Interactive Brokers is seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise DDQ/RFP Analyst to join our global team and serve as a key liaison between prospective institutional clients and internal subject matter experts. This role will be instrumental in supporting business development efforts by managing the end-to-end process of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) across all IBKR entities worldwide. The successful candidate will work on the ongoing build out and maintenance of our RocketDocs database platform to streamline and enhance our response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

DDQ/RFP Management

• Manage global DDQ and RFP requests from institutional clients and prospects across all Interactive Brokers entities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses
• Review and analyze client requirements to determine appropriate response strategies
• Maintain response quality standards and ensure consistency across all submissions

Database Management & Technology

• Lead the build-out and implementation of the RocketDocs database platform

Process Improvement & Strategy

• Identify opportunities to streamline DDQ/RFP processes and improve response times

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to institutional sales, client onboarding, or business development
• Previous experience with DDQ/RFP processes in brokerage, asset management, or related financial services environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with database management systems and content management platforms

The International Government Affairs team is seeking a Policy and Public Affairs Analyst to support the company’s government relations and regulatory engagement function across markets worldwide. This is a global-scope role based in Limerick, Ireland, reporting directly to the Head of International Government Affairs.

The team operates at the intersection of competition law, consumer policy and digital markets regulation across the EU, UK, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. The Policy Analyst will provide the research, monitoring and drafting infrastructure that allows the government affairs team to focus on direct engagement with legislators, regulators and competition authorities. This is not a junior administrative role: the successful candidate will produce outputs used directly in parliamentary submissions, regulatory filings and briefings to government officials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across 20-plus priority markets, flagging material developments to the relevant GA lead within 24 hours and maintaining a live risk register for C-suite distribution

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Qualifications and experience:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in policy, regulatory affairs, parliamentary affairs or public affairs research. Backgrounds in public affairs agencies, in-house policy teams at technology or platform companies, parliamentary or Oireachtas research, or Brussels-based EU affairs roles are all well-suited to this position.
• Demonstrable drafting experience across policy documents, regulatory submissions, parliamentary briefings or position papers. Candidates should be prepared to share examples of their written work.
• Strong analytical capability — comfortable working with both quantitative data (market data, economic analysis) and qualitative policy analysis across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.

The Mission:

At Rent The Runway, Internal Audit is the primary guardian of our financial integrity. Our mandate is clear: we lead the management assessment of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to provide the Audit Committee and executive leadership with confidence in the controls over our systems and the information they report. About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP of Internal Audit based in New York, you will serve as the subject matter expert for IT General Controls (ITGC) and Automated Application Controls. This is a high-visibility, third-line of defence role where you will own the SOX lifecycle for our technology environment from initial risk assessment and scoping to final deficiency evaluation and remediation. 

You will partner closely with our 2nd Line of Defence (Senior Compliance Analyst) to align on risk assessments and control frameworks. While maintaining independence, you will leverage 2nd Line monitoring results to sharpen audit scoping and ensure a unified approach to SOX compliance. You will also collaborate with the Senior Compliance Analyst to bridge the gap between 'finding' a deficiency and 'fixing' it. You will work in tandem to ensure that remediation plans are not only effective for SOX compliance but are also operationally sustainable for the IT organisation.

• Support the IT SOX Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end execution of IT SOX testing, including planning, walkthroughs, and substantive testing of ITGCs across Access Management, Change Management, and IT Operations.
• Analyse Critical Systems: Evaluate Automated Application Controls and Key Reports (IPE/IUC) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data flowing into financial statements.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical risks into clear business impacts for stakeholders. You will document detailed process narratives and flowcharts that identify where "what could go wrong" (WCGW) meets a key control.
• Quality & Methodology: Build and maintain workpapers that meet the highest standards.

About You:

• The Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• The Credentials: You are a CISA, CISM, or CISSP (or are actively pursuing one).

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview 

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong background in Product Marketing and/or Solutions Marketing. 

• Proven track record developing persona-based messaging and positioning, ideally at both product and solution / portfolio levels. 

• Experience launching products, programs or major campaigns end to end, collaborating across Product, Sales and Marketing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Security Operations Engineer who is AI-Forward to help scale and modernize our SecOps program. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who will design and ship the security tooling that powers our triage, investigations, and response workflows.

You’ll report to the Technical Operations Director and work alongside our GRC lead to improve our vulnerability intake, threat response, darkweb posture, and internal security tooling. A core part of this role is building AI-assisted security tooling: triage agents that pre-classify bug bounty reports, investigation copilots that pull context from logs and SIEM data, response workflows that draft remediation steps and track them to closure. You’ll spend as much time wiring up that tooling as you will reproducing vulnerabilities and working incidents.

This role suits someone who thrives in a lean, high-impact environment, has strong opinions on where humans add value versus where tooling should take over, and wants to shape how a modern security team operates.

What You’ll Do

Triage & Vulnerability Management

• Review incoming vulnerability reports from our bug bounty intake; reproduce and document valid issues for engineering teams.
• Build the tooling that improves signal-to-noise: automate duplicate detection, spam filtering, and abuse flagging so humans only touch what’s worth touching.
• Act on DAST findings: coordinate remediation, verify fixes, and re-test.
• Track remediation timelines for critical vulnerabilities and keep stakeholders honest on SLAs.

Threat Response & Monitoring

• Monitor and respond to EDR and cloud security alerts; investigate, contain, and document.
• Analyze darkweb findings and credential exposures; shape our darkweb monitoring practices and tooling over time.
• Improve detection coverage: tune noisy rules, close gaps, and enrich alerts with context so responders spend time on decisions, not data gathering.
• Help configure and tune DLP, SIEM, and AI security tooling.

Security Tooling (core to this role)

• Build AI-assisted triage tooling that pre-classifies bug bounty reports, flags duplicates, and routes real issues to the right engineering team with reproduction context attached.
• Build investigation tooling: LLM-backed copilots and Slack bots that pull alert context, correlate signals across sources, and surface what actually matters.
• Build response tooling: workflows that draft remediation steps, generate evidence artifacts, and track issues to closure across the teams that own them.
• Evaluate emerging AI security tooling and bring what’s genuinely useful into the stack; retire what isn’t.
• Apply a security-minded lens to our own AI usage: prompt injection, data exfiltration, model misuse, and the guardrails that go around them.

Compliance & Cross-Functional

• Support audit evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Partner with ITOps to verify patches, endpoint coverage, and access hygiene.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Previous experience in a SecOps, Security Analyst, or Threat Response role.
• Proven ability to understand and reproduce technical vulnerabilities. You can read a bug report and tell whether it’s real.
• Experience with bug bounty triage (HackerOne, Bugcrowd, or similar).
• Hands-on exposure to SIEM, EDR, and DLP tools in production environments.
• A genuine, demonstrated interest in applying AI/LLMs to security work: side projects, internal tooling, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, anything that shows you’ve actually built with this stuff.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar. You reach for code before you reach for a checklist.
• Comfort working autonomously across time zones and asynchronously.

• Experience building LLM agents, RAG pipelines, or Slack bots backed by OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source models.

Investment Bank - Front Office Support

A leading investment bank is seeking a Support Analyst to join their Reg Tech division, supporting the Risk Technology Suite. The role focuses on supporting Global Banking and Markets Finance applications and managing front-office risk, liquidity, and market risk. The Finance Production team is responsible for overseeing front office regulation, liquidity, market risk, and sub-ledger risk for Equities and FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities), ensuring compliance with auditing, reconciliation, P&L confirmation, pricing risk, and aligning risks with public finance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, resolve, and report user issues globally.
• Manage incidents, working with tech teams to restore services.
• Liaise with development and infrastructure teams on changes/upgrades.
• Automate tasks using Unix and Python scripting.
• Support SQL/Oracle for transaction prioritization during peak periods.

Summary/Overview:

KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC) is seeking a Director/Senior Director in the Corporate Credit Assessments Group in the Dublin office. The candidate must have a strong accounting, corporate finance and high yield credit analysis background to assume a management role a growing group, including, but not limited to, serving as a senior credit analyst, managing junior credit analysts and contributing to the work process behind credit estimates and credit assessments. The candidate will also focus on conducting and reviewing credit assessments of private companies based on financial statements, creditor agreements and Investment Committee Memos. Solid prior experience at analyzing creditor agreements and an interest in writing and presenting research are key job requirements.

The Director/Senior Director will work in a highly collaborative team that liaises with internal and external stakeholders in order to produce high quality and timely corporate credit opinions. The Senior Director will also help conduct credit research on a variety of industrial and service sectors along with developing industry/sector expertise, including key rating factors and credit metrics. Further, the candidate will also have direct involvement in KBRA’s corporate credit assessment process with significant interaction to senior management and executives at leading financial institutions. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and creditor agreements to identify key strengths and weaknesses and use findings to inform credit assessments.
• Provide and review credit assessments on corporates based on an analysis of their financial statements. Write rationale to defend assessments and present analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist senior team members with key initiatives in areas including methodology development and research.    
• Collaborate on writing and publishing timely research about corporate credit trends, markets, and any other topics relevant to KBRA clients. Analysts are encouraged to bring ideas to their managers on an ongoing basis. You may see your work published on the KBRA website!

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject that prepared you to be a thoughtful qualitative and quantitative analyst and a strong writer. Master’s degree is preferred, including postgraduate professional certifications, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
• Minimum of (10) or more years in an investment research or similar financial analyst roles within a bank or other financial institution and prior fundamental credit training (including financial statement analysis). Research experience is a plus.
• Experience with corporate financial statements including 10-Ks, 10-Qs.
• Keen interest in writing research.
• Have the ability to conduct due-diligence and interact with clients as part of the assessment process.
• Possess a solid understanding of capital markets and relevant experience in credit, fixed income research or capital markets. Direct and relevant experience in the private credit industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and proven ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Prior managerial experience, with an emphasis on growing and developing the analytical skills of junior analysts
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.
