What you’ll be doing
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships with restaurants and retailers. You’ll build strong pipelines, manage relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term partner success.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Explore and prospect the market to uncover untapped opportunities across both existing and newly launching cities.
Identify potential partnerships and initiate engagement with restaurants and retailers aligned with Wolt’s vision
Manage your pipeline of prospects systematically and ensure consistent progress
Assess venue performance to set profitable business terms and negotiate agreements
Collaborate closely with internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication
Our humble expectations
You’ll do well at Wolt if you:
3-5 years of experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support
Have excellent analytical skills to support data-driven sales decisions.
Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.

As our new Account Manager you’ll be trusted with a portfolio of nationally recognized brands, each with ambitious goals, multi-layered decision-making structures, and large operational footprints. You’ll be responsible for unlocking their full potential on Wolt by building strong relationships, running sophisticated campaigns, and making data-driven decisions that drive both growth and profitability.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a number of large enterprise accounts. You’ll work across multiple layers of each organisation – from central decision-makers to regional managers and local stores – with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence.
You’ll plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and use data to optimize every aspect of partner performance. In addition to managing your portfolio, you’ll help shape internal tooling and best practices that support the broader enterprise AM community.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own a small but commercially significant portfolio of restaurant enterprise accounts end-to-end
Lead negotiations and strategic planning in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders
Drive adoption of relevant Wolt products such as Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital
Analyse partner performance in depth – from conversion rates to delivery efficiency – and turn insights into concrete actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and bring feedback from the field into internal roadmaps
Build tools, frameworks, or workflows that support smarter decision-making within your team and across the region
Tailor your approach to different organisational layers, from headquarters to local store operators

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness, analytical depth, and strong interpersonal skills – and who’s motivated by solving complex challenges.
Strategic commercial thinking – You understand what drives partner performance and profitability, and you can develop win-win plans that balance long-term growth with short-term impact
Advanced analytical skills – You’re highly comfortable navigating BI tools like Looker or Excel, building your own performance views, and using data to guide negotiations, campaigns, and optimisations
Ownership mindset – You take full responsibility for your portfolio, push projects forward without being asked, and proactively solve problems when roadblocks appear
Process builder – You enjoy improving how things work – whether through creating internal tooling, building a new report, or refining the way we engage with partners
Experience – You likely have 4+ years in account management, strategy, consulting, or commercial roles with enterprise exposure
Languages – You’re fluent in Albanian and English, both written and spoken

As our new Retail Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our retail partners succeed on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll be doing
Partner Growth – Drive the commercial growth of existing retail partners by delivering strategic, data-driven performance insights and top-tier consultation.
Portfolio Management – Oversee a portfolio of retail partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt.
Performance Optimization – Use data insights to identify opportunities for partners, propose tailored campaigns, and provide high-level consultation to boost results.
Campaign Management – Work closely with marketing to design and implement promotional activities that drive demand and maximize partner sales.
Relationship Building – Act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication, running regular business reviews, and supporting expansion opportunities.
Team Well-being – Foster a positive, supportive work culture where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated to grow.
Mentorship – Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.

Our humble expectations
Experience – 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, Portfolio Management, Sales or related roles. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a plus.
Academic Background - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
Analytical Thinking – A strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale.
Project Management – Skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation, with a structured approach to delivering impact.
Communication – Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
Ownership – Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ambition.
Collaboration – Team player with a service-oriented mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
Languages – Fluent in both Albanian & English.
Driver license - It is a mandatory requirement.
