The Opportunity

We are hiring a Director of Account Management to build and lead the next evolution of our customer-facing organization. You’ll have the opportunity to continue to build the Account Management function, define processes, shape the customer journey, and scale a growing team of high-performing Account Managers.

Account Management plays a critical role in helping our customers unlock the full value of our Practice Management Suite. In this role, you’ll be responsible for retention, expansion, customer health, and delivering exceptional client experiences. We’re looking for someone who is strategic, scrappy, and energized by building new programs, systems, and teams. You should be deeply familiar with B2B SaaS, passionate about customer success outcomes, and excited to leverage AI-driven workflows to increase team efficiency, predict customer needs, and elevate account performance.

This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office). 

What You’ll Do

• Build, lead, mentor, and scale the Account Management team from the ground up.
• Establish the Account Management strategy, including customer segmentation, engagement models, renewal & expansion motions, and success metrics.
• Own customer retention and expansion outcomes, partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Develop data-driven processes to monitor account health, anticipate risks, and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve forecasting, customer insights, team efficiency, and communication quality.
• Meet regularly with strategic accounts to understand goals, deepen relationships, and drive continued product adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and inform product roadmap priorities.
• Work with RevOps to build reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models to track team performance and KPIs.
• Create training, playbooks, and onboarding programs to support AM team growth and quality.
• Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellent customer stewardship.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading Account Management or Sales teams; experience building a team from scratch strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles, renewal and expansion motions, and account health measurement.
• Proven experience owning retention, churn mitigation, and expansion targets.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., for forecasting, insights, automation, and communication augmentation) to enhance team performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a bias toward action.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate as needed with stakeholders (e.g. ELT, CPO, Product Management, etc.) in the creation, maintenance, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Represent the product in team or minor level governance meetings. Track and provide status to leadership. Perform work necessary with product managers to learn about what problems they are aiming to solve with the product.
• Serve as the primary product representative on cross-functional teams (engineering, qa, ux, etc), leveraging agile program and team metrics to drive success.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Enablement Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-impact learning programs for our Sales and Customer Success teams globally. 

This role will focus primarily, though not exclusively, on leading our New Hire Onboarding program, designed to help our Sales and Customer Success teams across all regions accelerate their ramp time. 

This role will also deliver segment-specific enablement programs supporting our global Customer Success teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Own the design, development, and delivery of New Hire Onboarding programs and learning experiences for our Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring a consistent, high-impact experience across roles, regions, and segments.
• Serve as the primary developer and facilitator of several live onboarding sessions, modeling best-in-class facilitation, learner engagement, and instructional quality.
• Develop scalable onboarding curricula, learning assets, eCourses, and facilitator guides that support both live and asynchronous delivery at a global scale.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Deal Desk, Legal, and other internal partners to ensure onboarding content is tightly aligned to GTM motions, strategy, and evolving business priorities.
• Continuously evolve onboarding programs based on performance data, participant feedback, and changing organizational needs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the onboarding program including rep ramp time, performance against KPI targets, and other readiness indicators.
• Ensure operational excellence in onboarding execution, including coordination within the Enablement team, overseeing the learner experience, monitoring rep progress through the program, and running feedback loops with reps and leaders. 
• Facilitate pre-planned workshops for CS teams in region across EMEA, APAC, NOCO, and SOJO in partnership with the Global Content Team.
• Deliver targeted programs tailored to the needs and requirements of the Customer Success team. 
• Execute hands-on application sessions that translate global content into practical, role-specific skills.
• Adapt global enablement content to reflect regional nuances, competitive landscapes, and customer personas.
• Facilitate select New Hire program components to reinforce early readiness and accelerate CSM ramp time.
• Coach CSMs immediately following initial onboarding to bridge learning to real-world application.
• Partner closely with the Global Content Team to provide field-based insights that inform content development.
• Report on CS workshop effectiveness, coaching outcomes, and regional trends.
• Serve as the voice of the field to ensure enablement programs remain practical, relevant, and impactful for CS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent years’ experience in related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, and/or Customer Success roles, or a combination thereof within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of Lucid’s product suite, solution offerings, and GTM strategy.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs supporting revenue-generating teams. 
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Exceptional facilitation skills, with proven ability to energize and connect with learners across all GTM segments.
• Experience developing a range of enablement assets and collateral including self-paced eLearning, live workshops, and webinars.

• Network and Telecommunication-specific professional certifications, such as but not limited to: CCNA, CCNP, ComTIA Network+, WCNA, etc..
• Experience with Law Enforcement technology solutions and public procurement is a plus

About the Role:

You will own the commercial side of multiple digital products — not just marketing, not just launch, but the full GTM system.
We are not looking for a project manager. We are looking for someone who can architect, execute, and scale without needing step-by-step support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and run go-to-market strategy from zero to traction
• Define and own funnels, activation flows, pricing, conversion paths
• Align product with real commercial value and test that fast
• Manage paid, organic, referral, and outbound channels
• Work directly with the founder to ship, learn, and scale quickly
• Own your KPIs — and if they miss, you don’t point fingers

What You Must Have:

• You’ve launched and scaled digital products before — show us
• You’ve built or managed actual funnels (not slides about funnels)
• You understand CAC, LTV, churn, activation, velocity
• You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do — you set your own targets and exceed them
• You are allergic to meetings, bloat, and marketing theater

Optional, but Strong Plus:

• Background in B2B SaaS, talent tech, or strategy platforms
• Experience building from scratch with limited resources
• Clear understanding of MENA digital buying behavior
