Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice in Indiana. The Workers' Compensation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases and hearings. This is a rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build out a new, rapidly developing statewide workers’ compensation practice on behalf of our Firm. You will be privy to a consistently robust influx of cases which will be handed to you on a silver platter. The Trial Attorney will handle mostly catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. They lawyer's responsibilities will include trial prep and trial. This is an unusual opportunity to pick up a fantastic group of high value cases.

Job Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Dry Eye Business Unit is responsible for launching and growing market share with a strong focus on driving demand through the payer channel in a defined geographic area, reporting to the Area Sales Manager (ASM). The Dry Eye product portfolio is Vevye. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter who offers solutions to challenges, has a positive presence with internal and external customers, is well organized, and can multitask in a continuously changing and dynamic ophthalmic market environment. Assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales revenue and product objectives, which will be achieved through consultation and value-based communications with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff on the indication, use, characteristics, and advantages of Harrow ophthalmic branded formulations. Prospective candidates should have pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience and a proven track record of success selling to physicians, private clinics, hospitals, and support staff. This position requires about 70% travel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales revenue and product goals
• Takes 100% ownership and accountability to reach the goals set by the company
• Focus is on the development of new customers while converting the existing customer base
• Entrepreneurial mindset to analyze, develop, and grow the territory business

• Drive demand through organic pull-through and deploy any and all reimbursement solutions

Job Summary:

This position works in the field directing Instrument Person(s) and completes houseline surveying services, topographic surveys, tree surveys, wetland surveys, boundary surveys, and ALTA surveys. They also complete control surveys and bench loops, as well as construction staking services within quality standards. This person will live in northwest Indiana and visit the Chicagoland offices once per quarter. The role requires an independent and driven Crew Chief who is good with time management, communication, and mentorship. 

Accountability and Duties:

• Ensures timesheets are submitted accurately and on time.
• Provides an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a daily basis.
• Keeps supervisors informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services.
• Maintains a good relationship with clients and staff.
• Works closely and coordinates with staff and site superintendents.
• Understands and accurately uses all field survey instruments.
• Properly maintains and takes care of field equipment.
• Obtaining & reading information for the daily projects.
