About The Position
Clinical Architecture is seeking a Software Test Lead to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Software Test Lead will have experience with healthcare messaging and will oversee quality assurance initiatives across our software products. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in validating complex healthcare systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting interoperability workflows. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on testing skills, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Automation teams to drive a culture of quality.

We are seeking a Managing Director, Analytics & Insights to lead strategic analytics, research, and insight generation for a portfolio of major healthcare communications clients. The Role
We're looking for a customer-centric Senior AI Engineer to join our Team. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and delivering LLM-powered capabilities within client applications. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-enabled solutions—from proof of concept through production—while contributing to the growth of AI engineering practices across E-gineering.
What You'll Do
AI Solution Engineering
You'll design and implement LLM-powered features and systems within client applications. This includes building and optimizing RAG pipelines, designing and orchestrating agentic workflows, integrating tool use and external services via protocols such as MCP, and selecting the right models and architectures for the task. You should be comfortable working across the stack—connecting LLM capabilities to real application code, APIs, data stores, and user experiences.
Evaluations and Quality
Shipping AI features responsibly means knowing whether they actually work. You'll design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure LLM output quality, build regression and benchmark suites, and establish feedback loops that drive iteration. You should bring an engineering mindset to a space where "it seems to work" isn't good enough.
Client Delivery
As a consultant, you'll be embedded on client teams to deliver AI-powered solutions. This means understanding client business problems, translating them into technical approaches, and building production-quality software. You should be comfortable leading technical discussions, participating in discovery and pre-sales conversations, and mentoring client and E-gineering developers on AI engineering practices as part of delivery.
Data Readiness
Production AI systems are only as good as the data behind them. You'll assess client data readiness during discovery, design and build data ingestion and processing pipelines for AI systems, and ensure solutions operate within client governance frameworks. This includes working with sensitive and regulated data, understanding data lineage and access controls, and making sound decisions about what data flows where—particularly when third-party model APIs are involved.
Internal Capability Building
You'll contribute to E-gineering's growing AI engineering practice by sharing what you learn in the field—whether that's reusable patterns, starter kits, evaluation tooling, or lessons learned. You'll help teammates level up through pairing, code reviews, and informal knowledge sharing.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
To Live and Lead Safety
· Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures all policies are being followed by employees
· Drives housekeeping standards, including 5S
· Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and/wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives
To Inspire and Provide Clarity on Vision and Strategy
· Develops and displays a thorough understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives
· Actively supports positive change, working with the site staff to ensure understanding and effective implementation of new processes and procedures
· Communicates with the team to promote an understanding of the relationship between site actions and results and overall strategic objectives
To Own Our ATS Culture
· Drives day-to-day execution of team-related responsibilities/team priorities using the leadership competencies that support our ATS culture
· Displays behaviors that align with being self-motivated and emotionally intelligent
To Support Our Employees’ Learning and Growth
· Manages employee performance and provides development opportunities
· Mentors/coaches employees regarding career planning, training, skills development using ongoing one-on-one communication
To Ensure and Drive our Business Results
· Leads and ensures the Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded
· Assists Site Manager in measuring and reporting key maintenance performance indicators including root cause analyses. Delivers on related action items, removes barriers, and addresses issues in order to promote continuous improvement
· Communicates and escalates priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer as needed, playing a key role in developing and sustaining a positive and profitable relationship with the customer
· Assists Site Manager in managing expenses, such as labor, overtime, and material consumption. Approves any overtime worked by the team.
· Reviews work orders and ensures adherence to work schedules. Identifies and rectifies any gaps.
· Conducts and participates in team meetings as an influential leader.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Essential KSAs:
· Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Strong communication skills – verbal and written
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Desirable KSAs:
· Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer’s business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)
· Planner/scheduler experience ideal
