What you’ll be doing

As a Retail Development Specialist, Enterprise Supermarkets, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Wolt’s Enterprise Supermarket business. You will take ownership of several enterprise supermarkets (typically 1-3, depending on size and complexity), viewing each business as an end-to-end ecosystem. This includes understanding its structure, identifying growth drivers, spotting challenges and opportunities, and leading its overall development. You will act as the main point of contact and account manager for the most impactful partners within your portfolio, balancing business growth with strong operational execution.

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:

• Own and lead the growth of assigned enterprise supermarkets, identifying opportunities, bottlenecks, and key levers for scale. You will be acting as their account manager and driving both growth and operational excellence.
• Lead onboarding processes for new retail partners, from contract signing to go-live and full implementation of Wolt’s tools and services.
• Drive partner growth initiatives, including catalog optimization, assortment expansion, promotional planning, and commercial initiatives.
• Ensure high operational quality across partners, including availability, preparation times, catalog management, store operations, and storefront visibility on the platform.
• Provide day-to-day partner support by solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring an excellent overall partner experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and work with partners to continuously improve business results.

What you’ll be doing

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for full A–Z management of the store:

• Managing a team of ~20 pickers and shift leads.

• Overseeing work schedules, recruitment, training, and employee lifecycle management.

• Managing bonus programs and ensuring target achievement.

• Monitoring inventory, including reporting, packaging and picking KPIs.

• Ensuring product quality, freshness, availability, and ratings while continuously working on operational efficiency.

• Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and HQ, including order and stock management.

• Working with reports and computer systems.

• Driving operational improvements, including store development and optimization.

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and high-quality work environment.

• At least 3 years of experience managing a store, smart warehouse, or logistics center – required.

An overview of this role

You'll join GitLab's Software Supply Chain Security stage as the Staff Engineer, Secrets Management, providing technical leadership for GitLab's strategic investment in integrated secrets management. You'll set the technical direction for GitLab Secrets Manager, our OpenBao-powered solution that helps customers securely store, distribute, and manage the lifecycle of secrets used across CI/CD pipelines. This role sits at the intersection of the GitLab platform and the OpenBao open source project: you'll drive architecture decisions for multi-tenant secrets management at scale, guide integration into GitLab, and contribute upstream so we can deliver capabilities customers can trust.

In your first year, your success will look like a clear, scalable architecture for GitLab Secrets Manager, reliable performance that meets GitLab.com needs in partnership with Infrastructure teams, and strong cross-team alignment across Pipeline Security, Authentication, and Platform. You'll also represent GitLab in OpenBao's governance and technical discussions, helping ensure our product direction and upstream contributions reinforce each other.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical strategy for GitLab Secrets Manager, setting architecture direction for secure, multi-tenant secrets management at scale.
• Own the integration between GitLab and OpenBao, including namespaces, authentication mechanisms, and policy management.
• Collaborate with Pipeline Security, Authentication, and Platform teams to propose, review, and deliver cross-team secrets management improvements.
• Partner with GitLab.com Infrastructure teams to ensure secrets management meets reliability, performance, and operational requirements.
• Represent GitLab in the OpenBao open source project by contributing features upstream, participating in technical steering discussions, and maintaining strong technical credibility.
• Mentor and advise engineers on secrets management, cryptographic systems, and secure architecture patterns, raising the quality and consistency of designs and implementations.
• Interface with engineering managers and senior leadership to scope initiatives, clarify tradeoffs, and unblock delivery across teams.
• Engage with customers and external stakeholders to understand real-world needs and communicate GitLab's secrets management capabilities and roadmap direction.

What you'll bring

• Experience designing and operating secrets management systems (for example, HashiCorp Vault, OpenBao, or cloud-native offerings), including secure storage, access control, and audit logging.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions for resilient, multi-tenant services that handle secrets operations at scale, including high availability and cluster management patterns.
• Working knowledge of cryptographic and key management concepts, such as encryption in transit and at rest, key derivation, and hardware security module (HSM) or PKCS#11 integrations.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization integrations, such as JSON Web Token (JWT) or OpenID Connect (OIDC), mutual Transport Layer Security (mTLS), and certificate-based authentication.
• Proficiency building product integrations in Go (within the OpenBao or Vault ecosystem) and Ruby on Rails for GitLab platform integration.
• Experience contributing to open source projects and working effectively with distributed governance, balancing upstream needs with product requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy, drive strategy, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders (including constructively challenging assumptions and tradeoffs).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams and levels, including mentoring engineers and working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

The Secrets Management team sits within the Pipeline Security group in GitLab's Software Supply Chain Security stage. We own GitLab Secrets Manager, an OpenBao-powered capability that helps teams securely store, distribute, and manage the lifecycle of secrets used across continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. The team works closely with Authentication, Authorization, Compliance, and Platform counterparts to deliver secure defaults, reliable operations for GitLab.com, and product-grade integration between GitLab and OpenBao (including namespaces, authentication, and policy management). We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the monetization and live operations strategy for Stumble Guys. This individual will work alongside other PMs and LiveOps specialists, to optimize revenue generation and player engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with deep experience in game monetization & live operations.

What will you do: 

• Develop and implement monetization strategies, including pricing, store optimization, offers, battle passes, ad monetisation strategy, etc.  
• Set and track KPIs for engagement and revenue, continuously assessing performance data and leading initiatives to improve these metrics.
• Manage the calendar and deployment of live events, updates, and in-game promotions to maintain an active player base.
• Oversee the execution and troubleshooting of in-game events, feature releases, and seasonal updates to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Work closely with the Analytics team to analyze event performance and player behavior, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze player behavior, experiment with new monetization tactics, and iterate based on insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Game Economy, Production, and other key departments to ensure a cohesive strategy that leverages LiveOps to enhance the player experience.
• Identify opportunities for new features, events, or economy adjustments based on player data and market trends to drive engagement and monetization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in LiveOps and monetization, ensuring Stumble Guys remains competitive in the multiplayer party game space.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in game monetization, live operations, or related roles.
• Extensive experience in social or mobile F2P games, ideally running a live game with strong Social / PvP / Multiplayer elements
• Monetisation Expertise: Proven track record of managing live operations, seasonal events, and engagement-driven monetization strategies in free-to-play games.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable monetization and engagement strategies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, community, production, and other stakeholders to drive performance goals.
