What you’ll do

We are looking for a driven Quality Assurance (QA) Lead and Automation Architect for Neurons UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) E2E Team -Lead the Neurons E2E team thereby driving the team and product to success.

who will be able to perform regular E2E Testing of all products and new features integrated within Neurons UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) Platform. Automation Lead – Develop and continuously innovate Rest API, CLI and GUI based Automation frameworks for Neurons UEM Platform. Automate end to end use-cases for legacy and new features for Neurons UEM. Groom the E2E team in all the feature executions and automation development. Review automation code written by E2E team. Develop entire CI/CD pipelines and framework for daily production runs. Automate the notification for successful and failed test suite executions. Collaborate with SRE, Support Team and Project stakeholders on all features and bugs uncovered by E2E team. Understand all the critical and important features to be E2E automated by collaborating with Dev managers and Directors/Stakeholders Actively sharing all the results and customer scenarios automated with all necessary dev managers/directors and stakeholders. Identifying all the important customer scenarios and features for E2E Execution and automation Be an active scrum master for the team, and lead on all the necessary sprint deliverables. Cross Collaborate with different orgs and development teams and help them in E2E Testing and Automation. Log Issues, Debug and Triage Product Failures and help SRE/Dev Team in RCA and possible fixes.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Five years in any occupation with software engineering experience must include:

• Experience as Automation Architect or QA Lead and mentoring QA team;
• Experience leading a team of engineers in the design, implementation, and delivery of substantial automation framework;
• Experience designing and architecting automation frameworks from scratch; End-to-End, Rest API, CLI and GUI automation; Java, Groovy or Selenium in developing GUI Framework and scripts;
• Experience using Python in developing Rest API/CLI Framework and scripts; RDBMS and SQL technologies; Design patterns, data structures and algorithm design; Dev-ops tools and processes; Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD); Jenkins or ADO for building pipelines; AWS/Azure technologies; Micro service architecture; API gateway, Elastic Search, Kubernetes; and Agile and Scrum methodologies

What You’ll Do

• Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies / products
• Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations effectively
• Have technical conversations with IT departments, including CIOs, as well as channel partner leadership and technical stakeholders
• Set and manage expectations with customers and team members
• Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities
• Remain organized and focused on removing sales obstacles through creativity and adaptation to rapidly changes circumstances
• Develop relationships with key partners for growth within their customer base
• Effectively position the technology against competitive offerings
• Be responsible for representing the products, company values, and brand to customers and at field events such as industry and user conferences, tech summits, etc.
• Take ownership of the POC/Pilot process: Coordinate logistics across all stakeholders, assess customer requirements/objectives, and tailor POC tests and findings, accordingly, assist prospects with initial configuration and orientation
• Where possible, improve or develop technical documentation to ease understanding and customer or channel usage of our products and services
• Capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services necessary for binding quote
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

• 3+ years of experience with public procurement in META
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions
• Experience in End User Compute or Cloud Computing preferred
• Experience in networking, storage, virtualization, or related technologies
• Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach;
• Strong Technical Writing skills to provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs
• Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and storage devices.

Your Team: 

Seesaw is expanding our engineering organization in Jordan and hiring a Frontend Engineer to join our new International Growth team. This team plays a key role in preparing Seesaw for international expansion, especially across the MENA region. You will work on high-impact backend systems that improve Arabic support across AI features, enhance text/assessment pipelines, and support future SIS/LMS integrations for government partnerships.

Solving impactful problems on Seesaw’s Engineering team feels different from any other place. Your Role:

This is a role for an engineer who enjoys crafting polished, accessible user experiences, solving deep UI and state-management problems, and working in a complex, internationalized product — with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for schools, teachers, and students in Arabic and other languages.

One of your upcoming projects will involve an AI-powered activity generation flow, but most of your work will be on core Seesaw features (Arabic/RTL, reading experiences, and classroom tools).

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build Arabic-enabled, RTL-aware frontend experiences for features such as resource conversion, Reading Fluency (Arabic), and Read With Me (Arabic).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive, performant UI flows with high-quality Arabic input/output and correct RTL behavior.
• Develop modern frontend architectures (components, state management, routing) and integrate with backend APIs and asynchronous workflows that support Seesaw’s international expansion and bilingual classroom needs.
• Support rostering or integration issues that surface in the UI, partnering with Support to maintain reliability for schools without taking on routine tickets.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, technical roadmap planning, and engineering best practices to help establish a strong frontend culture in the new Jordan team.

Your Requirements:

• 3+ years of frontend-focused engineering experience, ideally building SPAs with React or a similar framework.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, whether gained through a CS degree or equivalent experience (bootcamps + non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
• Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications at scale — the best candidates can speak to component design, state management, performance, and production constraints.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frontend ecosystems, including at least one SPA framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), REST/GraphQL APIs, and build tooling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, self-documenting code and to design simple, elegant frontend solutions for complex product requirements.
• Familiarity with SAML/OIDC-based authentication flows, SIS/LMS integrations, or data interoperability standards (OneRoster, CSV/XLSX/XML) from a UI perspective.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong frontend intuition and a desire to build performant, robust, and thoughtful user experiences inside a complex international platform.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, design systems/component libraries, and modern styling approaches (CSS modules, CSS-in-JS, etc.).
• Experience adapting products for different languages and regions
• Comfort debugging tricky layout and text issues, including encoding, RTL rendering bugs, and Unicode/bi-directional text handling in the browser.
• A strong product sense and empathy for users, especially teachers and students in bilingual or Arabic-medium classrooms.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and frontend observability/performance tooling (logging, metrics, error tracking) is a plus.
