback, ensures consistency across shifts, and empowers every employee to grow. 

What you will do:

• Build and lead the training infrastructure for the Capture Factory, including onboarding, role-based training, process training, refresher training, and cross-functional training support
• Partner daily with managers and department heads to understand what is changing, what is breaking down, and what needs to be built, then move quickly to design and deploy the right training response
• Take inconsistent SOPS, evolving workflows, and team knowledge and convert them into clear, standardized training that can be followed consistently by employees on any shift
• Build asynchronous training paths that support a four-shift operation and reduce reliance on live delivery alone
• Partner with department-level trainers to deliver on-floor training within their functions, equipping them with the materials and structure they need to ensure training is delivered consistently and reinforced on the floor
• Own and administer training content within eko Software platforms, and lead the evaluation and implementation of an LMS suited to a 24/7 factory environment
• Partner with the safety function to ensure safety and compliance training is properly housed, accessible, tracked and completed on time across both the LMS and in-person delivery, without owning the content itself
• Build train-the trainer materials and frameworks that enable department leaders and on-floor trainers to deliver consistent training within their teams
• Define and track training KPIs tied to operational outcomes such as onboarding ramp time, quality, consistency across shifts, retraining trends, and retention 
• Continuously audit deployed training for misalignment, outdated content, inconsistent delivery, or gaps between training completion and actual performance
• Build a sustainable training system that can scale as the factory grows

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in training, learning operations, or workforce development owning the full cycle from needs assessment through deployment and measurement 
• Demonstrated experience scoping and building a training function or program from scratch or significantly redesigning them in an operational setting
• Experience producing training across multiple formats including video, written job aids, digital modules, and in-person instruction
• Strong ability to build credibility quickly with frontline employees and department leaders by staying close to the work and creating training that is practical, clear, and useful
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with managers, trainers, safety partners, and department leaders, including holding stakeholders accountable for training adoption and completion
• High level of comfortability building training in an environment where processes are still changing, documentation is incomplete, and speed matters
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple departments
• Substantial experience designing and scaling training programs in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or operational environments
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital training tools; experience implementing an LMS is a strong plus
• Adult learning, talent development, or instructional design certifications are a plus (for example, ATD, CPTD/APTD, instructional design, or other adult learning credentials
• OSHA certifications, particularly those relevant to General Industry environments are a plus

• Be available on an as needed basis to support training across multiple shifts, including occasional hours outside of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Work Environment:

• This position operates primarily within a factory setting
• The noise level can range from low to moderate
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
