As our new Retail Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our retail partners succeed on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner Growth – Drive the commercial growth of existing retail partners by delivering strategic, data-driven performance insights and top-tier consultation.
• Portfolio Management – Oversee a portfolio of retail partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt.
• Performance Optimization – Use data insights to identify opportunities for partners, propose tailored campaigns, and provide high-level consultation to boost results.
• Campaign Management – Work closely with marketing to design and implement promotional activities that drive demand and maximize partner sales.
• Relationship Building – Act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication, running regular business reviews, and supporting expansion opportunities.
• Team Well-being – Foster a positive, supportive work culture where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated to grow.
• Mentorship – Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.
• Hands-On Approach – Contribute to building new structures and processes in a growing market, embracing the start-up mindset of rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Our humble expectations

• Experience – 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, Portfolio Management, Sales or related roles. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a plus.
• Academic Background - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking – A strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale.
• Project Management – Skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation, with a structured approach to delivering impact.
• Communication – Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Ownership – Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ambition.
• Collaboration – Team player with a service-oriented mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
• Languages – Fluent in both Albanian & English.
• Driver license - It is a mandatory requirement.
