As a Marketing Researcher, you will directly report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the C-suite executives. Responsibilities

• Dig out the information and become an expert in US health care.
• Build, develop the expertise and know-how and share inputs to drive commercial strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive market analytics to identify trends, competition, and industry insights. Use data analysis, market studies, and feedback from sales and customer interviews to forecast market opportunities, understand competition, and support product success.
• Analyze competition and create competitor intelligence overviews. Study environmental changes, including macroeconomic, legal, and technological factors, that may impact products and services. Disseminate insights internally towards other relevant departments.
• Summarize the findings in a structured manner to assist the C-suite for strategical decision making.
• Conduct in-depth desktop research on healthcare and senior care trends, evidence, and innovations, translating complex technical information into clear content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Be responsible for preparing monthly strategic reviews, biannual healthcare trends presentations, and strategic content plans aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Develop high-quality, publication-ready content, including white papers, eBooks, guides, and research briefs, either in unbranded, scientific formats or branded, data-driven reports.

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• Master's or PhD degrees in public administration, medicine, public health, psychology or similar fields.
• Creative, driven and can navigate through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Able to effectively leverage AI-assisted tools such as NotebookLM and related platforms to enhance research workflows, structure technical information, and produce high-quality written content efficiently.

InMobi will be responsible for complete business management/transaction across Bing. 

As a Sales Manager in Turkey, you are expected to drive new client acquisition and grow incremental revenue against a targeted list of high-potential agencies and advertisers through continuous engagement. You are expected to continually build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies to be onboarded to the Microsoft Advertising platform. Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop quality customer plans targeted at revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Cultivating strategic client relationships, revenue generation, and delivering customized search solutions will be key to your core function. Your success will be measured by specific key performance indicators focused on driving new customer acquisition, product adoption, emphasizing customer experience, and optimizing opportunities.  

What is expected of you? 

In the first quarter:

• Understand the Microsoft Advertising Ecosystem in Turkey and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

• 6+ years of work experience with 4+ years of online media sales/digital advertising experience

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and drive a multi-year, outcome-based roadmap that aligns with global business goals and North Star metrics.

Appier is building its first MEA dedicated hunter sales team to be based out of our Istanbul office. The Sales Manager is responsible for selling and up-selling to new and existing clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals. You willl own our Ad Cloud product portfolio including Appier's programmatic solutions, and with a main focus on proactively reaching out and closing new app clients for user acquisition and app retargeting campaigns.
