Sales Operations Specialist – META Region
The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key member of the Axon META team, playing an essential role in enabling the team and our customers to succeed in their partnerships. This position focuses on driving operational excellence through business intelligence, logistics coordination, permits and licensing management, and process improvement — ensuring Axon’s commercial efforts are fully supported across the region.

What You’ll Do
Support local sales teams by engaging with all stakeholders - including distributors, customers, and local service partners - acting as the central point of coordination for all joint activities and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing export and import licenses, permits, and compliance documentation (including RMA, vendor registration, and licensing).
- Overseeing logistics follow-up to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Supporting distributor onboarding and maintaining vendor records and documentation.
- Handling bank guarantees, letters of credit, and financial settlements in coordination with the finance team.
- Assisting with public tender processing, including preparation, compilation, and submission of documentation in coordination with local teams.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial offers, reports, and solvency studies.
- Managing invoicing processes and ensuring alignment with internal financial protocols.
- Supporting project management and continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes.
- Performing light Salesforce maintenance, data updates, and reporting to support business operations.
- Providing event coordination and operational support for Axon’s participation in regional events.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs in collaboration with the Sales Organization and collecting market intelligence and customer feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong working knowledge of compliance programs, Comex, sales operations, and logistics.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset focused on achieving long-term success.
- Background in marketing and business intelligence.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a technical, strategic, execution-focused Senior Business Systems Manager to join our G&A team. This role will initially be as a hands-on IC: you'll personally design data flows, own integrations, and govern the systems that run our business. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the Business Systems team as the function matures.
Canopy's core business systems (Zuora, Stripe, Asana, Pendo, Rippling, and more) are owned by the functional teams that adopted them. That's worked until now. As AI-powered workflows, multi-system product launches, and growing integration demands push the limits of that model, we need someone to own the platform layer end-to-end.
This role requires someone who can sit with a stakeholder, extract messy requirements, and personally produce a clean system design, data flow, and process spec — not just manage others who do. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning and solving complex business problems, and can build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office).
What You’ll Do:
System Ownership
- Own day-to-day administration and overall architecture for cross-functional platforms, including Zuora, Stripe, Asana, Pendo, and more.
- Own the integration layer between core platforms, ensuring data flows between systems are reliable, documented, and governed.
- Design data models, system specs, and process flows from scratch based on stakeholder input.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable system features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Evaluate build vs. buy tradeoffs with enough technical depth to defend your recommendation.
- Manage vendor governance, including consolidated procurement, license management, and renewal tracking across all platforms.
Program Management
- Own the internal systems roadmap and serve as the single intake point for system changes, new tool evaluations, and cross-functional automation requests.
- Create technical documentation, decision logs, and retrospectives that individual contributors can act on without a follow-up meeting.
- Manage large, cross-functional initiatives by establishing clear timelines, ownership, and outcomes.
- Lead program cadences such as standups, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
Partnership & Strategy
- Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, and BI to understand their roadmaps, identify pain points, and proactively propose solutions.
- Reinforce internal data integrity by helping to define systems of record, enforcing data hygiene, and resolving conflicting definitions.
- Communicate project statuses and solutions to leadership both in-person and asynchronously via rigorous documentation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track system health and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product ownership, business systems, or operations roles in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to personally produce technical artifacts (ERDs, flow diagrams, business requirements docs), and not just manage others who do.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling; you're comfortable querying systems directly to diagnose data integrity issues.
- Proven, deep familiarity with internal G&A domains (Finance, BI, RevOps, etc.)
- Experience with Zuora
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce, Pendo, Rippling, and Stripe is a plus.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
- Clear, confident communicator able to translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa for audiences of all levels.

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Strategic Partnership Director to own and grow Canopy's relationships with private equity firms that acquire and operate accounting firm portfolios. This is a net-new, high-impact role at the intersection of enterprise sales, channel strategy, and the rapidly evolving PE-backed accounting landscape.
Private equity has fundamentally reshaped the accounting industry — over 250 of the top 750 CPA firms in the U.S. now operate under a PE platform, and deal activity is accelerating into 2026. Canopy is uniquely positioned to become the practice management standard across these consolidated portfolios. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll build relationships at the PE firm level, with operating partners, portfolio operations teams, and deal professionals to drive standardized Canopy adoption across every firm in their portfolio. When a PE group acquires a new accounting firm, your job is to make sure Canopy is the first software decision they make.
Travel Requirements: This individual will travel at least once per month.
This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office) or fully remote for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of PE firms actively acquiring or operating accounting firm portfolios, targeting firms across all tiers from large platforms to regional roll-ups.
- Develop and close enterprise partnership agreements that establish Canopy as the preferred or mandated practice management platform across a PE group's accounting portfolio.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and relationship-building with operating partners, to deal structuring, onboarding coordination, and ongoing expansion.
- Collaborate with Canopy's sales, customer success, and product teams to build a repeatable PE partnership motion: playbooks, onboarding materials, co-sell resources, and portfolio deployment frameworks.
- Serve as the internal voice of the PE channel, bringing market intelligence on portfolio firm needs, competitive dynamics, and technology consolidation trends back to the product and go-to-market teams.
- Track and report on partnership pipeline, ARR influenced, portfolio penetration rates, and expansion metrics.
- Report on metrics to the executive team on how the partnership program is progressing.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development in a SaaS or professional services technology company.
- Demonstrated experience selling into or partnering with Private Equity or Venture Capital firms, accounting firms, or professional services organizations.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Comfortable working with operating partners, C-suite executives, and portfolio firm leadership simultaneously.
- Strong commercial instincts: you can structure a deal, negotiate terms, and close.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; you represent Canopy credibly in boardrooms and partner conversations.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial, this is a greenfield motion and you'll be building the playbook, not inheriting one.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Direct experience working at or closely with a PE-backed accounting firm or professional services roll-up.
- An existing network within the PE firms actively acquiring accounting practices
- Familiarity with practice management software.
- Experience structuring portfolio-wide or enterprise license agreements with volume-based or per-firm pricing.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day functions of a team of call center representatives. You will teach, train, and mentor representatives in a fast-paced environment to ensure success and a quality customer experience. You will also ensure the team is aiming for maximum efficiency and overall effectiveness. This role will report to the Department Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to continuously improve representative's productivity
- Review quality assurance reports, customer survey responses and error reports and provide coaching to representatives to ensure they are creating the expected customer experience
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, weekly meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews in a timely manner
- Identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions to improve performance and drive engagement
- Assist with new hire interviews, hiring decisions and manage the onboarding process for all new hires within your function
Requirements:
- 3 years of leadership experience in related capacity
- Experience within the financial industry and/or loan operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
- Capable of remaining calm under pressure and navigating tense situations, especially during busy hours
Compensation:
This position includes various levels within our career ladder. The actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the ranges shown.
Budgeted annual salary ranges:
- Supervisor II: $51,000 to $57,000
- Supervisor III: $60,000 to $71,600

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content.

Your Team:
Seesaw is expanding our engineering organization in Jordan and hiring a Frontend Engineer to join our new International Growth team. This team plays a key role in preparing Seesaw for international expansion, especially across the MENA region. You will work on high-impact backend systems that improve Arabic support across AI features, enhance text/assessment pipelines, and support future SIS/LMS integrations for government partnerships.
Solving impactful problems on Seesaw’s Engineering team feels different from any other place. First, we are given ownership over the product roadmap early on, collaborating on how and when things will be built from the start. Second, we have a strong connection to the user, listening to teacher feedback and observing how students and families interact with the platform in real life to iterate over our releases. And third, we enjoy ample autonomy to experiment and grow, and often see our ideas pushed to production in weeks, not months.

Your Role:
This is a role for an engineer who enjoys crafting polished, accessible user experiences, solving deep UI and state-management problems, and working in a complex, internationalized product — with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for schools, teachers, and students in Arabic and other languages.
One of your upcoming projects will involve an AI-powered activity generation flow, but most of your work will be on core Seesaw features (Arabic/RTL, reading experiences, and classroom tools).
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and build Arabic-enabled, RTL-aware frontend experiences for features such as resource conversion, Reading Fluency (Arabic), and Read With Me (Arabic).
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive, performant UI flows with high-quality Arabic input/output and correct RTL behavior.
- Develop modern frontend architectures (components, state management, routing) and integrate with backend APIs and asynchronous workflows that support Seesaw’s international expansion and bilingual classroom needs.
- Support rostering or integration issues that surface in the UI, partnering with Support to maintain reliability for schools without taking on routine tickets.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, technical roadmap planning, and engineering best practices to help establish a strong frontend culture in the new Jordan team.
Your Requirements:
- 3+ years of frontend-focused engineering experience, ideally building SPAs with React or a similar framework.
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, whether gained through a CS degree or equivalent experience (bootcamps + non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
- Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications at scale — the best candidates can speak to component design, state management, performance, and production constraints.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and frontend ecosystems, including at least one SPA framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), REST/GraphQL APIs, and build tooling.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, self-documenting code and to design simple, elegant frontend solutions for complex product requirements.
- Familiarity with SAML/OIDC-based authentication flows, SIS/LMS integrations, or data interoperability standards (OneRoster, CSV/XLSX/XML) from a UI perspective.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong frontend intuition and a desire to build performant, robust, and thoughtful user experiences inside a complex international platform.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, design systems/component libraries, and modern styling approaches (CSS modules, CSS-in-JS, etc.).
- Experience adapting products for different languages and regions
- Comfort debugging tricky layout and text issues, including encoding, RTL rendering bugs, and Unicode/bi-directional text handling in the browser.
- A strong product sense and empathy for users, especially teachers and students in bilingual or Arabic-medium classrooms.
- Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and frontend observability/performance tooling (logging, metrics, error tracking) is a plus.
