The Solutions Architecture team works with our largest, most complex users to understand their technical requirements and map those to Stripe technology.
As a Solutions Architect, you will partner with Sales to technically qualify new business opportunities, demonstrate the art of the possible with the Stripe Platform, and design robust technical solutions to enable payment transactions, manage money movements and simplify financial operational processes.
You are an experienced technologist with a blend of technical depth and strong business consulting skills. You can write code, but prefer to spend your time working with users to create Stripe solutions to support customer business objectives in complex, mission critical environments. You will think strategically about the art of the possible for the user’s business, and be able to clearly articulate that in a way that informs and builds confidence in Stripe’s technology.
You should be able to engage and motivate cross-functionally both internally and within our customer’s organisations at all levels, from Cx to Product Engineering. You will have a track record of delivering exceptional customer results as part of a pre-sales team, but a history of deep technical work that gives you the ability to be credible with any audience.

We are looking for a Technical Success Manager to join our Customer Success Organization. This is role based in Italy, reporting to the Sr Director of Technical Success Management.
You will guide customers through their Zero Trust journey as the central post-sales point of contact, helping customers adopt and maximize Zscaler's solutions to secure their digital transformation objectives. Your role centers on providing expert advice, building relationships, and ensuring successful solution adoption.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a blend of technical expertise and account management
Demonstrated experience with product feature implementations and best-practice adoption
Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Free BSD
Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, and MTR
Knowledge of protocols including HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and DNS

The Opportunity:
The Senior Director, Commercial, Italy is responsible for defining and executing the local commercial strategy for oncology products. This role is accountable for building the commercial organization, driving launch and growth performance, and ensuring strong alignment across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other key functions.
The incumbent needs to proactively recognize and address relevant systemic (e.g. health care structures, competitors, data gaps, diagnostic challenges, missing advocacy) and HCP related opportunities (e.g. therapeutic gaps, differentiation, economical attributes, clear messaging of patient- and physician relevant benefits). The Senior Director Commercial will further oversee the generation of insights from the therapeutic field, and translate these insights into a comprehensive, cross-functional strategy. Geotab is seeking a Technical Support Specialist who will help customers and partners utilize Geotab products by diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software-related issues. As a Technical Support Specialist your key area of responsibility will be providing technical expertise on database setup, device troubleshooting, and portal configuration while delivering product training to resellers. You will be responsible for the implementation of technical solutions via phone, chat, and email, as well as managing the return/exchange process and escalating severe concerns to management. You will also need to provide regular support for global strategic initiatives to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer data. You will need to work closely with Geotab’s internal departments, partners, and sales representatives, as well as communicate with external customers to resolve complaints.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in both Italian and English. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.
