About the Role:
The Business Analyst works closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and guide solutions using product capabilities. This role ensures smooth project execution, clear communication, and delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations.
You will be also responsible for reviewing complex data files, mapping documents, customer requirements and providing guidance on best practices.You will need to be able to speak to the internal technical capabilities of Billtrust’s products while understanding customer requirements in order to provide customers the direction and guidance on their options for the best user experience as it pertains to their business needs.

The Data Platform team owns the data infrastructure that makes Pave work — connecting Pave's platform to the HRIS, EMS, ATS, and partner systems that power our customers' compensation workflows. Without reliable, high-quality integrations, none of Pave's products can deliver their full value. This is a high-leverage role at the core of Pave's platform strategy. This is also a rare opportunity to join as a founding engineer on the team - meaning you won't just be executing on a defined roadmap, but actively shaping how the platform evolves, what gets prioritized, and what engineering culture looks like from day one. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Data Platform team, you will design and build the connectors, pipelines, and platform capabilities that enable Pave to serve enterprise customers at scale. You'll have significant influence over the architecture and reliability of a system that touches every Pave customer.

The Communicate team builds the products that help companies communicate compensation with clarity, transparency, and trust. As part of this team, you will own core experiences used every day by thousands of employees, managers, and candidates to understand pay, rewards, and compensation decisions. This is a rare chance to join as a founding engineer on a high-impact product team. You will help define not just what gets built, but how the team operates, shaping the roadmap, influencing technical direction, and helping establish the engineering culture from the ground up. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building elegant, enterprise-grade product experiences for some of the world’s leading companies. The team’s immediate focus is on expanding enterprise capabilities and building AI-powered compensation intelligence features that help companies make better pay decisions and give employees a clearer understanding of their compensation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Kaseya is looking for a Software Engineer I to join our R&D team working on our industry-leading Backup product.
This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in backend development and cloud-based systems. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop, test, and maintain reliable backup services, while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies like cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
You'll be supported through mentorship and code reviews while contributing to systems where reliability, performance, and scalability matter.
