We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for our Order Management group with deep expertise in data analysis, visualization, and quantitative research—ideally within enterprise software environments.
The ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex information into clear insights through analysis, visualization, and system design.

How will you make an impact?
- Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure and align with the strategic objectives of Order Management
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor group and business performance.
- Ensure data integrity and validity across all platforms and systems.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (External vendors, Sales Ops, Finance) to define and support contract lifecycle management metrics.
- Translating business requirements into system specifications and managing implementation from start to finish
Have you got what it takes?
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, ideally in SaaS, billing, or contract management
- Strong skills in Power BI or similar and advanced Excel
- Experience with enterprise software like Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
- Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash processes
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English and comfort working with global stakeholders

The role
Nebius is looking for a Senior Data & Business Analyst to lead analytics and business health indicators across our operational and company-wide domains. This is a senior individual contributor role combining strategic thinking, deep hands-on analytical execution, and strong cross-functional business partnership. You’re welcome to work in our office in Tel Aviv.
The role requires the ability to operate at two levels simultaneously: understanding the full business picture while diving deep into complex datasets and technical execution. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own end-to-end analytics for core operational processes.
- Define, build, and maintain company-level operational and business health KPIs.
- Translate ambiguous, cross-functional business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
- Write advanced, high-performance SQL to extract, model, and analyze complex datasets.
- Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies, financial impact, and process gaps.
- Connect data across systems and explain upstream and downstream business impact.
- Independently identify high-impact problems worth solving, not only respond to requests.
- Drive cross-functional analytical initiatives at a company-wide level.
- Present insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Synthesize complex findings into concise executive-level narratives.
- Influence decisions and drive measurable impact based on data.
- Act as a central analytical partner across multiple business domains.
- Lead initiatives and move stakeholders forward without direct authority.
We expect you to have:
- Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- 5+ years of experience in data or business analytics within operational or financial domains.
- Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with ERP or operational systems data.
- Experience operating at both high-level strategic view and deep hands-on analytical execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience operating at a company-wide level, not only within a single function.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact such as cost reduction, efficiency gains, process improvements, or revenue optimization.
- Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders using data.
- High ownership, independence, and strong execution mindset.
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with operational workflow or spend management tools.

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive HR Analyst to support a fast-paced, global organization. This role combines Business analytics and data management with a strong focus on translating complex data into actionable insights.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, CX, Finance, Sales Ops, External Vendors, and global teams) to design KPIs, ensure data integrity, automate reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across HR and business operations.

How will you make an impact?
- HR data management – responsibility for overseeing the organization’s HR data, including:
- HeadCount (HC) data - Forecasting, movements, targets, overlaps, etc.
- Data Integrity – cleanup & maintenance
- HR Analytics
- Analysis of HR metrics & trends using Excel, Power BI, and other HR systems and applications. Identify root causes impacting performance, and provide insights
- Process improvement design
- Create periodic executive reports & presentations and communicate data on a regular basis to key stakeholders
- Design and automation of recurring report deliverables.
- Day-to-day HR Operations - Overall responsibility to support the business’s HR Operations needs together with NICE’s HR shared service centers, to answers to employees’ requests, deliver HR reports, update systems with HR data, etc
- Responsible for local (Israel) HR Operations for the CX organization.
- Lead and support HR projects/programs as needed.
Have you got what it takes?
- Operational & analytical skills - 3 years' experience in HR operations and people analytics, preferably in a global organization.
- Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel – a MUST
- Including charting, functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.
- Experience of working with BI tools such as Power BI - preferred
- Experience working in a data or technology focused position, with preference given to database or reporting jobs.
- Experience with UX/UI and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in Statistics, R, Python or other analytics experience preferred.
- Problem-solving savvy
- Self-motivated & strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders (international contacts, internal peers, and clients)
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills – English and Hebrew
- This position works closely with the US team, so a later schedule is required.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Initiate, analyze business requirements, and lead projects within the NetSuite, PBCS, Workato, and other Financial applications.
