WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design and Documentation
- Produce complete, accurate, and installable design packages, including floor plans (device locations, cabling, and routes), schematic and riser diagrams, detailed rough-in and termination details, and panel elevations.
- Ensure designs adhere to client standards, incorporate Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles, and meet building codes.
- Review and support design calculations and coordinate photometric and lighting requirements.
- Complete and submit all necessary programming forms required by the team to facilitate system commissioning.
- Attend review meetings to integrate feedback and modify standards for unique site conditions.

Installation and Coordination
- Develop a detailed construction schedule for security activities, lead coordination meetings, and identify project constraints.
- Serve as the central point of contact to coordinate security requirements with major trades, including electrical engineers, architects/door hardware consultants, and Enterprise Network partners.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are procured, onsite, and installed according to design and approved pricing.
- Procure all necessary permits and licences, ensuring compliance with legal and public authority requirements.
- Oversee installation quality, ensuring adherence to good housekeeping practices and cooperation with third-party testing and inspection.
- Provide protection to safeguard Security Systems and property throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Closeout
- Coordinate system programming, perform pre-installation sign-offs, and oversee pre-functional checklists, testing, and final adjustments.
- Demonstrate all systems and component operations for final acceptance.
- Prepare and submit final O&M manuals and as-built documents.
- Ensure training is provided for security, facility, and technical staff where required.

- Exposure to Security Integration or Construction
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a technical design position.
DESIRED CRITERIA
- AutoCAD experience.
- BIM365 experience.
- BLUEBEAM experience.

The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Software team in Dublin. This role will involve working on a range of projects including low-power compute modules, Baseboard Management Controllers (BMC), and IP routers. Candidate will be working on Linux-based embedded OSes, embedded applications and BSPs. An ability to learn new technologies quickly and a desire to work in challenging technical roles are key requirements. Anduril has a collaborative culture with plenty of opportunities for ownership. Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software solutions based on technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Maintain existing codebase and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed
- Collaborating with development and QA teams using SCRUM/Agile methodologies
Required Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant previous experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages; Python, C/C++, Bash/Shell scripting
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Good Networking knowledge - IPv4/IPv6, NAT, VPN
- Experience working with virtualisation and container technologies e.g. KVM, Docker.
- Experience with underlying linux systems such as systemd, dbus, linux network stack.
- Experience with software development for linux
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to document work clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with build tools like yocto or buildroot
- Experience with kernel debugging.
- GDB experience.

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, specialising in design principles & processes including, sheetmetal, turned/milled, injection moulded, cast and extruded parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the engineering team to design rugged edge technology equipment.
- Primary role is enclosure design using various design principles & processes including, sheetmetal, turned/milled injection moulded, cast and extruded parts.
- Liaise with the Hardware team on PCBA & cable design
- Generate parts on PLM system
- Liaise with suppliers to get custom parts built
- Spec off-the-shelf components & source for prototype build
- Product prototype assembly or disassembly, including the development of build instructions and other general product development documentation
- Validate design through environmental testing in contracted test labs to applicable standards (MIL-810-H for example)
- Work through the prototype process to finalised design ready for production
- Define & handover mechanical BOM to NPI team via PLM system
- General Engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product
- Generate and accurately maintain all product development documentation at all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Carry out product inspections, investigate product failures, part measurements, etc.
- Liaise with Production Test and Quality teams throughout the development process and support during product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years previous design experience in an R&D environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial and manufacturing knowledge or experience
- 3D modelling skills is a requirement (Creo Parametric, Siemens NX or similar)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems would be advantageous (Creo Windchill, Teamcentre or similar)
- Experience with an ERP system like SAP Business One or Oracle is desirable but not essential.
