We are looking for a Back End/Full Stack Engineer who values creativity and user experience as much as great code and curiosity. As an engineer on the Consumer Retention team, you will work with an enthusiastic team of engineers focused on the stages of the customer journey across multiple devices and surfaces, increasing customer loyalty and reducing subscription churn. We manage loyalty platform, membership, personalisation, add-ons, and customer promise to build world-class experiences for an eager and passionate customer base, from their first visit to their first order! What You’ll Do:

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.

About You:

BA/BS in Computer Science, a related degree, or 4+ years of practical experience.

• You have hands-on, production-level experience across significant parts of our technology stack: 
• Backend: Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Frontend: ReactJS, Next.js.
• You have experience and enthusiasm for testing, test-driven development, and building reliable systems.
• You have a strong command of best practices, design patterns, and system architecture tradeoffs.

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will have the opportunity to contribute to technology initiatives in the realm of cloud infrastructure, software delivery and observability. You will have the opportunity to lead assigned projects, and be responsible for the overall delivery of these initiatives. • Utilise technologies and languages like Terraform, Helm, Python, Go, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of GCP and services to drive service reliability.

About the Team

The Data Engineering team plays a pivotal role in RTR’s technology and analytics ecosystem. The team is responsible for the data warehouse, data ingestion and transformation pipelines, and the infrastructure that enables reliable, high-quality data to flow across the company.

The team partners closely with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure RTR’s data platform is trusted, scalable, well-governed, and able to support critical business decisions.

What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Manager for Data Engineering at Rent the Runway, you will lead the team responsible for building, operating, and evolving RTR’s core data platform. You will combine strong engineering leadership with a deep understanding of data systems, data quality, platform reliability, and stakeholder needs.

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented data engineers, setting technical direction, driving delivery of strategic data initiatives, and ensuring our data warehouse, pipelines, models, and data platform infrastructure are reliable, scalable, secure, and well-governed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, partnering across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and leading data engineering work that has meaningful business impact. You will help shape how RTR captures, transforms, governs, and uses data across the organisation.

About the Job:

As a Database Administrator/Reliability Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the performance, reliability, and data governance of our cloud-managed database platforms, primarily CloudSQL(MySQL) and MongoDB. A key part of the role is driving data lifecycle management — including pruning, archiving, and retention policies — to ensure our platform remains clean, compliant, and cost-efficient. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to optimize query performance, advance automation efforts, and evolve our database operations toward a modern, cloud-native, infrastructure-as-code model. As part of our broader data platform transformation, you’ll have the opportunity to take on scoped work in support of the Data Engineering team — contributing to the data platform rebuild through your expertise in database performance, structure, and governance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that plays a critical part in maintaining a scalable, governed, and low-maintenance data foundation as the business grows.

What You’ll Do:

• Availability & Reliability: Manage and optimise CloudSQL and MongoDB environments for performance, reliability, recovery, and cost.
• Data Administration: Improve platform efficiency through query tuning, schema design, and automation.
• Data Governance: Implement data lifecycle and governance practices (e.g. pruning, retention, access control).
• Change Management: Develop maintenance and operations automation through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that database data and schema changes along with infrastructure updates are seamless and audited.

About You

• You have 6+ years of experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres) in production, including cloud-managed services like CloudSQL or RDS
• You have 2+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, including performance tuning and applying governance or lifecycle practices
• You’ve worked in cloud-native environments (preferably GCP) and are comfortable using Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tools
• You are proficient in Python (or another general-purpose language) for scripting, automation, or infrastructure workflows
• You have experience implementing CI/CD workflows for database changes and are familiar with Git-based deployment
• You’ve contributed to or enforced data governance policies such as retention, pruning, and access controls
• You’ve made measurable improvements to platform performance, cost, or reliability — including optimizing indexing strategies, query patterns, and database schema design

As the Director, European Controller, you will be the senior financial leader responsible for the integrity of our global financial operations outside the United States. With a primary focus on accounting close, statutory reporting, local compliance, and international tax, you will oversee multi-jurisdictional accounting teams and external partners to ensure seamless global operations. This role is critical for maintaining a robust control environment while supporting the company’s expansion into new international markets.  

About the role:

• Statutory & Local Reporting: Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of foreign statutory financial statements across all international subsidiaries.  Manage the reconciliation process from US GAAP to local statutory standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
• Global Tax Compliance: Partner with the Tax department to ensure full compliance with international direct and indirect tax laws (VAT, GST, CIT).
• Internal Controls & Governance: Establish and maintain a world-class internal control environment (SOX-aligned) across all international entities. Lead remediation activities for any identified control gaps and ensure consistent application of global accounting policies.
• Multi-Jurisdictional Operations: Manage global shared services or regional accounting teams, ensuring high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a CPA/CA or equivalent preferred
• 12-+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading international operations
• Technical expertise in a wide array of accounting areas, including US GAAP to IFRS conversion
• Strong understanding of international tax regimes and statutory audit requirements in diverse jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in understanding global expansion requirements
• Proven track record of managing remote, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.
• Proficient in using an ERP solution with secondary or non-leading ledgers

What You'll do

The Fleet Reliability Operations Team is the heart of CoreWeave’s capacity delivery and maintenance effort. This team is responsible for provisioning, updating and triaging server nodes, and executing the processes and tooling that configure and validate our server fleet. This team is the first in line to respond to hardware issues in production, and is empowered to drive automation and observability design and priority for our server fleet lifecycle.

We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations team who can help us maintain and improve our high volume of delivery and scale as we 10x the size of our fleet. This individual will develop a strong pipeline of talent, manage onboarding and training, provide process and thought leadership across the team’s domain, and champion reliability and customer satisfaction. The Role

As the Content Strategist, you are the editorial voice and narrative lead for Aiven. You create high-impact stories tailored to two distinct audiences: the Developer/Architect and the Senior Executive/CTO. You are responsible for the entire content lifecycle: from high-level strategy and mapping the buyer journey to hands-on finessing of technical copy. You will collaborate closely with domain experts (Engineers, Product Managers, DevRel) to translate complex infrastructure topics into compelling, authentic stories. We are looking for a modern storyteller who can leverage AI to scale production while ensuring our output remains deeply technical, authentic, human, and free of marketing fluff.

Key Responsibilities

• Persona-Driven Content Mapping: Own the matrix of "Who, What, and Where." You will define which topics, language, and medium (Blogs, Whitepapers, Videos, Code Snippets) are required to move a Developer through a trial and a CTO through an enterprise deal.
• Manage a high-velocity calendar that balances user content (how-to guides, performance benchmarks, API documentation) with executive content (ROI studies, POV topical pieces, industry thought leadership).
• Partner with Aiven’s domain experts to extract their knowledge. You will take raw technical drafts and polish them into high-value assets, ensuring the language is sophisticated enough for an engineer but accessible enough for a busy leader.
• You will use LLMs to rapidly brainstorm angles, draft outlines, and transform a single technical interview into 10+ multi-channel assets, from a LinkedIn thread to an executive summary.
• Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to internalize core messaging frameworks and value propositions. You ensure that every piece of content is a consistent reflection of the Aiven brand and product strategy.
• Lead the transformation of raw customer case studies and success stories into multi-format assets. You will find the human and technical win in our customer data to create evidence-based content that builds trust with prospects.
• Ensure our content lives in the right format for the right persona and in a centralised place. 
• Use data to identify where our persona coverage is thin. You will proactively commission or write content to fill gaps in the buyer journey that are stalling deals or trials.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years in content strategy or technical editing. Proven experience in B2B Infrastructure, Cloud, or Open-Source a major plus. You must be able to "talk shop" with engineers and product managers.
• Experience working with Product Marketing messaging frameworks to create cohesive, unified content journeys.
• You can clearly articulate the different motivations of a user vs. a buyer. You know that they care about different things and have different pain points. 
• You have a natural ability to spot marketing fluff and replace it with technical substance and real-world evidence.
• You use AI tools as a force multiplier to scale content without sacrificing the soul of the technical narrative.
• You can manage internal stakeholders, freelance writers, and cross-functional deadlines with minimal supervision.
• You possess exceptional written and verbal skills. You are a people person who knows how to build rapport with busy engineers and Product Managers to extract deep technical insights and feed the content engine.
• You have elite organizational skills. You are comfortable managing a high-volume workload and a complex editorial calendar without letting the small details (or the deadlines) slip.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP of Internal Audit based in New York, you will serve as the subject matter expert for IT General Controls (ITGC) and Automated Application Controls. This is a high-visibility, third-line of defence role where you will own the SOX lifecycle for our technology environment from initial risk assessment and scoping to final deficiency evaluation and remediation. 

You will partner closely with our 2nd Line of Defence (Senior Compliance Analyst) to align on risk assessments and control frameworks. While maintaining independence, you will leverage 2nd Line monitoring results to sharpen audit scoping and ensure a unified approach to SOX compliance. You will also collaborate with the Senior Compliance Analyst to bridge the gap between 'finding' a deficiency and 'fixing' it. • Support the IT SOX Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end execution of IT SOX testing, including planning, walkthroughs, and substantive testing of ITGCs across Access Management, Change Management, and IT Operations.
• Analyse Critical Systems: Evaluate Automated Application Controls and Key Reports (IPE/IUC) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data flowing into financial statements.

Financial Modeling & Commercial Insights

• Build and maintain advanced models to evaluate deal economics, contribution margin, incentive cost, and scenario outcomes

• Provide clear executive narratives linking GTM activity to financial performance
• Standardize global commercial reporting to drive consistency and transparency

Payout Validation & Controls

• Own commission payout governance in partnership with Accounting
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payouts aligned with the company’s business model
• Design scalable controls to minimize risk, reduce manual intervention, and support audit requirements
• Continuously improve commercial and commission processes to support global scale

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, GTM Finance, Sales Finance, or Deal Strategy leadership roles
• Proven experience owning commission governance and influencing incentive plan design at scale
• Deep understanding of bookings mechanics, deal economics, margin structures, and revenue recognition considerations
• Experience partnering directly with CRO-level stakeholders and executive leadership
• Strong financial modeling capabilities with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear business recommendations
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, marketplace, or reseller-based business models strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and drive alignment across cross-functional executive stakeholders

LE Ops is responsible for liaising with law enforcement agencies on public safety and/or criminal matters with an alleged nexus to Airbnb. This includes processing law enforcement data disclosure requests, contributing to law enforcement investigations involving Airbnb stakeholders, and advancing trusted relationships with international law enforcement agencies in the interest of public and life safety. Working alongside LE Ops, the GLEE practice conducts strategic bilateral and multilateral engagement with international law enforcement entities and relevant domestic security services in a proactive manner to develop and nurture new relationships and strengthen established trusted relationships with partners to mitigate online and offline criminal and life safety threats to the Airbnb community. 

The Global Law Enforcement Engagement Regional Lead for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is responsible for driving strategic bilateral and multilateral communication, cooperation, and collaboration efforts with law enforcement entities and domestic security services located and/or operating in EMEA to protect Airbnb equities and stakeholders from criminal threats and acts of violence in close coordination with other Airbnb GSRM teams. Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage Airbnb efforts to cultivate trusted and reliable relationships with law enforcement partners in the EMEA region to safeguard the Airbnb community. 
• Lead and promote effective information exchange and collaboration with regional law enforcement on criminal threat and life safety matters that endanger the Airbnb community. 
• Lead, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with law enforcement and government authorities in EMEA by building partnerships and coalitions through liaison with international law enforcement organizations (e.g., UNODC, INTERPOL, Europol, AFRIPOL, AIMC, IACP, etc.)
• Lead regional and contribute to global efforts to develop programs, events, and presentations to educate key external bilateral and multilateral partner agencies and entities to promote Airbnb’s trust and safety capabilities and priorities.
• Provide expertise and conduct cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and fellow Airbnb stakeholders on law enforcement engagement matters in EMEA.
• Lead and/or contribute to law enforcement communication and correspondence during crisis response and/or high-risk law enforcement operations in EMEA.
• Identify market segments and external partnership opportunities to improve Airbnb law enforcement liaison, communication, and liaison in EMEA.
• Investigate and overcome barriers to successful, collaborative law enforcement operations and data exchange in EMEA.
• Collaborate with Airbnb legal, community support, and public policy teams to achieve effective engagement with law enforcement authorities, regulators, and legislators on online safety, security, and law enforcement issues in EMEA.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate data, metrics, and performance measures to inform and evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement engagement in EMEA.
• Manage logistics of projects from start to finish, including identifying and scoping opportunities, aligning with different teams and functions, advancing contractual agreements, coordinating rollouts, and managing budgets.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a law enforcement or domestic security service officer with demonstrated expertise in investigating and preventing serious and organized crime, acts of violence, and threats to public safety.
• Law enforcement expertise and experience in conducting complex investigations involving criminal acts and/or national security matters including but not limited to violent crime, organized crime (e.g., human trafficking, drug trafficking, financial fraud, etc.), child sexual exploitation, terrorism/violent extremism, and cybercrime.
• Professional work experience with law enforcement agencies and organizations located and/or operating in the European Union.
• Experience working collaboratively with law enforcement managing/addressing law enforcement requests for information, production/judicial orders, emergency disclosure requests, Mutual Legal Assistant Treaty (MLAT) requests, and emergencies-in-progress from a range of varied and legal systems common to EMEA. 
• Professional working knowledge of legal frameworks associated with individual data privacy rights, particularly the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Law enforcement training, expertise, and experience in crisis planning and management and critical incident response.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment, including an understanding of cultural differences.
• Demonstrated maintenance of a highly developed network of resources, cultivated through years of building relationships with global law enforcement and security services, ensuring liaison effectiveness in varied regions with complex geopolitical, cultural, and business environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to deliver clear and concise executive presentations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, and a demonstrated record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional presence and ability to interact effectively with executive management.
