Sales Operations Specialist – META Region
The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key member of the Axon META team, playing an essential role in enabling the team and our customers to succeed in their partnerships. This position focuses on driving operational excellence through business intelligence, logistics coordination, permits and licensing management, and process improvement — ensuring Axon’s commercial efforts are fully supported across the region.

What You’ll Do
Support local sales teams by engaging with all stakeholders - including distributors, customers, and local service partners - acting as the central point of coordination for all joint activities and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing export and import licenses, permits, and compliance documentation (including RMA, vendor registration, and licensing).
- Overseeing logistics follow-up to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Supporting distributor onboarding and maintaining vendor records and documentation.
- Handling bank guarantees, letters of credit, and financial settlements in coordination with the finance team.
- Assisting with public tender processing, including preparation, compilation, and submission of documentation in coordination with local teams.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial offers, reports, and solvency studies.
- Managing invoicing processes and ensuring alignment with internal financial protocols.
- Supporting project management and continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes.
- Performing light Salesforce maintenance, data updates, and reporting to support business operations.
- Providing event coordination and operational support for Axon’s participation in regional events.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs in collaboration with the Sales Organization and collecting market intelligence and customer feedback.

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join one of our high-impact engineering squads. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader and be key in designing complex systems, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality software across our cloud-native Evolution DMS platform. You will work at the intersection of scale, performance, and user impact, tackling some of the hardest problems in our stack.

What You'll Do
- Lead technical design and architecture for complex, cross-functional features — evaluating trade-offs, defining patterns, and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant across a large enterprise-grade codebase.
- Build and own platform-level frameworks used by other engineering squads — including authentication/authorization systems, API development tooling, webhook infrastructure, messaging pipelines, AI integrations, and CI/CD tooling.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices that raise the bar for the entire team.

If you’ve spent years reviewing both customer and vendor contracts, managing vendor relationships, and navigating complex commercial agreements, this role lets you apply that expertise in a strategic, high-impact capacity.
As Senior Manager of Contracts, you’ll design scalable processes, negotiate complex SaaS and IT contracts, and partner across the organization to balance legal risk with business velocity. Working closely with the Director of Financial Operations and Executive Leadership Team, you’ll establish a procurement operation that supports our growth while protecting the company’s interests and provide customer contract guidance and support.
This is an opportunity to own something from day one, defining how we engage vendors, establishing governance frameworks, and building the foundation for enterprise-scale procurement.
What You'll Do:
Contract Review & Analysis
- When necessary with Sales, review, redline, and assist in negotiation of customer-facing contracts including MSAs, SaaS subscription agreements, SOWs, and addenda
- Identify legal and commercial risks, escalating non-standard terms to Legal and Finance stakeholders
- Ensure contract terms align with approved pricing, product capabilities, and company policies
- Maintain a consistent review turnaround SLA to support deal velocity
Contract Improvement & Standardization
- Identify patterns in contract exceptions and propose updates to standard templates to reduce friction
- Build and maintain a contract playbook with pre-approved fallback positions for common redlines
- Partner with Sales and Rev. Ops (and potentially outsourced legal) to update template language as products, pricing, and regulations evolve
- Track and report on contract cycle time, exception rates, and approval bottlenecks
Revenue Operations Partnership
- Work closely with Rev Ops to ensure CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot) reflects accurate contract terms, start dates, ARR, and renewal schedules
- Support contract-to-close process improvements within the deal desk workflow
- Provide data and insights for revenue recognition alignment and ARR bookings accuracy
- Assist in building and maintaining contract repositories and document management systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Ironclad)
Sales Partnership & Enablement
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Sales team on contract questions, redlines, and approval requests
- Train Sales reps on standard contract terms, negotiation guardrails, and escalation paths
- Participate in deal review meetings to provide contract guidance on complex or strategic accounts
- Provide timely feedback on customer-submitted paper (customer-preferred contract forms)
Build the Procurement Function
- Design and implement our procurement function from scratch in partnership with the Director of Financial Operations and Executive Leadership Team

Lead Contract Negotiation & Review
- Own review and negotiation of all SaaS, IT, and technology vendor agreements, leveraging your contract drafting and redlining expertise
- Identify and mitigate legal, security, and compliance risks in vendor contracts, including data privacy, liability, indemnification, and service levels
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms while maintaining productive, long-term vendor relationships
- Manage contract redlines, track positions, and drive agreements through to execution
Manage Vendor Risk & Compliance
- Lead third-party risk management including due diligence, compliance reviews, and security assessments
- Coordinate security questionnaires, SOC 2 reviews, and compliance documentation with Director of Security
- Build vendor scorecards to track performance, compliance, and business value
- Ensure all contractual and compliance requirements are satisfied prior to vendor onboarding

Partner Across the Business
- Serve as the go to resource for procurement and contract questions across all departments

Drive Cost Optimization & Reporting
- Identify cost savings through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and contract renegotiation

- Develop operational dashboards and KPIs to measure procurement performance
What You'll Have:
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or degree, or equivalent legal operations experience; bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, contract management, or procurement role with deep commercial contracting expertise

Cross-Functional Collaboration

What You Should Have
Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated Sr. Security Analyst who will help handle and manage security requirements, monitor our compliance with ISO27001 & SOC 2 and be the person to talk to our customers and respond to all vendor security questionnaires.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of security controls: With the support of our current Information Security Manager, take charge of implementing and enhancing information security controls, particularly focusing on SOC2, ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001), and business requirements.
- Monitor and investigate security issues: Oversee the monitoring, investigation, and resolution of issues, creating reports, conducting security assessments, and driving security programs across the organization.
- Manage SaaS product security technologies: Supervise the implementation and management of security technologies related to our SaaS product.
- Support in client interactions: Assist departments with information security-related questions during proposal and negotiation processes with potential clients/customers.

We are looking for a motivated Sr. Security Analyst who will help handle and manage security requirements, monitor our compliance with ISO27001 & SOC 2 and be the person to talk to our customers and respond to all vendor security questionnaires.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of security controls: With the support of our current Information Security Manager, take charge of implementing and enhancing information security controls, particularly focusing on SOC2, ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001), and business requirements.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Deal Desk Manager, to build and scale our deal desk operations from the ground up. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll be a key player in driving efficient deal execution while ensuring strong financial outcomes. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to guide deal structure, pricing strategy, and contract processes.

What You’ll Do
- Design the Deal Desk Function: Build out deal desk strategy, frameworks, and workflows—including approval policies, escalation paths, and discounting guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Tax Associate to join our Middle East finance team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely execution of indirect tax processes while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will assist with tax liability calculations, form preparation, and regulatory filing. Additionally, you will maintain tax records, prepare indirect tax returns, and collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and legal teams regarding entity maintenance and tax compliance.
What you’ll do
- Assist with the calculation of tax liabilities, tax form preparation, and external filing/reporting throughout the GCC region.
- Assist with tax-specific transaction recording and records maintenance (e.g., tax journals, capital expenditure details required for tax calculations, tax depreciation schedules, etc.).
- Assist with consultation with external consultants and agencies on tax matters (e.g., external auditors, lawyers, regulatory agencies, etc.).
- Coordination with legal on legal entity maintenance from a tax perspective.

- Prepare indirect tax returns.
- Interact with third-party providers.

About The Role
