The United States Based Salary range for this role is: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience

What you'll do:
- Build measurement frameworks that clearly define how digital performance is measured, ensuring stakeholders understand what success looks like across websites and digital experiences.
- Own tagging strategy and tracking implementation, using Google Tag Manager and other tag management tools to ensure clean, consistent, and accurate data collection across digital properties.
- Lead QA processes for tracking and analytics deployment, validating that data flows correctly and reliably before features go live.
- Analyze web performance using GA4, pulling insights on user engagement, conversion behavior, and content performance to help clients continuously improve their digital experiences.
- Design and maintain dashboards in tools such as DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, translating complex datasets into clear stories that inform internal teams and client partners.
- Partner with UX and product teams on A/B tests, supporting experiment design, measurement, and results interpretation to guide feature optimization.
- Present insights to clients and internal stakeholders, connecting the dots between user behavior and business goals to influence strategic decisions.
Who you are:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in analytics, with a strong focus on web analytics and digital experience measurement.
- You are fluent in Google Analytics (GA4) and highly skilled with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management systems.
- You have hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio to build insightful dashboards and reports.
- You understand A/B testing principles, experiment design, and how UX changes can impact user behavior.
- You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams, partnering with UX, Creative, Strategy, and Development to guide data-informed decisions.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with clients, with a strong ability to tell stories through data.
- You’re curious and proactive — someone who is excited to learn new tools, try new techniques, and continuously improve.
- Experience in an agency environment or retail/e-commerce analytics is a plus.
- Nice-to-have technical skills: HTML/JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with Snowflake.

Junior Software Engineer - Internship

We are currently seeking students who have attained Sophomore or Junior Status in Computer Science or Computer Engineering programs to join our Summer Internship program. In addition to technical acumen, we highly value leadership skills as we believe innovation thrives when developers take initiative to make great software.
This position will be a member of our core 3D Graphics Software Engineering team, which develops pC-Nova, Aechelon Technology’s industry-leading visual simulation application, based in our Overland Park, Kansas office. This role will be paired with a Mentor who will assist in developing new technologies to improve Aechelon’s products. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to Aechelon’s shipping products and therefore make a lasting impact on our Company and our end users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with core 3D Graphics Software Engineering team to develop and enhance pC-Nova, Aechelon Technology’s flagship visual simulation application
- Work closely with dedicated Mentor to design and implement new technologies aimed at improving Aechelon’s product offerings
- Contribute directly to production-level software, with the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on both company products and end-user experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for developing fast code and solid software engineering principles
- In-depth knowledge of and experience programming in C or C++ languages
- Two years progress towards B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with export-controlled technology
DESIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Experience with developing 3D applications with Open GL or Direct3D
- Experience with rendering engines such as Unreal, Unity or Babylon.js
- Experience with multi-processing real time systems
- Experience with GPGPU development using CUDA, OpenCL, or OpenGL Compute
- Experience with machine-learning technology such as Convolutional Neural Networks
- Experience with defect tracking systems such as Jira or Bugzilla

This position will be a member of our core 3D Graphics Software team, designing and developing our real time graphics rendering engine and content creation tools. This role will help with taking our art path and its integration with our shader engine to the next level of realism and performance. This role’s primary workplace will be at our Overland Park, Kansas office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop real-time graphics rendering engine components and content creation tools alongside the 3D Graphics Software team
- Enhance integration between the art pipeline and the shader engine to achieve higher levels of visual realism and performance
- Collaborate on-site with the engineering team at the Overland Park, Kansas office to support the development and optimization of rendering technologies
