Galway Office
Rent The Runway established its European Technology Hub in Galway in April 2019. Based in the historic Claddagh area of the city, the growing team in Galway tackles core technology challenges and influences the next generation of services critical to Rent The Runway’s success and continued growth.
The Galway office is Rent the Runway's first international office outside the US and enables the company to significantly expand its Software Engineering, Product Development, Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science footprint. About the Team
The Data Engineering team plays a pivotal role in RTR’s technology and analytics ecosystem. The team is responsible for the data warehouse, data ingestion and transformation pipelines, and the infrastructure that enables reliable, high-quality data to flow across the company.
The team partners closely with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure RTR’s data platform is trusted, scalable, well-governed, and able to support critical business decisions.
What You’ll Do
As an Engineering Manager for Data Engineering at Rent the Runway, you will lead the team responsible for building, operating, and evolving RTR’s core data platform. You will combine strong engineering leadership with a deep understanding of data systems, data quality, platform reliability, and stakeholder needs.
You will be responsible for leading a team of talented data engineers, setting technical direction, driving delivery of strategic data initiatives, and ensuring our data warehouse, pipelines, models, and data platform infrastructure are reliable, scalable, secure, and well-governed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, partnering across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and leading data engineering work that has meaningful business impact. You will help shape how RTR captures, transforms, governs, and uses data across the organisation.

As the Lead Marketing Manager, UKI, you will be responsible for building high-quality, predictable pipeline for the regional sales team, with field marketing and demand generation as your primary focus. You will be accountable for regional sourced and influenced pipeline targets, with clear visibility into conversion performance and revenue outcomes.
You will define and execute the UKI go-to-market strategy in alignment with regional revenue targets, territory priorities, and segment strategy. You will develop and execute the UKI marketing strategy in close partnership with Sales leadership, Account Executives, SDRs, Partner teams, ABM, and Global Marketing. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will own the regional marketing plan end to end, from annual planning and budget allocation through program delivery and pipeline handoff to Sales.
This role demands strong cross-functional alignment, operational discipline, and a clear focus on revenue impact. You will serve as the regional marketing quarterback, ensuring programs are aligned to territory priorities and that follow-up processes are tightly executed.

This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, the People Leadership Team (PLT), senior business leaders, and teams across the broader People organization (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, Workday), translating complex people data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations. A significant focus of this role will be supporting Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations, using workforce data to help leaders understand performance, retention, hiring, and organizational effectiveness within revenue-generating teams. You will report to the Director of People Analytics.
The People Analytics function is entering its next phase of growth — expanding beyond foundational reporting into deeper insights, standardization, and proactive workforce analytics. This role will play a critical part in shaping how people data is used to understand organizational health, guide strategy, and support leaders in solving real business problems.
